    @virginmedia Hi the app says service is fine but when using text message constantly says not delivered but I only realise when I go back in later ... I think it’s poor signal in my home because I go outside it works ....

    Hey @virginmedia my internet speed has dropped massively over Christmas and is still poor. I get that people are probably using more bandwidth but this is unacceptable - I’m paying for 200mb & getting 10. I’ve done all the tests and resets with no joy 😤. #virginmedia #broadband

    @virginmedia keep ringing me on a daily basis! Sometimes I can’t answer and they leave a long, silent voicemail! When I do answer, they put the phone down on me! I know it’s Virgin because if I try to ring back I get a recorded msg saying they’ll try again soon!

    why are VM so SHITE. Had an agent tell me to BIN my new sim card as I didn’t need it & I can use my old sim card. I’m now paying for 2 sim cards and ones in the BIN...now they’re telling me I have to pay an ‘exit’ fee to ‘cancel’ the contract 😡 @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes, I've received 2 emails stating closure of complaint stating resolved, the first was a credit issue which was credited but the whole complaint wasn't just about the credit but still closed, the 2nd was contract and credit which haven't been resolved at all yet closed

    @virginmedia The 2nd resolution just said "billing corrected" yet when I speak with virgin they still have the billing amount without the promotional discount, so....not corrected then? I've escalated it AGAIN today, promised a call back from a manager within 5 days, probably won't happen

    @virginmedia Cancelled the visit as it came back on again, John. Turns out there was an area-wide problem which your engineers came out and worked on yesterday. Just had a text saying everything is fixed, so keeping fingers crossed 🤞

    @virginmedia my wifi is not able to pair ( the arrows icon flash green, then blank for a bit while the bottom bar which is usually white stays green). Please help…I have so many meetings that this is messing up! I have checked the service outage page. SE22

    @virginmedia I have switched to a new phone after a text chat and was promised the chat dialogue via email after the session - I never got it. I was told I could get cashback for my old phone. Have put in a data request and been told it will take a month. I want the chat log now.
