@lastdart @virginmedia I am with you on this one. They may have me over a barrel right now but when this is all over and normal service is resolved they can say farewell to this customer. If this is the way they treat loyal customer then #SirRichardBranson is in for a big expensive shock.

@virginmedia twice I’ve been on hold to customer service for 25mins only to get cut off. My broadband & TiVo hasn’t been working since 4pm. I’ve tried restarting the hub many times, checked the connections as well. I work from home & this is not what I need right now.

@virginmedia So when you're agent said I had to upgrade my package at significant extra cost in order to use hub 4, that wasn't true? I doubt the forums can fix the noisy fan, poor range, wildly variable speeds and lack of support but I will try given I have no support from VM. Thanks.

It's official @virginmedia are the worst internet provider in the #UK. Problem after problem and after 3 weeks no resolution. I'd be better switching to 56k dial up. My Mum wouldn't be able to use the phone at the same time but at least the internet would work.

@virginmedia I’m really annoyed. Nearly 2 weeks of intermittent internet connection drops. Finally spoke to an advisor yesterday, who says it’s a fault but no ETA on a fix. The service status page incorrectly says there are no broadband problems.
