@VodafoneUK I have been on the phone 📱 for 4 hours now - almost with 10 agents to cancel my contract. iPad was sent to repair, replacement was promised. It has been 3 months! You are still charging me! You are in clear breach of your contract- checked today!

@VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

@Taggsy79 @VodafoneUK I’ve been with EE for donkeys mate and even tho the prices are a little bit higher their customer services are phenomenal, any problem or issue I have with my phone or watch they sort out for me either on phone or DM,I get 20% off my tariff for working for NHS too which is great
