    @virginmedia Have messed up my order. As a NEW CUSTOMER the service has been terrible. Now told the ******* the hone “cancel it” she says she can’t untill next Friday. I said “dont be ridiculous! I’m not waiting a week for a new order to be put in” canceling with the bank now!

    @virginmedia hello our box attached to our outside wall is broken and won’t close, wires could be exposed and with the weather changing the water could get in. This has been since we moved in, in April

    1 week ago today, I signed up to @virginmedia as a new customer for the next 3 years. I purchased the iPhone 11 pro max. Was told it would be here Thursday. Ok, not the 24 hours I thought but could live with that. Thursday returned to sender. Online help was a waste of space

    Cracks me up that the main feature of BT’s internet provision currently being advertised is that it breaks! And you can book a slot to fix it Why not invest your advertising budget in stopping it from breaking? Not to be smug but (touch wood) @virginmedia has never conked out!

    @virginmedia please sort out our internet. We are paying for 300mbs and getting zero to minimal WiFi. Power lines have 0mbs. Have you broken the fibre optic cable? weeks of #Unstable #internet.

    @virginmedia Requested a free booster, which comes in two parts, which duly arrived and I installed them. Then got an envelope telling me to return something, another letter explaining what came later. I am now confused but keeping the boosters. Does that help?

    @EwanMetcalf @virginmedia I think problem do occur in may companies or products and i accept that. But most companies customer service levels are just crap. Virgin is no exception! Customer services dept are loss making in their eyes so never staffed properly and when you do get through they are...DIM!

    @virginmedia had issues with broadband this whole week. It will drop out at least 3/4 times a day, I teach online so it’s starting to become unusable
