Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Yes but I just tells me there are no problems. It did the same thing a few weeks ago but stopped when I held wifi button down - it's now constantly flashing & that wont stop it & web site says in normal operating all green lights should be off.
-
Abbie Walters (@abbiewx_xo) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Any advice on why our virgin media boxes have just decided to stop showing some channels. It says error code (W02) and this is on TLC which we used to watch daily?? Joke. What’s the point in paying for for a service which isn’t being provided?
-
Ian Dodd (@VINCIFMIanD) reported from Bromsgrove, England@virginmedia There seems to be an issue with your WiFi in Perton (Wolverhampton WV6). The problem has gone from intermittent, to no reception at all.
-
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia I'd like to know why you discontinued my Netflix subscription? The service just stopped but I didn't cancel it? It was paid for in June but there is no charge due to be made in July! It was connected up to Sunday but today I just got a message asking me to rejoin?
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia You were going to send link 20 minutes ago - since then nothing! Too late now, I'm going out! Shocking service from Virgin as usual! I've had 3 failed attempts to order upgrade YOU insist I have (with treats of reduced service) & you make it like treading in treacle to achieve!
-
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia I've rebooted the box & it's resolved the issues with the Apps - thank you - however it doesn't explain why my Netflix subscription has been removed from my service package and bill, which presumably happened before the problems started yesterday late afternoon accessing Apps?
-
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia There are no local problems - I checked yesterday - also my account detail's show my next Virgin bill due next week has had the Netflix subscription removed by you & my Netflix account shows it was last paid in May. I'll try a reboot & see what happens - thank you
-
Georgie Colley (@GeorgieMaley) reported from Kidderminster, EnglandWhy can’t media providers just get into the 21st century and make it easier for households, by having contracts based on a joint accounts. That way, both home owners can call up about any problems! Data protection my arse @virginmedia @SkyUK
-
Howard Martin 💚 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Can you please explain why, when I renewed my package in March you reduced my last invoiced bill to reflect the change & took by DD what you said you would! Now you say you will suspend my service because I underpaid? You took what you wanted!
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@kgardner081 @virginmedia In fairness, they've now been in touch, can't fix it remotely so are sending an engineer on Thursday to sort it out. So I'm grateful for that & 2 days to wait isn't bad.
-
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Just to let you know I was billed by you for Netflix on 10 June, the subscription was not paid to Netflix by you - so they cancelled my account! You owe me a refund please! Also this was a issue as far back as May & Virgin were saying "they were addressing it" Still are it seems!
-
Tim Hazelwood (@timhazelwood2) reported from Bewdley, England@virginmedia Hi, following on from the resolution of the issue outlined above. My dad has received a full bill despite being assured by every employee we have spoken to that he wouldn't be charged for the period he was without service (more than two months). Please advise
-
MH (@Mijan93243645) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia It was hard to contact you to follow up, I tried many ways but was getting no where as everything seemed to be on automated, however again in April I was having more issues and it got to a point I went on Twitter and someone responded with a text service but again like always
-
matt (@fatt_momas) reported from Worcestershire, England@virginmedia No I haven’t because there is no clear number for me to call in regards to the issue
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Still waiting! It's now after 4! You changed our old hub that worked fine - at your insistence - didn't properly set it up - my wife needs printer for work & uni course - now been trying to get you to sort it since Thursday & you don't honour your promises to do so! Poor service!
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Since the printer worked fine before you installed the new 3 Hub & perusal of the internet shows that this is a common problem with this Virgin equipment, perhaps you would arrange for an engineer to come and rectify the problem at your cost! Please register this as a complaint!
-
Chris Roberts (@djchrisr) reported from Worcestershire, England@virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia You arranged for an engineer to resolve this problem - he's been today & hasn't fixed it - he says not Virgin's job to sort printer problems! The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!
-
TheShannimal🔜#i70 (@TheShannimal_) reported from Kidderminster, England@MykeJD1 @virginmedia Gone down for a lot of people apparently
-
MH (@Mijan93243645) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia In March when I renewed my contract I was having a lot of issues with my WiFi service, when I called person on the phone suggested I need a booster in my house which they he/she can’t remember now said I should get it within few days, then lockdown happened and understandably

Big Spice (@bigmanspice) reportedVirgin Media won’t let me cancel my contract in peace kmt
-
Eden Gem (@edengem) reported@virginmedia A pop up message stating virgin has blacklisted my a/c. Gadget rescue has sent a list of complicated instructions saying I’ve sent too many suspicious emails! Not true: I use this for work. Is it O2 causing the issue?
-
Monique Bissell (@Neek49) reported@virginmedia I understand, however your estimates keep extending without any end in sight. We don’t get this service for free. We pay for it. At what point do you let us know that it is broken beyond repair and we should move on. I can handle us breaking up for good, promise
-
karen (@karenwigg1) reported@virginmedia Yes, but point is, this will be the 3rd time at huge inconvenience to me. I've had to cancel arrangements yet again and tbh, the call centre is best to useless.
-
entrustTMF (@entrustTMF) reported@karenwi17092279 Sorry to hear that, not good 😔 Yes, we rely on these things more than we realise... I had forgotten the printer, the TV box, my Spotify, heating controller, etc. all use the WiFi and workarounds for all of them need to be fashioned or just abandoned until @virginmedia fix it
-
G.Scotland 🏴 가일 🇰 K Drama Addict 🥰 (@theamayzingmrsM) reported@virginmedia im a new customer i was lead to belive a engineer would be installing broadband now i have a old telewest socket the cable that I am supposed to plugg in won't fit now where cable is supposed to go has that to be unscrewed ? I have no service or WiFi tia gail
-
karen (@karenwigg1) reported@virginmedia since having new TV box installed, I am now awaiting my 3rd visit from an engineer to fix yet another problem. Getting a bit fed up with this now.
-
Jason Caine Smith (@jasoncainesmith) reported@VirginMedia No response on X or WhatsApp after hours. Cannot get through by phone due to your system issue. This has left an elderly customer without TV all day. Completely unacceptable. If I don’t get a response shortly I will be making a formal complaint.
-
David Richards (@DWRICHARDS) reported@virginmedia Thanks so much. Who should I ask for?! Current promise via Chat is a chq within 30 days. The problem with contacting Virgin Media by phone or online when you are a former customer chasing a refund is that it is difficult to get past your security checking if it's an old a/c.
-
Donna Tudor (@donna2904) reported@FuzziePieRat @virginmedia I’ve had the same issues. Given 30 days notice after 19 years as a customer. They kept offering me things I didn’t want. Three hours on chat to give my notice as they were ignoring me.
