@virginmedia I've done this many times previously and does nothing, the most recent request to switch it from modem mode is so you would process my complaint with ofcom which in turn means I'm without WiFi for 30 days unless standing on the "superhub"

@virginmedia not impressed with your customer service this week. After days of attempted communication I finally spoke to someone about getting a new phone. They spoke terrible English, were unhelpful and have actually lost you my potential 24month contract.

@virginmedia So why do you not have a chat system? I work in a similar industry and we are able to help our customer through chat, phone, online, social media it’s crazy a company of the size of virgin media can’t accommodate us. Not having a go at you I’m just disappointed in the system

@virginmedia I wouldn't recommend your media connect app its awful, the booster you sent out does exactly zero, as for blackspots around the house that would be anywhere in the house more than 1.5m from the hub, all the software in the world won't polish the turn you call a superhub

@virginmedia It's a waste of time tbh, all they do is insist I take the hub out of modem mode and when they do eventually agree you are rubbish and put me through to line faults they either just hang up or the battery on my phone dies

@virginmedia They can't help either, the real issue, lets be honest, is the fact nobody at Virgin will admit their equipment is awful and not really fit for purpose, the least super thing ever is the superhub 3.0

@virginmedia That isn't a loyality discount! It's £1 more than a new customer after the introductory deal so your "loyality discount" is to charge existing customers a bit more than everyone else. Without the "loyality discount" we get charged £13 more than new customers with an old tivo box

@virginmedia No, your front line tech thought it was an issue at the house terminal. I had upgraded from SH3 to SH4 with the additional cost to upgrade to your 1gig service at the suggestion of another front liner but that hasn’t worked either. It’s still flakey and drops out frequently.

@virginmedia We are not making this up - it needs to be fixed, so get an engineer out and fix it. Stop pretending its working. Its not. None of my neighbours have had service for days. GET IT FIXED
