Told @virginmedia last week I need to end my contract due to moving address....just got my bill through and they have removed the credit I was getting as I have been with them for so long all because I am leaving. Great service that isn’t it....what a joke !!! 👎🏻

@virginmedia I've had plenty of calls over the last year or so. I just get told to use ethernet cables and they can't fix it. We have 6-8 devices at all times, with 1 on ethernet. The package originally stated 9-11 devices while streaming all on Wi-Fi. It's very frustrating.
