    @virginmedia I have had no WiFi for 2 days. I received a card asking me to ring and quote RPBLOCK but I can’t get through on your phone lines. We can’t sign in online because the original email address used is no longer in use. How can I get this resolved? 🙄

    @virginmedia DO NOT listen to their customers. Six times I have asked them to contact me after 6.00 pm only for their staff to ring me while I am in work and are really rude when I say its not convenient to talk. @virginmedia do one and stop harrassing me

    @virginmedia So I stayed with you for another 12 months. With a clean account, our first bill in July reduced by £19 to £28. Paid the July amount, had a reminder to pay the August figure of £47, which had doubled from somewhere. WTF was my reaction. Paid £47. Not paying rest.

    Why is @virginmedia so appalling? Broadband been off for 48 hours,but they manage to take their monthly payment without a problem which gets more expensive each month..if your thinking of virgin think again!

    Yet AGAIN my broadband connection has gone. @virginmedia this is every single month, multiple times a month and I get old nothing but 'try to reboot your router' every single time. The amount of complaints on twitter alone jusy goes to show how poor your service is.

    @virginmedia My internet is intermittent. They have arranged an engineer to come out on Saturday. He didn’t show up. I only found out when I called up myself. I asked for a manager call back to log my complaint and my loss of service. Nobody has called me back. As mentioned, I asked twice!!

That quite good for Virgin Media - possibly the worse customer service I have ever experienced having tried to upgrade and fix my service for a month now and wasted hours on the phone, engineers don't show up, promises broken .     @virginmedia Hi, can you provide a number to speak to complaints in the UK? My complaint was closed when noone contacted me 10 minutes after asking for a complaint to be raised. Called on Thursday to the tech team and was offered a call back on Friday but noone called.

    @virginmedia Rebooting does sometimes clear the issue however with the frequency that we are having problems we'd need to reboot it several times in a working day with simply isn't feasible or a workable solution. We've ran the tests both on the website and via the app.
