You owe me a refund please! Also this was a issue as far back as May & Virgin were saying "they were addressing it" Still are it seems!

The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!

Need renaming or something. Beyond me to do!

They want me to order/upgrade box on line then make it impossible to do! All I get is "oops - something went wrong" messages for a week now!
