@virginmedia going from bad to worse, trouble with new Hub 4, now tried for two days to get engineer to attend and sort out the faulty phone line for an elderly. & vulnerable relative, appallingly bad customer service, all they do is blame Covid. They are a complete disgrace!

@virginmedia Thank you. This is the 4th fault in as many days. I’m sure it will come back soon, but repeated loss of service is incredibly disruptive when we’re all trying to work from home during the new lockdown.

@virginmedia You cannot try to say that leaving an elderly vulnerable person in their eighties for so long without a telephone is acceptable, nor is trying to make COVID an excuse. @virginmedia are failing in their responsibilities. Hub 3 worked fine Hub 4 will not, poor tech by you?

@virginmedia why are your fibre upload speeds so slow? 10mbps upload on a 109mbps download speed? Sky and BT and others offer 20mbps download speed on their 67mbps download speeds.Please review this as when 2 people are working from home on video calls 10mbps up isn't fast enough

@virginmedia I cannot connect to Sky login page via my Virgin WiFi? I get an “access denied via this server” message? I can connect via mobile data if I switch my WiFi off? Your customer services cannot explain this which is no help to me?
