    @virginmedia We have already called these numbers and are only getting automated answer down the phone. What are we to do? She is now without internet and is unable to use any devices or stream anything? How hard can it actually be for her to speak to a real person? It’s a bit ridiculous

    @virginmedia Thanks for your quick reply, its to do with a new account set up, there's been a few issues with this which have resulted in a late payment being placed on my credit file which isn't correct/justified but the team in Philippines don't understand the significance of a credit file

    @virginmedia Yes, I've checked today, and it says my service is working, which it is. There's no issue listed at all. Last listed issue was 11 Aug between midnight and 6.00am. It just has turned off briefly the last two nights at exact same time. Which is odd.
