    @virginmedia After a long phone conversation with one of your operatives today we were promised an engineer would come out but nobody showed. Over a month without reliable broadband. Checked our contract we are bound to you until 2024 and need to pay to leave your terrible service

    @virginmedia Many complaints have been raised and we have tried to leave the contract due to the complete lack of anything beneficial to actually fix our broadband. Of course I’m not having a a go at you but your customer service team is very bad. They don’t care about actually helping 👍🏾

    @virginmedia Yes, I’ve done all these. Very frustrating as I only had a new super hub and cabling to house installed 2 weeks ago. Never had such intermittent service in 20 years of using virgin.

    Possibly the worst service Iv ever experience by @virginmedia signed up to a new contract on 4/08/22. Installation engineer was due today, no contact from virgin. called call centre on the phone for 56min multiple transfers asked to redo everything including provide bank details

    @virginmedia Download speeds in SW18 are down to 5Mbps (on a 200Mb account) after works in the area earlier in the week. Called to report the issue only to be told by a message to wait 24hrs to see if the issue resolves itself. Can you please log the issue? Thanks.

    @virginmedia Waiting all day today for Engineers to turn up. No ones turned up. Calling your customers service number is useless to get an ETA. Are they still coming? Its obviously night time not sure how your engineers going to do exterior work at night. Had organise access for them.

Called up to cancel and had to speak to 5 diff ppl before I could get something done. And won’t refund 4 lack of Wi-Fi

    @virginmedia @geordiejme I got the entire sky package, full TV, multi rm and UHD, including broadband, for £80 per month.I'm sure you could make that cheaper again by dropping certain things like multi room. Virgins customer service has always been ****! Just like the above conversation!! Utterly useless

    @virginmedia They talked me through it and said they would fix it they never did. The person i phoned was meant to ring me back he never did. Last phone call didnt understand me at all had to hang up after she kept trying to sell me 1g internet.

    @virginmedia anyone having mobile phone issues in TW12 area? My husband has been unable to make calls or send texts since mid November! They say working on the phone mast in the area and advised him to go to another provider. What??
