    @virginmedia broadband been down for over 2 weeks. Working intermittently. Phoned on numerous occasions, on hold for over an hour each time. Tried the messaging service. Respond only when I’m at work. Abysmal service/provider. My wife works from home and is having to us hotspot

    @virginmedia Done that. Looks like the TiVo box the likely problem. Needs replacing. So how do i do that? Phone leads to online help: online leads nowhere helpful, for just replacing a TiVo box. Ideas?

    @virginmedia Awful, I’ve been trying to contact your so called customer service for 2 months, not had 1 reply sat on hold for over an hour on various occasions, currently paying for 200MB and I’m lucky to get 40.

    @virginmedia please cancel my services. I have been with you since 2002 and I've never had such a painful time speaking to "customer services". Constant upsell instead of my request to cancel. This never happened with the UK call centre. You've gone from the best to worst.
