.@virginmedia amazing that when I want to talk to someone about moving house or changing my existing package, your team are more than willing to chat to me. When I get transferred to the team to disconnect my services and cancel my contract I get hung up on after 25 mins on hold.

@virginmedia It’s now saying November 19th for one of two issues and 18th for something to do with tv. Considering I haven’t had WiFi since last Wednesday this is outrageous.

@virginmedia been on hold for 2 hrs 15 mins trying to book engineer to fix tv service & just been cut off😡😡. same prob that was allegedly fixed by engineer on 29 Sept (obviously wasn’t as still happening). Tried going online but no help!!

@TweetingKatzo @virginmedia A large proportion of residents are in contact with each other on this and the few that that have waited an hour plus on calls have been told this. We know we are are dealing with the same issue (as timing of loss of connection is concurrent amongst us all)

Virgin Media upload 0.5 Mbps (Vs. a 30Mbps + promise) since 13/11. No fix in sight in spite of @virginmedia having acknowledged our pb, at a time where having a decent internet service in your home is a matter of life & death.

Ordered broadband from @virginmedia on 02/11, earliest installation was 20/11 (tomorrow). 7.45pm tonight I receive text with no explanation rescheduling installation to February! Customer service line is closed. We need broadband for work, this is appalling service.

@virginmedia This is not about individual accounts but a whole neighbourhood looking for an adequate response from you on this issue. We don’t think it’s reasonable to have to wait 6 more days for an engineer to fix when everyone is in lockdown/working from home. Can your response be quicker?

@virginmedia I am with you for 7 years. I am trialing EE in an effort to get rid of you. In Nov, broadband was appalling, 3 days no service, inconsistent all the other times. Drops during business calls. Customer service totally absent. Emailed CEO no response. Shame on you

We might get SE5 properlky flagged as an area with an issue that way, while the automated systems are all lacking and we're getting boilerplate from the social. I'm waiting for them to check now

@virginmedia I repeat that you must urgently HELP CUSTOMERS & repair their NTL EMAILING accounts which u left BROKEN.Without it how can they order vital online food supply? VM now a shoddy setup to leave longterm customer in the lurch. When back at base, will SWITCH SUPPLIERS.

Hi @virginmedia One of your engineers was working at the cable box on our street when the internet went down and has now been out for 3 1/2 hours. Another van of engineers came but they left and the internet is still down. Can you tell us what’s going on please?
