@markdmortimer I won't. But just fed up with @virginmedia's bloody awful website! They want me to order/upgrade box on line then make it impossible to do! All I get is "oops - something went wrong" messages for a week now! And if you phone you get someone the other side of the world! Useless!

@virginmedia It was hard to contact you to follow up, I tried many ways but was getting no where as everything seemed to be on automated, however again in April I was having more issues and it got to a point I went on Twitter and someone responded with a text service but again like always

@virginmedia I'm messaging for my mum - their V3 hub 2g radio is not working at all, stopped working last week. Enabling 5g has got it working on their newer devices but service is still very slow. Have tried hard reset, everything, but nothing is getting that 2g signal on

  • HJMKent

@virginmedia Can you please explain why, when I renewed my package in March you reduced my last invoiced bill to reflect the change & took by DD what you said you would! Now you say you will suspend my service because I underpaid? You took what you wanted!

@virginmedia Just to let you know I was billed by you for Netflix on 10 June, the subscription was not paid to Netflix by you - so they cancelled my account! You owe me a refund please! Also this was a issue as far back as May & Virgin were saying "they were addressing it" Still are it seems!

@virginmedia Hi, following on from the resolution of the issue outlined above. My dad has received a full bill despite being assured by every employee we have spoken to that he wouldn't be charged for the period he was without service (more than two months). Please advise

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia Yes but I just tells me there are no problems. It did the same thing a few weeks ago but stopped when I held wifi button down - it's now constantly flashing & that wont stop it & web site says in normal operating all green lights should be off.

  • Mijan93243645
MH (@Mijan93243645) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia In March when I renewed my contract I was having a lot of issues with my WiFi service, when I called person on the phone suggested I need a booster in my house which they he/she can’t remember now said I should get it within few days, then lockdown happened and understandably

  • GeorgieMaley
Georgie Colley (@GeorgieMaley) reported from Kidderminster, England

Why can’t media providers just get into the 21st century and make it easier for households, by having contracts based on a joint accounts. That way, both home owners can call up about any problems! Data protection my arse @virginmedia @SkyUK

  • HJMKent
Howard Martin 🇺🇦 (@HJMKent) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia I've rebooted the box & it's resolved the issues with the Apps - thank you - however it doesn't explain why my Netflix subscription has been removed from my service package and bill, which presumably happened before the problems started yesterday late afternoon accessing Apps?

  • abbiewx_xo
Abbie Walters (@abbiewx_xo) reported from Kidderminster, England

@virginmedia Any advice on why our virgin media boxes have just decided to stop showing some channels. It says error code (W02) and this is on TLC which we used to watch daily?? Joke. What’s the point in paying for for a service which isn’t being provided?

  • therealflopflip
Phil Woodward (@therealflopflip) reported from Kidderminster, England

@Benleo @virginmedia One of the worst companies I've had to deal with as well, other than British Gas. I can't wait to leave when my contract ends.

  • Krisstoffe50821
    Krisstoffer Jukes (@Krisstoffe50821) reported

@Benleo @virginmedia I have Starlink and although it is a little dearer, I have confidence in its service. No cables to the receiver only from it to the house. Go for it Ben.

@Benleo @virginmedia Perhaps it you being a **** whiney customer thats the issue??

  • Benleo
    Ben Leo (@Benleo) reported

Congrats to @virginmedia for being perhaps the WORST company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with in Britain. Three engineer visits, five plus calls to Indian call centres, and still you can’t activate the TV contract you upsold me when I simply called to get my connection back. Awful, awful business model.

@Benleo @virginmedia I've literally just left Virgin Media, to join Sky. That's how bad they are

  • glenn_coin

@Benleo @virginmedia It’s the only option I have that doesn’t use Openreach lines, which are crap. They were terrible when they were NTL as well, seems like nothing has changed.
