    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom So today we were supposed to have this problem fixed! Our appointment was between 8am and 1pm! NO ONE ARRIVED AND NO ONE CONTACTED US! Still no broadband or a solution.

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Our old phone line internet was disconnected before confirmation of our fibre super fast broadband was working. There is a problem with our fibre and could take a week to fix! Very annoyed as my wife and I are working from home!

    @VodafoneUK @Ofcom 2 hours call to Vodafone today, 1 hour yesterday. We had to raise the issue because NO ONE from Vodafone contacted us.

    @itskeithriley @ZalaComms @VodafoneUK We eventually found the issue was with the connection, so we went to a supplier who didn’t use BTs network as that would have had the same issue.
