    Hey @virginmedia here’s a suggestion for you. When you “make planned improvements to your broadband service” how about you contact your customers in advance to tell them they will be without internet whilst they try to work from home?! Appalling customer service

    Dear @VirginMedia, are there problems in the GU14 area? Because the reliability of broadband here has been appalling since at least Thursday/Friday. You really need to sort it out, I have to WFH and my daughter needs to connect with her school.

    Day 4 of trying to get hold of @virginmedia technical support. Quite incredibly I just got a phone call from their marketing team trying to offer me deals. I said I didn't want any deals, I just want my Tivo box replaced as its broken. The woman hung up on me. Disgraceful.

    @virginmedia Very poor service today - internet cut out at least three times, during separate on-line meetings -once at 9.50, once late morning, once mid afternoon. What was going wrong ? RG4 Area31

    @virginmedia is almost harder to leave than the EU! 3 days, 5 calls (4 hang ups!) Several wasted hours online.

    @virginmedia Hi, yep. It’s been poor for over 4 days and non-existent for nearly 36 hours. Yes, I’ve checked BB status, it’s supposedly OK, yes I’ve rebooted, yes I’ve factory reset, multiple times. Still no BB. Still have to go to office, no choice unfortunately. No BB = Big health risk🙁

    @virginmedia Please can you help me to terminate my contract and service with you since it’s unbearable and unprofessional when I’m having work meetings to constantly get disconnected? It’s impossible to speak to a Virgin support human too so I’m left with no choice. Please help me on this.

    @virginmedia so frustrating...hub keeps resetting, i call for help and it tells me to reset the hub and hangs up.Why can someone not actually be available to speak when there is a problem.Hub is dropping internet 3-4 times every day this week-can someone please fix this!

    @virginmedia Was waiting over an hour on Saturday to speak with your customer services regarding an issue with my TV service. After which I was cut off . I tried again on Monday and was able to resolve the issue

    @virginmedia hey there - lost all connectivity at home suddenly this morning and can’t get through to any of your helpline numbers. Is there problem in GU15 3HY area. Can’t understand why 150 and external numbers are either not connecting or just showing as constantly unavailable

    Switched to @virginmedia broadband in Nov ‘20 and agreed to pay more per month than I was paying before just to get reliable broadband. Now I find myself never using the Wi-Fi at home and the kids having to use my phone data to complete school lessons and work as it is SO BAD 😡

    @virginmedia I am yet to deal with a more inept customer service, an hour to raise a complaint then 5 mins later get an email saying resolved 😡😡 call centre sounded like having a party .. absolute joke of a company !!!!

    @virginmedia I have and spent 20 minutes on the phone to be told to wait a further 3-5 days for the sim to turn up and then when i have given a resolution i will be happy with and told no then asked to raise a complaint ive been hung up on.

    @virginmedia I am losing my $@@t at the insane blockers on broadband support. Since going to 1gb three weeks ago my corporate VPN is crushed!!! For five years at 250mb perfect service!! The VPN works everywhere apart from mine FFS can someone fix it #boredofturnitoffandon

    @virginmedia No not sure if they are still coming . Guessing not, as its dark out. It's been a month now. @virginmedia not fix both Internet and tv, it unacceptable. I said give to the end of the week moving on to Sky. Engineers keep getting booked , either can't fix it or don't turn up

    @virginmedia Customer service team are useless this has been going on a week. Now@they aren’t willing to help and need to wait 3-5 working days for a letter to reset the password. Also the box has died and she has no channels whatsoever and again they are unwilling to help
