Not the best #customerservice from @virginmedia switched services nad have nothing but trouble since, my number still not been ported almost 2 months in and I am paying both providers. Tried calling VM and got nowhere and was hung up on not once but twice!

52 minutes and two escalations for @virginmedia call centre to agree the diagnosis I’d already made. ‘Your “intelligent” booster pod is not working. A new one will be with you in 3-5 working days’ No wifi upstairs for a week is unacceptable

@virginmedia Where to start!? Billed incorrectly, hours spent trying to contact your terrible customer service, have been lied to and ignored. VM are taking double the money they should, we’ve no idea if our contract has been cancelled and no one gives a toss.
