Top tip for anyone considering @VirginMedia or @vmbusiness for their broadband: do yourself a favour, don't. They have a monopoly on speed, which they feel allows them to treat customers appallingly. Complete outage and no one on their "support" team gives a monkeys. #Awesome.

@virginmedia your phone lines are telling people your call centre are closed! I have had an issue with our bill since we opened our account with you. I was apologised to on the 30th October and ASSURED the credit would be applied to November’s bill. Just been charged full amount!

@virginmedia No. They said nothing could be done unless I cancel my number port and give another 30 days notice. This would then extend my contract past 4 to April, which is my original disconnection date. So this morning I am still disconnected.

@virginmedia One replacement 'hub 3' later and all OK now. A little disturbed that this was in part due to the practice of using referbished equipment even for first time installation? It has taken a few years to end up faulty and has been replaced by a refer. Maybe time to issue hub 4's

@virginmedia When we call customer service they didn't listen, or provide answers. Completely dismissed our complaints just like how you are. You've wasted time and money that I had to spend trying to get internet so that we could WFH and home school
