@virginmedia We can’t use landline because of fault. Tried mobile - no response. We shouldn’t have to keep reporting. You know there is a problem. Fix it please.

@virginmedia I’m trying to help my mother-in-law who’s a registered cater, with her broadband. Her wi-fi signal is very patchy and it’s causing her problems (plus unnecessary extra stress). She has a Hub 3; can she get a Hub 4 without upgrading to Gig 1?

@virginmedia Busy? I've been fighting allday since 9am. I've paid agreed amount but my services haven't been restored and I can't get through by text, WhatsApp or phone. This isnt a good service a vulnerable customer should receive

@virginmedia So VM, I’ve been ‘talking’ to Andi BOT for the past 90 minutes and it says wait times are over 15mins but ‘it’ has been saying this for over an hour!! There’s only so many times I can reset the damn router to try and improve wifi! Really regretting leaving @SkyUK atm

@Paulos_the_fog @virginmedia Because of home working I upgraded to 350mbps package and was getting that until a few months ago measured using a variety of apps - now it’s down to 80 consistently.

@JamesTurner37 @virginrnedia Just seen the unprofessional comment by Virgin Media. I would swap from them if that is their attitude towards customers. I have been with BT 7 years only had a filter problem which they sorted ASAP, delay was due to RM delivering the new filters.

@virginmedia Paying £62 a month for a broadband service that is constantly down or dropping is a joke! As a loyal customer since day 1 I genuinely think it’s time to leave. The service is shocking and there’s only so many times I can run a test or reboot my router!! Appalling!

@virginmedia Hi, yes I have and apparently there’s no issues! Even though I had to tether to my phone to check as I couldn’t connect to my broadband. Then I logged into the website to be told there was no issues.
