@virginmedia I will I don’t know what the problem is it’s nothing we are doing we have reset & unplugged it rebooted it switched off switched it on and everything we can think of just won’t work since about 5 o’clock yesterday

@StephenD1402 @virginmedia It’s the router Steve. The free Virgin router is the problem. Buy a new router from someone like Asus and turn the Virgin one to Modem mode. Should solve most problems.

@virginmedia why do I only get a notice saying channel failed when I watch sky sports channel live, I can watch any other channel you provide me and don’t have a issue. I have done everything that you tell me to do but it still keeps happening.

@virginmedia Called that number got an engineer coming out on Wednesday which is a bit long to be without broadband then they wanted me to pay for a priority service wanted me to pay for your equipment that’s is not working to be fixed I don’t think so not a great service

@virginmedia I don’t have a problem with mine. I changed it to a different router a couple of years and all of the problems that everybody experiences; such as dropping Wi-Fi disappeared.

@GeorgeOMahony8 I am highlighting the lack of original content on RTÉ2 and the lack of investment from RTÉ into content in general. Far easier to set a playlist than it is to commission content, RTÉ2 at best is Sky One and at worst Virgin Media Three.

@virginmedia The router is constantly dropping out during the day and we lose signal to all devices. I have factory reset and you have sent 2 signals a reset but this is a constant frustration. WiFi signal is now poor but nothings changed in home.

@Apple @virginmedia Update your support teams that you Virgin Mobile and Apple have an issue with iMessage. Anyone with Virgin Media (according to info from tech support) cannot activate iMessage due to a known issue. It will save a lot of people time waiting 48 hours for a call
