    @virginmedia Tried this, 3 days to reply per message. Pathetic really, good customer service could compensate for poor phone service but I don’t get either. I get the VM sim for free with my package, I’d rather pay an extra £20 a month elsewhere to make sure I don’t miss important calls

    @EE Would be more than happy to rejoin EE even without my NHS discount if someone would actually call me back. Don’t think I can take another week of important missed calls from @virginmedia - yes I know they use the EE network but not the enhanced 4G+ side 🙄

    @virginmedia It’s been going off intermittently for weeks. I’ve been blaming the devices in the house and changing every cable. You even sent me a new router. Every drop in service resets adapters and loses video calls.

    @virginmedia I’m not going to waste time in doing that, I’ve worked in telecommunications, I know how your process works, I also know you’ll try and pass the book to customers before taking blame because the tiniest speck of dust can effect my WiFi signal. So it’s fine.

    @virginmedia No as I’m unable to get through 1. Because my signal is horrendous and 2. Because your lines are constantly closed. It seems easier for me to just go back to @EE as I need reliability, I’ve missed too many important phone calls since using VM.

    @virginmedia I can't get through to anyone on the phone, the 'help' pages take me through a constant loop of logical steps that I have taken multiple times. I have the same hub from my previous place and in both homes my wifi is intermittent - Its embarrassing as I WFH and have constant calls

    @virginmedia Thanks, it is usually fixed within a couple of hours but the problem is it is happening about fortnightly. That soon adds up and it’s not a cheap service.

    @YouKnowEh @virginmedia They seemingly have lots and lots of unacceptably bad complaints, many of which, like mine, could and should have been resolved within minutes. Let's hope this instance is the start of turning the business around. Unfortunately for many also like me, it comes too late.
