I spoke to someone in the Stage 2 complaints team who told me it’s being dealt with and, as already mentioned, a manager would call me back at 4.30 which didn’t happen. Can someone please sort this out?

That’s just today and this has gone on for weeks. Pretty sure you would’ve lost me as a very longstanding customer by the time 28 days is up.

I’ve bought a day pass with NowTV to stream Sky Sports. Just hoping to spare folks frustration and heartache if they don’t have a ticket to go to the game and then can’t get online either!
