    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home. I would've just upgraded with them but instead I'm moving to @VodafoneUK who've been great and will cancel TT for me.

    Anyone who’s followed our tedious frustrating saga w @VodafoneUK’s lack of service this week - I reassembled router myself yday (necessity mother of invention) & now working again. Dr Wife can now do her remote #NHS diagnoses. Vodafone have lost a customer at end of all this.

    @VodafoneUK - Abysmal Customer Service. After multiple issues with contract over the last 12 months and spending 5 hours over the last week on calls, instore and chat over the last 5 days to sort out esim Watch issues. Customer Relations team then just lie. Stay clear

    3. The @VodafoneUK customer said that O2 confirmed they weren't switching off 3G as they still sell 3G phones. The customer said as his contract is up for renewal, he might move all 3 numbers to O2. The 3G phone and two 4G ones

    1. We spoke to a @VodafoneUK customer who visited a store in Brent Cross Shopping Centre. He asks the guy when VF is switching off 3G. He doesn't know. Then searches Google and says February 2023.
