They want me to order/upgrade box on line then make it impossible to do! All I get is "oops - something went wrong" messages for a week now! And if you phone you get someone the other side of the world! Useless!

It was paid for in June but there is no charge due to be made in July! It was connected up to Sunday but today I just got a message asking me to rejoin?

The printer worked fine till Virgin messed it up changing hub - you have a duty to fix it since it's of your making! Sort it please!

It did the same thing a few weeks ago but stopped when I held wifi button down - it's now constantly flashing & that wont stop it & web site says in normal operating all green lights should be off.
