    @virginmedia WiFi isn’t a 100% but tv is working fine. I’m pretty sure that I am paying too much for just WiFi and tv, on my account says I have a phone line which I never had??

    @virginmedia I have been forced to work from home and work internationally. For the past 48hrs your WiFi has been down in Hertfordshire. Completely. Have been unable to work and have thus lost money. Get a costumer service that works or I will take my business elsewhere

    @virginmedia my WiFi is so bad that come 7pm we have to switch it if on our phones and use our data. I’ve just tried to book a service call only to be told I can’t as they are doing work on our area and it will automatically get cancelled. It’s been bad for a year now!!!!

    @virginmedia so I’ve had a merry go round of experiences for the last few months I’ve had to give advice to managers engineers etc when I contact about issues I want to out this forwards do a job do it right correct. Say a time call me don’t not call happened 3+ times 1/2

    @virginmedia I’ll ring your call centre again tomorrow. When I’m paying nearly £65 a month for a service I’m not getting I don’t really feel I should have to post to a online community forum to solve the problem. A Virgin tech should come to my home & fix it!

    @virginmedia Sorry. That’s it. Sorry. Yes I’ve checked and the WiFi is now working. I also checked and I’ll still be billed the full amount for a 2nd rate service that doesn’t in anyway match your glitzy empty advertising campaigns.

    @virginmedia Hub which they said will take 3 days!! 🙄🙈😡 I have had a catalogue of issues with Virgin over the years. I expect some recompense & I don't mean the '£8 after 48 hours has passed' insult I was told today. Been with Virgin since you took over NTL. Where's the customer loyalty?

    @virginmedia Yes I have spoken to your tech guys. I have tried everything they suggested to no avail. All they say is I need to pay £5 extra a month for a booster which I think is unfair as I have done nothing to cause this issue

    @virginmedia Not really sure. All I know is that for some reason in various parts of my house the signal becomes very poor. Whereas it used to be perfect. Hub has been in the same place since I’ve had it.

    @virginmedia £90 a month for an absolute rubbish service called the other day and the favorite saying was reboot was supposed to be put through through to the technical department on to hold on for 25 mins I gave up had to send this not using WiFi

    My god @virginmedia support is awful. They love to argue that the problem isn't from their network and it must be our 3rd party router or the wifi settings and ask pointless questions like if I'm using windows or IOS lol.

    @virginmedia Don’t know where that is but tech say no thing wrong, service was disconnected in error and although we are promised it is being reconnected, it’s not happening. Getting very tedious now.

    @DizzyCAFC @virginmedia Internet is the same, keep crashing. But the bill still to be paid. Shambles company worst ever. Will run the contract down and get another provider. Never again virgin. Worst company ever!!
