The package I am currently on is £89 for a new customer, but £129 for a loyal customer. The response back was “that’s all I can do”. Your response is almost as bad “don’t like it, raise a complaint”

Waited in, engineer just drove off without any explanation. Had to spend hours at call centre. Want install to happen but can’t understand process & no one will explain.
