@virginmedia going from bad to worse, trouble with new Hub 4, now tried for two days to get engineer to attend and sort out the faulty phone line for an elderly. & vulnerable relative, appallingly bad customer service, all they do is blame Covid. They are a complete disgrace!

@virginmedia within the last hour I've had three phone calls claiming to be from Virgin Media technical support saying there's a problem with our internet speed. Each time when I respond I will ring VM direct on 150 they hang up. I'm ex-directory have you been hacked?

@virginmedia You cannot try to say that leaving an elderly vulnerable person in their eighties for so long without a telephone is acceptable, nor is trying to make COVID an excuse. @virginmedia are failing in their responsibilities. Hub 3 worked fine Hub 4 will not, poor tech by you?

@virginmedia Hi thanks for trying to help, much appreciated. As you suggested I downloaded the Virgin Connect App but that relates just to Hub 3 not the latest Hub 4 that we have now been given. All Ok now though with the exception of the Teckin WI-FI plugs which will not connect?

@virginmedia Asked for compensation (had spent over 4 hours on the phone trying to get info as nobody was calling me back) told as I wasn't a customer they could do nothing. Was offered £100 bill credit so I think that £100 should be sent to me fot my inconvenience. Still not heard anything

@virginmedia been 3 weeks since I was promised a call back within 24 hours. 4 calls in 4 days all made the same promise. Can't email as not a current customer. Letter sent 2 weeks ago not replied to. Anyone there who can DM me and try to resolve?

@raztweets @virginmedia I had requested a call back from @virginmedia to get a second internet line installed due to connectivity issues but no one got back to me unfortunately. In the end I just shelved the idea and we got a different internet connection.
