    @VodafoneUK All you guys need to do is send out an engineer to survey signal and internet in EN5, Barnet, North Finchley N12 and they will see it is complete rubbish....and I'm talking on the high roads, main busy areas too.

    @VodafoneUK Ok well a specific location it doesn't work is the bus stop at EN5 5NQ. But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

    Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

    @VodafoneUK I was supposed to switch to Vodafone broadband on the 31st of March, but due to Vodafone and openreach errors I have now been without any Internet access for over a week with no prospect of it being fixed any time soon. Customer services has been non existent.

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK 7 days without internet and absolutely appalled by the service provided by both #cityfibre and #vodafone. Been told everyday that it will be fixed but now being told it might be another 4 days.. business lost and looks like I’ll be moving to another ISP..

    @VodafoneUK absolute shambles I’ve been a loyal customer and a month ago I upgrade my phone and get a good deal on my contract which was cheaper than my old contract and now you have the audacity to up my bill to 88pound a month from 62pound a month more than my old contract 😡

    If you were as big as @VodafoneUK and you decided to up your rates. Would you update the database of the online Chat Bot to answer the most basic questions for a customer? Rather than make the call centre go tilt? With bots like theirs, no wonder poor people aren't scared of AI.

    @VodafoneUK Just Travelled by car from Gatwick to Ilfracombe, and had little od no data signal rhe whole time despite having an unlimited data package. Tried restarting my device. What's going on, it's never been this bad before!
