@virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin 💚 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia Can you please explain why, when I renewed my package in March you reduced my last invoiced bill to reflect the change & took by DD what you said you would! Now you say you will suspend my service because I underpaid? You took what you wanted!

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia Since the printer worked fine before you installed the new 3 Hub & perusal of the internet shows that this is a common problem with this Virgin equipment, perhaps you would arrange for an engineer to come and rectify the problem at your cost! Please register this as a complaint!

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia Yes but I just tells me there are no problems. It did the same thing a few weeks ago but stopped when I held wifi button down - it's now constantly flashing & that wont stop it & web site says in normal operating all green lights should be off.

  • Mijan93243645
MH (@Mijan93243645) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia In March when I renewed my contract I was having a lot of issues with my WiFi service, when I called person on the phone suggested I need a booster in my house which they he/she can’t remember now said I should get it within few days, then lockdown happened and understandably

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia Still waiting! It's now after 4! You changed our old hub that worked fine - at your insistence - didn't properly set it up - my wife needs printer for work & uni course - now been trying to get you to sort it since Thursday & you don't honour your promises to do so! Poor service!

  • timhazelwood2
Tim Hazelwood (@timhazelwood2) reported from Bewdley, England

@virginmedia He has called a few times and I called once. They say there is an issue in the area. He's been without service since July and they said the issue would be resolved on 21st aug. ive been away and it's still not fixed. It looks like an issue with the box to me as a layman

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@markdmortimer I won't. But just fed up with @virginmedia's bloody awful website! They want me to order/upgrade box on line then make it impossible to do! All I get is "oops - something went wrong" messages for a week now! And if you phone you get someone the other side of the world! Useless!

  • therealflopflip
Phil Woodward (@therealflopflip) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia I'd like to know why you discontinued my Netflix subscription? The service just stopped but I didn't cancel it? It was paid for in June but there is no charge due to be made in July! It was connected up to Sunday but today I just got a message asking me to rejoin?

@virginmedia my dad is a pensioner who has had no TV service for more than a month. We have called numerous times and not had resolution. Can someone please contact me to help sort this out

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@kgardner081 @virginmedia We'll see how we get on - everything works fine but can't connect the wireless printer & apparently (according to problems others have had) something to do with 2 wireless frequencies working off same IP code confusing the connection! Need renaming or something. Beyond me to do!

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin 🇺🇦🇪🇺 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia You have just repeated, word for word, the last tweet you sent me, to which I replied! Pointless trying to have any conversation with @virginmedia because it just goes round in circles! The most appalling customer services in UK in my experience! No more tweets from you, please!

  • VINCIFMIanD
Ian Dodd (@VINCIFMIanD) reported from Bromsgrove, England

@virginmedia There seems to be an issue with your WiFi in Perton (Wolverhampton WV6). The problem has gone from intermittent, to no reception at all.

  • TheShannimal_
TheShannimal🔜#i70 (@TheShannimal_) reported from Kidderminster, England

@Cplcash @virginmedia Problem is other providers are so slow at installing fibre cables that most have no choice but to go with VM

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia There are no local problems - I checked yesterday - also my account detail's show my next Virgin bill due next week has had the Netflix subscription removed by you & my Netflix account shows it was last paid in May. I'll try a reboot & see what happens - thank you

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia Just to let you know I was billed by you for Netflix on 10 June, the subscription was not paid to Netflix by you - so they cancelled my account! You owe me a refund please! Also this was a issue as far back as May & Virgin were saying "they were addressing it" Still are it seems!

@virginmedia Still no Internet. A full day without Internet and no update as to what is the issue or when likely to be resolved. Definitely be leaving after contract. WFH and this isn't first outage. Never had this with previous provider.

  • sparky0710
    Mark Aitken (@sparky0710) reported

@virginmedia Internet been down in ML5 since yesterday lunchtime. When will this be resolved.any information or updates from apps are vague at best very poor.

  • gloucesterglass
    Gloucester Glass (@gloucesterglass) reported

@virginmedia Yes, it said issues with broadband and tv, but it’s been 3 consecutive days now. Plus like I said I can’t get mobile signal and I don’t live in the middle of nowhere so dependent on wifi calls unfortunately.

  • nrpoole
    Nick Poole (@nrpoole) reported

@virginmedia I can't log into my a/c. I know my email address but, when entered, I reach a page saying that there has been a 'quick pause to keep my account safe' followed by some unhelpful suggestions and a reference: IDF-12B. The help & bot are useless. Can you help, please?

  • FrazzzYT
    Frazzz (@FrazzzYT) reported

@virginmedia Consistently says "intermittent signal in your area" This has literally been going on for around a week now. And seems to coicide when there is a little tiny bit or rain...

  • Houstie1886
    MrsHoustie🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 (@Houstie1886) reported

@virginmedia Any idea when internet will be back up and running in ML1? Service status says no issues. Helpline says working on it. Had no internet since yesterday. Thanks.

  • mrsluc
    Sandra Robinson (@mrsluc) reported

@YeshuaFoxtrot @virginmedia I read on here everyday about issues, I have to be honest they are the best I've had. Three years and never an issue, well apart from the persistant cold calls. I sympathise with people who do, I was with Sky and had to reset my modem 3 times a day.

@Ben_Scallan @Glic16 @griptmedia Fair play to you Ben for calling these clowns out 👏👏👏 something you will never see from Rte / virgin media/ newstalk etc.. because they are all on the government payroll

@BingoBertie @RichardLXXII @virginmedia Yes you clearly have no clue about the wording of the contract. Contracts have a fixed period and if you are smart you have discounts. They however have a fixed period, so if you let them run out the contract continues without them. So what your are suggesting is bad
