    @virginmedia We have. I will have to call again as we have done all the generic things on the website and on the phone. It's a long standing issue. The signal just doesn't seem strong enough, despite upgrading our package.

    @virginmedia The internet just decides to stop working when it feels like it. I work in HR so am on back to back calls most days. Today I had 3 interviews that I missed half of because the internet cut out. I had an email recently saying the broadband and been upgraded but it’s been awful

    @virginmedia That's never been offered to us when we've called. We've spent £60+ buying 2 boosters of our own, whilst telephone operators have assured us that our current router and plan should be enough to cover.

    @virginmedia The text service is a bot so doesn’t understand what I want. I don’t understand how posting on a community forum will help me order wifi pods. I’ve posted but just get replies from other members. I want to be able to contact someone at Virgin not other customers.

    @virginmedia ongoing issue for months. Engineer finally sent last Monday. Still issues today. On hold for 54 mins before line goes dead. Ring back to be offered a link of no use and told lines are closed. Really helpful. Thanks.

    @virginmedia VG messed it up because instead of keeping my contract of £28 a month plus moving fee, sends me instead a new contract as if I were a new customer and of £44 a month nonetheless. And I am tired of repeating myself. I have lost count of how many times I called that number + chat.

    @virginmedia Finally got through to a human. I explained the issue is not just wifi related yet they insisted on asking me to amend wireless settings on the hub. ‘Disable channel optimisation’ and change the 2.4Ghz channel width from 20 to 20/40. Needless to say this makes no difference! >>

    @virginmedia At the end of last week, and previously a couple of months ago. But it's been going on all year, we're just not usually home during the week to receive the calls. I have informed every person that calls that we are not a Virgin customer and are registered with the TPS.

    @virginmedia I don’t use a wired connection I’m the only one on the network at present and it’s still really poor as you can see my previous speeds were in the 200 now 50 if I’m lucky.
