    @virginmedia Thanks. It’s only been down this morning. I’m advised it’ll be back by 4pm. So I lose one day of study/work and have no recompense because it isn’t 2 days. I can’t wait to leave Virgin Media but feel trapped. Not a good place to be.

    @virginmedia My approach is simply to contact my service provider who I pay a lot of money to and ask them to sort it. That hasn’t worked.

    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia over 2 years of daily intermittent broadband caused by you and hidden - I can’t get a fix. Now tv box and router both don’t work. 3 hours wasted on phone, 3 dropped calls and sorry doesn’t cut it.

    @virginmedia … her if there was anything NEW she wanted to ask me or tell me (as I wanted to ensure no misunderstanding before I ended the call) Poor, in the extreme. It was “exactly 30 days” from Jafferson, then Holly, on Monday, and “60 days” (max) “it’s policy” from Julianna, tonight.
