No other channel issues or broadband, done all the standard resets, unplugged at mains etc. Do I need to call to have this resolved? TV guide just says 'to be announced' Everything else is fine.

Done this multiple times. Customer service hung up on me then I rang back again and was told I hung up on them. Awaiting a supervisor call. It’s never worked since installation
