@virginmedia That is the first thing I checked and after the call center told me all is fine, an engineer will be sent out on Monday a text came back about 3 hours later to say there was actually an issue and you are working on it. So after we all called an issue was found hope it is fixed

@virginmedia mmm. Apparently because 10 flats are not working at the same time it is not a fault on your side but each one of us has the same issue by chance as your sys say all is good. Well all is not good and we have to wait till Monday for an engineer (all of us) area 22

@virginmedia @nickgooner80 I wanna know why my broadband has been all day! I do not want to be paying for a service I cannot use!!!!!! 🤬🤬 I have a bored 6 year old. SORT IT OUT!!! And I can’t check my service status as I can’t access the internet even on my 4G or the virgin media app.

@virginmedia so my services, since being installed have not worked more than they have worked. As first impressions go this is very bad. If this isn’t fixed by this afternoon I will cancel my services as im still within 14 days cooling period.

@virginmedia I’ve just measured it again and the spear is back up to 343meg. The ping is quick again. When the WiFi is slow the ping is also very poor along with the jitter.

@virginmedia Over the phone and yes got a text to confirm an engineer would be at mine between 4-7pm yesterday. This issue has been going on for nearly 3 weeks and an engineer couldn’t be bothered to show up and fix the problem

@virginmedia I have already done this a few times. Every time I call for help I am told there is a 'localised problem' that aims to be fixed by 23/11 ... though generally I just get an automated response

@CookieWFC86 @virginmedia Jon virgin are really bad I would suggest move to another supplier, we have been a customer for 3 weeks and have unnecessary drilled holes in our newly painted walls and no one has called to rectify also internet goes down every day and we are meant to have 516 mb

@virginmedia Tried them all. Ms Teams will work intermittently while doing calls and video calls. As people are forced to work from home this is an essential service to be offered while I have to try and cope tethering from my phone, while paying for your useless service
