    @virginmedia your customer service is abysmal. I am fed up of chatting to a robot or someone in india repeatedly asking me the same questions and getting absolutely nowhere. 3 engineer visits, many phonecalls, online chats (some not even answered) and still got nowhere.

    @virginmedia Yes, believe it or not whilst trying to get some info out of your company I did see this notification. I have read your statements (more than you have done for mine 🙄) But it's not relevant as we can access the TV stations...the problem is the TiVo won't access the internet.
