    Spent most of the day being spoken to like crap by @virginmedia customer service staff who ask why I want to cancel 3 days post install date and no install you work it out!!!!! Losing the will to live here

    @virginmedia I also don’t need to monitor the quality of my broadband, I already know it’s awful. I don’t understand how that would help.

    @virginmedia It works intermittently. When I speak to an advisor they fix the issue at that moment. Then, the next day it’ll cut out again and the process repeats. It was working when the engineer left, but it didn’t last 24 hours. Intermittent isn’t good enough. I rely on you for work.

    @JournoBird @virginmedia We've had it cut out twice for a few hours, but that was related to the ridiculous heat and they fixed it quickly. I realise everyone will have different experiences 🤦

    @MartinSLewis I'm not sure if you can help me but here goes , in August I ended my contract with @virginmedia & to cut a long story short they still owe me £87 .+ They sent me a cheque in my maiden name so I returned it with a second copy of my marriage cert same as in 2015 1.

    @virginmedia My wifi is continually really poor. Been reporting it for ages. Nothing gets done. Called and the 5th person, said I had low connectivity to all my devices and put me onto someone else who said he’d completed some upgrades and it would improve. Said he’d call to check, still not

    @virginmedia It’s everything connected via Wi-Fi. I don’t have the connect app. I check for service status on your website and it usually says there isn’t an issue, but that doesn’t reflect my service.

    @stetopping Remember you did the piece late last year about Virgin Media Broadband being out for a day? It's now been down for six days in some parts of Manchester. Six full days and not a word from the company except automated messages.

    @virginmedia shocking service from you today, I booked an engineer visit for my mum supposed to come today between 12-4 nobody came she’s since called and been told it was a phone call not a visit but still nobody had called. She’s now got to wait till Tuesday for a visit 😠

    @virginmedia I wascharged for non return of property apparently even when I had made arrangements for collection . Received a cheque but in my maiden name .sent another proof of marriage a covering letter and returned the cheque , this was from August!made complaint still no cheque

    Well, turns out @skytv are just as useless as @virginmedia. Installed broadband today, forgot to sort out TV and Virgin TV doesnt work with Sky fibre. Now have no telly until they find an install date. Why is this so complicated, why are these firms allowed to be so poor @Ofcom

    @virginmedia over a day of outage on TV. Broadband is awful always. Get message of its & issue with time to fix. You’ve now just moved back multiple times. Current one says will be fixed hours ago. No contact. I guess also won’t compensate the hundreds of thousands hiding from

    @O2 Since virgin media came along ive been unable to use the O2 app to look at my account after a few phone calls to raise this issue & told the issue will resolved yet nothing also i don't have virgin media please can you get on with resolving this issue ?

    Oh damn. Email from Virgin noting I haven't set up my new hub. Apparently, my old one will be switched off 5 days after delivery of the new one. They didn't tell me that when they told me it had to be replaced. Not sure I have the spoons to sort it in time @virginmedia
