    @CateSevilla @virginmedia They then tried to fine me for not sending their 'hub' back and refused to refund the house move cost I'd paid a few months earlier. So so incompetent! SO stressful when all of us work from home too. I moved to TalkTalk & is cheaper and no problems so far, at least :)

    @virginmedia I had a letter saying work was being done on 26th August and may effect broadband but since then the internet keeps going down intermittently throughout day ? No issues listed online can you check if work still being done as I am wfh post code SE39lr

    @JamesJWalsh @virginmedia I used to be a customer before moving to Lewisham and left them because I was getting about 10% of the contracted speed and they were taking months to resolve it. They ended up admitting it was oversubscription.

    @virginmedia WiFi down yet again in SE6, what’s going on, can your servers not cope with temperatures above 30c! I think it’s time to stop using the #stayconnected tag line, it’s not doing you any favours. Some of us have to work to do and deadlines to meet.

    *…..With Virgin Media, some channels were usually glitchy, well some free-to-air channels were usually glitchy. The internet keep coming off and just ******* slow, despite it supposedly to be fibre optic internet.

    @virginmedia Poor quality Broadband. I asked for someone to come & collect it & told can't do that & use parcel Company to return. Didn't mention 14 days said it has to be on day it's cancelled or that's it. I'm a disabled customer and not able to run around for something I didnt agree to.
