@virginmedia We felt we were banging our heads against a brick wall. No we wasted our Sunday speaking to your “Helpdesk” and will not being using our home phone again. My wife’s mum who has #dementia will now, be given my wife’s mobile number written down to use instead!

@virginmedia Due to changed circumstances I need to transfer WiFi into my name. Emailed acc transfer form with I.D on 28/4 - no response. Called you on 22/5 (cost me £22. 26) told this would be chased. On 16/6 Contacted on line chat - useless so called at further cost still no help!

Just been scammed on our home phone bill for 0905481000. We have been charged £54 for a 40 minute call that we apparently made. @virginmedia have said they will investigate it for a charge of £99.95! (No thanks!)🤯🤬. We never made the call, ONLY received & pressed NO numbers!

@bjorn_haynes @vmbusiness Took over 9 days to fix my business land line, retail shop, had customer panicking that we had closed. Not what you want to here. Then no broadband for two days couldn't take care payments, cost us 1000s. Then when down again this week. Biggest threat to my business is virgin.

@JasonHodge71 @virginmedia happened to me tried explain the issues I was had after a 45 min wait. He then kept talking over me when I called him about it he hung up. Seems par for the list of these Indian call centres. Have you noticed that you only get a UK based agent when you say your leaving

@virginmedia You seem 2 4get I have full house Serv costs over a £100 which means betw. hours of 5.30am and 8pm I haven’t got the time to **** around for a week worth of questions taking 24hrs to get a response only to find it’s been ended by them as I didn’t answer in two hours! FFS

@virginmedia Honestly don't think @virginmedia can provide a worse service. Over the last 6 weeks I've had to put up with over a week of no phone lines, last week almost three days with no broadband so cant process payments, and now it's down again. Unbelievable 😠😠😠, costing £1000s

@virginmedia Hello, I've tried rebooting the hub and it has made it worse. There was nothing listed on the site as a problem for my area. I can't get through anything on Netflix without 4,5 maybe 6 stops to buffer.

@virginmedia Yes there was a screenshot in the tweet that followed. This happened 9 days ago too but that time I was able to register the loss of service on my account online so that automatic compensation could be applied automatically if applicable. That facility seems to have gone/moved?

@virginmedia No known issues for broadband but known TV issues. WiFi has come back on however very slow, connections buffering often. Seems to be a lot of road works outside and I am concerned this may have something to do with it.
