    @virginmedia @virginmedia it’s no excuse and with the gas works I can only presume they have gone through a network cable. But I have not seen one engineer or van anywhere near the main port/box for Virgin to try and fix this since 0900 today. The time has just been going back and back allday

    Well @virginmedia what a disgrace! Phone, internet and tv down from 0905 to current time and now saying next estimated time back up 2300!!! Two people working from home and loss of pay for both! And now no tv for #ENGvSCO match!

    @virginmedia No updated fix time, as it shows all services as green, and can't detect a problem. It asks us to phone you on 151 to do a little more "digging", but the phone line is DOWN. Oh, and the chatbot doesn't deal with landline issues apparently. Now what???

    @virginmedia Hi. I’m new to VM. I have a few black spots in my house (which I never had under Sky) have tried to use connect app to sort which told me I needed boosters. You have none left, any idea what I can do? I can’t use my tv in my kitchen or bedroom in a 3 story house. Thx

    @virginmedia Hi Team - I am moving house and in new house virgin media connection is not available that's why not able to use your service . One of your team member told me that I am breaking the contract that's why I need to pay but while renew the contract it was not mentioned.
