@virginmedia We did this, then spent an hour on the phone to your customer services, to be landed in a worse place than when we started, and told they couldn’t help :-(. When we tried to log a complaint, the complaint form errored and told us to call #frustrating #shoddyservice

@virginmedia I have cancelled my subscription on 12/05/2021 and posted the equipment back. As per Yodel website, VM received the equipment back on 26/05/2021 at 22:23, parcel number 8T6P51925815A961. Three months down the line, I am still receiving bills for unreturned equipment ?!?
