-
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia I'd like to know why you discontinued my Netflix subscription? The service just stopped but I didn't cancel it? It was paid for in June but there is no charge due to be made in July! It was connected up to Sunday but today I just got a message asking me to rejoin?
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@markdmortimer I won't. But just fed up with @virginmedia's bloody awful website! They want me to order/upgrade box on line then make it impossible to do! All I get is "oops - something went wrong" messages for a week now! And if you phone you get someone the other side of the world! Useless!
-
Richard Anderson 💙 (@MrRichAnderson) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Really poor service today. Loyal customer, since day 1 Spent over an hour on the phone and still paying a lot of money for equipment that doesn't work. Solution, just reset everything, switch it off and on again! Really??? TV box 8 years old! Not a valued customer.
-
Abbie Walters (@abbiewx_xo) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Any advice on why our virgin media boxes have just decided to stop showing some channels. It says error code (W02) and this is on TLC which we used to watch daily?? Joke. What’s the point in paying for for a service which isn’t being provided?
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia You arranged for an engineer to resolve this problem - he's been today & hasn't fixed it - he says not Virgin's job to sort printer problems! The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia You were going to send link 20 minutes ago - since then nothing! Too late now, I'm going out! Shocking service from Virgin as usual! I've had 3 failed attempts to order upgrade YOU insist I have (with treats of reduced service) & you make it like treading in treacle to achieve!
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Yes but I just tells me there are no problems. It did the same thing a few weeks ago but stopped when I held wifi button down - it's now constantly flashing & that wont stop it & web site says in normal operating all green lights should be off.
-
Howard Martin 💚 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Can you please explain why, when I renewed my package in March you reduced my last invoiced bill to reflect the change & took by DD what you said you would! Now you say you will suspend my service because I underpaid? You took what you wanted!
-

-
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia I've rebooted the box & it's resolved the issues with the Apps - thank you - however it doesn't explain why my Netflix subscription has been removed from my service package and bill, which presumably happened before the problems started yesterday late afternoon accessing Apps?

TheShannimal🔜#i70 (@TheShannimal_) reported from Kidderminster, England@Cplcash @virginmedia Problem is other providers are so slow at installing fibre cables that most have no choice but to go with VM

-
Georgie Colley (@GeorgieMaley) reported from Kidderminster, EnglandWhy can’t media providers just get into the 21st century and make it easier for households, by having contracts based on a joint accounts. That way, both home owners can call up about any problems! Data protection my arse @virginmedia @SkyUK
-
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@kgardner081 @virginmedia In fairness, they've now been in touch, can't fix it remotely so are sending an engineer on Thursday to sort it out. So I'm grateful for that & 2 days to wait isn't bad.
-
MH (@Mijan93243645) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia I’m not paying the full amount for April and may, until you revie my bill for not getting my full service and I don’t receive my booster I am not paying a single penny, and I’m not contacting anyone. Gary Adams (@GazzaAdams) reportedHi @virginmedia This latest update appears to directly contradict the update you sent me earlier today. At 12:57, I was told that an engineer **was already on site and working to fix the problem**, with an estimated repair time of **18:00 today, 19/08/2026**. At 15:24, I am now being told that you have identified the problem and that an engineer **is on their way**, with the estimated repair time moved to **14:10 on 21/08/2026**. This is the original date that was stated 2 weeks ago. Could you please provide an accurate explanation of what is actually happening with fault **F012421201**? In particular: * Was an engineer on site earlier today, as stated? * If so, why is an engineer now apparently only “on their way”? * What has happened to cause the estimated repair time to move from this evening to Friday afternoon? * Is 21/08/2026 at 14:10 now a reliable estimate, or is this simply an automated placeholder? I appreciate that faults can take longer than expected to repair. What is frustrating is receiving contradictory information that makes it impossible to understand the actual status of the fault. Please provide a clear and factual update rather than another automated status message.
