    @virginmedia No it wasn't. I want to do it when it's convenient for me not virgin media. Thanks for nothing..As well as expecting the customer to do all the work installing the equipment you making the decisions without consultation.Seriously thinking about my 14 day change of mind now.

    Every single championship midweek fixtures, there’s always an issue with the red button. They either forget to turn the game on or instead they’ve now managed to put the wrong commentary on. Sort it out @virginmedia @SkyFootball. Wrong commentary on the Boro game

    @virginmedia Wireless mainly, even though the device is right next to the router. This is the 3rd day in a row - never had this problem in the 10yr of been a customer

    “You don’t need to be there, we can do the cable work outside no problem” That translated into a card through the door saying “Sorry we missed you” and the work not being done. Don’t really understand that one @virginmedia

    @virginmedia Yes spoke to a member of the team, we have been having issues with our wifi. She offered to send another booster & cable out free off charge. Available on our contract. I’ve just received email to say my payments are going up to £60!!

    Our broadband in TS10 has been down all day, the status page says no issues, but self test says there is no connection @virginmedia - is this related to the issues at Roseberry Square, Redcar, and when will it be resolved. So far no communication from you!

    @OliverStanding @virginmedia It's not a great self serve option and poor customer experience. I have an issue trying to remove a service from my current package. Cant be done digitally or remotely. Only via phone which even then very few of the advisors have the levels of authority to amend your package.

    @virginmedia Former contract expires on 05/04. I rang on 16/03 to query price rise. Offered new contract and accepted on the clear proviso I could cancel everything within 14 days (EOP today). Repeatedly told yes. Called today to cancel - not permitted. Operator not clear why.

    The sheer ineptitude of @virginmedia never fails to astound me. Despite cancelling new contract within the 14-day period I've now been told I'm still liable for an early exit fee (£240!) because of some made-up formula that wasn't initially communicated.

    @FitzysGameTime @virginmedia Honestly I don't even know what I'm paying for I only pay for my internet and that's nearly 50 quid and it always seems to cut out on us.I remember when I first signed up and it was £18 quid and it's sky rocketed !!! I've rang twice and they have promised to help me but haven't🙄

    @_WingedAngel_ @virginmedia They're honestly terrible. When I signed with them in June, I was due a £50 Amazon voucher. For months they told me I'll get it soon & their team is on it. Not got it. Then they said they'll give me £25 compensation for the hassle, not seen that either in my account or my bill😑
