@StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

@virginmedia Hi. I can see there’s an ongoing issue with the TV in my area with fix date of 1600hrs 25th. This has been going on for over a week now & the blips/surges through the box & it constantly resetting is becoming really annoying & has even taken the wifi out sometimes.

@virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

@virginmedia why do I only get a notice saying channel failed when I watch sky sports channel live, I can watch any other channel you provide me and don’t have a issue. I have done everything that you tell me to do but it still keeps happening.

@virginmedia We have done that multiple, and requested it over the phone multiple times. Pretty sure I’ve requested on here before too and still nothing. I’ll just bin it. You’re obviously not bothered and there’s a long log of us trying to return it with no help should you try and charge us
