It was paid for in June but there is no charge due to be made in July! It was connected up to Sunday but today I just got a message asking me to rejoin?

The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!

Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England@virginmedia Since the printer worked fine before you installed the new 3 Hub & perusal of the internet shows that this is a common problem with this Virgin equipment, perhaps you would arrange for an engineer to come and rectify the problem at your cost! Please register this as a complaint!

Both the staff members I spoke to could barely communicate in English, and the line kept breaking up... until it died altogether. Wasted time, no resolution, and huge frustration.
