Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

@VodafoneUK Just checked it doesn't work over flight mode, which has to be on in order for it to work, as the WiFi calling comes in out if you signal flits between 0 and 1 bar.

Absolute appalling behaviour from @VodafoneUK customer service/complaints department. Interrupting and talking over the customer on the phone and just cut off in the end so the issue still hasn't been dealt with! Never use this company and some training is clearly needed.
