    .@virginmedia quite possibly the most appalling customer service in the UK, bar none! After calling 3mths ago to cancel a phone contract after a friend died, the number still rings yet today to wait 24hrs for it to cancel! Plus, they want the password from the deceased! 🤬

    @SkyHelpTeam My broadband was due to be activated by @OpenreachHelp yesterday. The engineer has marked it as a completed job yet I have no active line and have been told to wait up to 5 days for it to be checked. You have 48hrs to fix it or il cancel and go with @virginmedia

    @OpenreachHelp They have and have been told an engineer within 5 days. Can you not read? Your engineer has lied and so have you. You have 48hrs to activate my line or I will cancel @SkyUK and use @virginmedia who don’t use your **** engineers or infrastructure

    @virginmedia Tried the number it just sends me onto the bit I’ve read a dozen times already test speed& reboot.Which I’ve done already.I phone & that sends me down the same route.Perhaps time to look for a new broadband provider.I know times are difficult but I just need to speak to someone

    Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

    @virginmedia It didn't put me in a queue, I ended up going round in circles being asked to reboot the hub with no mechanism to end the bot system and start over. Account help is a broken link. Ended up going through the complaints chat. The primary issue of today is resolved

    @virginmedia Come on! You know the only way to cancel is by calling but getting through takes forever and then for some reason the first person needs to transfer onto another long queue to then be cut off #customerservice

    @virginmedia This was a cost saving excercise and because we dont have fibre in our area we come to virgin community fibre is being installed as soon as thats available ill be signing up with them because of the service i received from @virginmedia

    @virginmedia It starts "Thanks for making these changes" and lists telephone rental as being a service that has been removed. I did not request any such change and would be grateful to have my phone service restored immediately
