    @VodafoneUK We have already done that many times and have screen grabs showing the social media team confirming there’s nothing to pay but the customer relations department still he has £600 to pay. We are taking the story to your CEO and the national media if not sorted by next weekend.

    @SurbitonMoan got an update from #EE re lack of signal: they can’t send engineers to fix it due to H&S. so this is first to fix. Next update 12 Nov. No hurry there!!! Glad have moved to @VodafoneUK

    @elhussieny_h @VodafoneUK Whatever you do, don’t sign a contract with Vodafone. You’ll get terrible customer service and be told you owe money that you don’t. Go to EE or Three instead. But not Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK @emmalb1988 Vodafone are seriously a mess. Try phoning customer services in Bangladesh or wherever it gets rerouted. I know english is not their first language, but it’s not their second or third choice either. And the chat bot online is a total failure. People get paid for this??

    @VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone. Can I advise if there is a problem that it is poor service to have thousands of people on hold for hours trying to talk to you when you can use this service to actually say ‘yes - there is an outage. We will be right back as soon as we can’.

    @VodafoneUK braodband down in EH14-Edinburgh since 0830. Greens on your boxes. I had to manually force the 4g backup (costs extra monthly) by unplugging the ethernet cable to wifi box. please ensure you have staff and systems ready to extend the data allowances.
