    @virginmedia are unbelievable. Took a direct debit in error at end of January from my elderly father, promised to pay back in 5 days but didn’t. Then promised 7-10 days but again didn’t. Still no refund and now not even responding to formal complaint. Disgusting!

    @virginmedia I'm appalled at the customer service we're recieving whilst trying to become your customers! 7 weeks of the same issue and staff putting the phone down on us. One form being filled out would solve all of this but its gone "missing" 5 times now. Ofcom complaint filed.

    @virginmedia Wifi down all day and it’s the holidays, bloody fantastic! Done all the test spoke to your robot for a few hours and still not closer to fixing. Can someone call me to sort this please !
