@virginmedia I work in a customer service contact centre. If any of our agents were as unhelpful as any of your channels there would be disciplinary procedures. Every single time I've dealt with Virgin it's the same. An insincere apology and advice that I already know.

@virginmedia is there an issue with with Virgin Mobile signal. I used to get strong 4G at most places, now it’s either very weak 4G or 3G. Phone signal is also only couple bars.

@virginmedia are u having issues with your 4g signal in the ST1 area of Stoke on Trent. I've not nothing when I've usually got full signal. Had to switch to 3g on my phone settings in order to get a signal. Been going on for 3 days now. Thanks
