    @MrLeeNingLive @virginmedia Virgin have been awful at my current flat! Moving to Sky in my new flat - my mate that has it gets MUCH better connection 😩 When Virgin came to check my speeds they also suddenly went to the right numbers when they visited 👀

    @virginmedia bill was supposed to be reduced to accommodate the lack of Sky sports, bt sports etc etc etc. But no. Great. Thanks. Final nail in the proverbial coffin. Customer loyalty accounts for nothing with you. Will be looking to go elsewhere.

    Come on @virginmedia sort it out. WiFi has been terrible all day had to hotspot for several work Teams calls and now can’t get films in Netflix or Amazon Prime. SG4 area!! Kids not happy now either

    @virginmedia Well you won't know until you send someone out to look at it, your refusal to do this is outrageous, 2 weeks to send someone out to even look at an issue, you are allowing a vulnerable pensioner to be alone without his services, why is absolutely no one in your company concerned?

    @virginmedia Again it flicked off and on..and yet again as I tried to type this reply. Partner called the help line...after going through everything on there it said there is a known problem in the area and an engineer is apparently looking into it, but when I check the status page , no issue
