    @virginmedia It’s not a connection issue. Your engineer fitted my 10 year old tv with the latest HD box, which has overloaded my HDMI ports & my tv is now broken. Customers services do not understand what I am saying. The engineers have both confirmed a replacement tv needs to be sent out.

    @bjorn_haynes @vmbusiness Took over 9 days to fix my business land line, retail shop, had customer panicking that we had closed. Not what you want to here. Then no broadband for two days couldn't take care payments, cost us 1000s. Then when down again this week. Biggest threat to my business is virgin.

    The man on the phone told me that can’t happen, and that my tv isn’t broke! Totally patronising me! I haven’t even been with @virginmedia for 24 hours, and I am totally appalled with the customer service! I am awaiting a call from a manager. Fingers crossed e understand me!

    @JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

    @virginmedia Hi I’ve run the necessary tests that are on ur service page and there’s no problems but some of my recordings are still not very good quality and I am unable to watch them

    Think I am cursed with home internet. All the trouble in India and now a culmative 2 hours trying to contact @virginmedia with no success of speaking to a human back home. All data expired and phone line/TV also not working so we must refresh and start again tomorrow 😳

    @virginmedia our wifi drips out anything between 4 and 8 times a day. The app always says there are no issues. Getting pretty sick of it now. Looks like going back to @SkyUK is the only way.

    And now ALL of my channels are ghosting. The picture is so bad I can’t watch anything, on any channel. My tv was totally fine before they arrived! The engineer said for me to call @virginmedia customer services, tell them what had happened, and a replacement tv will be arranged..

    He said that @virginmedia will confirm with the engineers manager that what I am saying is true, and there will be no issues in arranging this. He totally accepts that the virgin box has wrecked my tv... trying to explain this to the people at customer services is another story..

    @virginmedia You seem 2 4get I have full house Serv costs over a £100 which means betw. hours of 5.30am and 8pm I haven’t got the time to **** around for a week worth of questions taking 24hrs to get a response only to find it’s been ended by them as I didn’t answer in two hours! FFS

    @virginmedia Honestly don't think @virginmedia can provide a worse service. Over the last 6 weeks I've had to put up with over a week of no phone lines, last week almost three days with no broadband so cant process payments, and now it's down again. Unbelievable 😠😠😠, costing £1000s

    @dancludlow 4 bloody fraudulent calls today, 2 claiming to be BT "internet has been compromised " 1 BT loyal customer 35% off something or other. (I'm virgin media) and finally £30 gift from some marketing....I put phone down.

    @virginmedia @CooperativeBank I’d like you 2 claim back all my DDs from @virginmedia as I’ve not provided me with the services they charge for having to write this via 4g as I can’t connect via BB says try again, did with 4G works fine now. Please also cancel all DDs. now

    @virginmedia Why are you promising a service if you can’t uphold the offer!!! I hat virgin media, this has happened before when our contract was about to end, we rang and said we wanted to switch and they goes oh we’ll bump up your speeds and lower the price. Why couldn’t u do that before!!!
