    @virginmedia still waiting since 7.30 am for the engineer to come to sort out the problems we are having, he’s 25 minutes to get here ( we were given 7.30-13 slot) still no tv since Thursday!

    @virginmedia Can I just ask why it is that you can respond within minutes on social media (where the public can see your actions) but then in private you are ignoring your customers and taking three weeks to deal with issues? If you have agents manning twitter why can’t you pick up the phone?

    @virginmedia calling takes too long, always on hold for over an hour, and they never deal with the problem, the person on WhatsApp actually dealt with it which is why I was wanting to carry on using WhatsApp?!

    Absolutely shocking service from @virginmedia a 47% price increase for a customer of over 25 years and would rather lose a customer than give us a deal that new customers get. @BTCare @SkyHelpTeam can you do any better?

    @virginmedia Yep. Just been on hold for 1 hour 3 minutes and as soon as I got through it cut off. Sent multiple follow up WhatsApp messages and still nothing. You really need to sort out your customer service because I’ve been waiting 3 weeks just to get back into contact with someone!!!

    @virginmedia It’s not for my house/account I don’t have one with you it’s for next door who doesn’t seem to be living there so can’t speak to them but the fence needs replacing and if a lawnmower or strimmer comes along that’s going to be a problem

    @virginmedia 2months into our new virginmedia deal and so far had an the extremely terrible service. Intermittent Internet for over 3 weeks, was miss sold parts of a package, And constantly being told lies on the phone.

    @ruskin147 Currently 8 months and still waiting for Virgin Media to supply a service to an office I am trying to connect. Lack of civil contractors, blocked ducts, it’s been a mess from the beginning and a total lack of commitment to resolve from all involved.
