    @virginmedia my grandads phone hasn’t worked in a week! He doesn’t have any of his phone numbers, so can’t contact anyone other than me! I don’t live close so can’t help him!He’s 78 with no phone and you told him I don’t know when it’ll be fixed! Terrible service!

    You make mistakes in life. Going back to @virginmedia is one of my biggest. Internet is awful, can’t sign into the media service and the customer service is nonexistent. I advise you do not do it!!!

    @virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Been there. Tell you to use the residential service checker, which says no problem. Phone lines have long queues. Service outage is country wide.

    @virginmedia Hardwired is OK Wi-Fi is always rubbish and so can't connect to watch Netflix you tube it to other boxes as V6 primarily use Wi-Fi and not cable. Poor choice. A total waste of my 130 month and thousands on #4k #oled @LGUK TV I bought

    @virginmedia It’s been saying no since yesterday. Since the issues with some static IP customers arose. There’s clearly an issue that you are ignoring despite multiple people telling you. One DS and one US and no GRE.

    @virginmedia Apparently our whole postcode is down due to someone in our postcode using some sort of equipment that is throwing the whole internet for our postcode. Until they find who it is we have no internet. This has been going on since December!

    @virginmedia I don't have an issue with prices rising, I have an issue with the % rise which is way above RPI my case And I've never had an upgrade/extra service at no extra cost without having to chase and chase or threaten to leave despite being a Virginmedia customer for around 15 years.

    @virginmedia got to be honest I’m tempted in my 14 day cooling period to cancel and move to @SkyUK or @BTCare I have a box stuck on CS1010 and have been on hold about 4 hours in two days to Virgin and they literally have no clue how to sort it, all I get is we have sent signals

    @virginmedia @virginmedia just called to say that the £240 charge was disconnection charge of £60 x 4 times although I was never connected. The fact that they applied it 4 times is beyond belief. They have now reversed it. Had I not noticed I would have lost £240. Be careful with them.
