    Once again no tv and broadband from @virginmedia. So I ring up and their is a recording saying they are improving the service and it may be off till 6.00pm. Does no one work nights when it would disrupt less people. #justsaying

    @virginmedia Yes, dispite your Call Centre saying no area issues your status page says otherwise. Fix at 10pm. Lost all services not just internet.

    @virginmedia They said they was dealing with the fault and was given no time scale. It’s just come back on now but over the last few days it keeps loosing signal for a few minutes then coming back on. Thanks for the reply.

    @virginmedia Ran a test on the super hub itself. Its resolution to the Wi-Fi is to move close to it. Am 6 foot from it !

    @virginmedia I didn't realise when I negotiated a deal I'd be automatically entitled to no compensation and rubbish customer services. Lesson learnt.

    @tyreboy2 @SkyHelpTeam @virginmedia Think twice.. I've had virgin for years excellent..but since the intelligent upgrade can't connect in bathroom n upstairs. When i phone they said I need boosters..n so did the app. Purchased no change. Family n friends have same problems.. it's a minefield outthere..

    @virginmedia OK, I 1) reset the router; 2) changed the password; and 3) deleted and re-installed the app. The app has now detected the hub; hopefully that will resolve the connectivity issues. Thank you!!

    Also in this bundle of 26 letters were new Sim cards we have been waiting on. I think @O2 and @virginmedia need to stop relying on @RoyalMail and find a more reliable delivery service for their customers!

    @virginmedia hi, are there broadband issues in N8? WiFi and wired connection have been dropping every 15 minutes since Monday, rebooted many times, seen similar complaints from others in the area, service checker says no issues but I get a maintenance notice on other help pages

    @RagnarokTangler @virginmedia And oo we've repaired stuff. **** off. it crept up to £70 a couple of years back, unoticed,so we had to call them and it went down to £40, and look we're back here again. Done with it now.
