@virginmedia All fine now - but TBH we're probably going to cancel. Our contract is up its going up from £70 to £85/month. To sign a new deal is a £82. Your offer to new customers is £45. I can't be bothered with this hassle every few months so am looking at sky. Thanks for checking though 👍

@virginmedia Came back on Sunday morning, obvs pleased it was fixed but a 14 hour outage this weekend following a 46 hour outage last weekend, service used to be so good but seems to be very unreliable at the moment

@virginmedia Finally sorted. Cancelling moving home installation doesn't cancel disconnection at current address. No-one told me this. Why should customer be expected to know? Decided not to continue with Virgin when we do move. We will just cancel.
