    @VodafoneUK Worst service ever! Can't get signal in N16 6 area. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Paying loads of money every month and I can't speak with my wife or send a message. Send someone to just walk around my area. Kyverdale, Cazenove and Alkham Road. #Vodafone

    After getting a phone call that your partner has been mugged and phone stolen (Thankfully heโ€™s okay) and then having to ring @VodafoneUK to be told to spend over ยฃ1000 on a new phone and the same to cancel you contract #YourHavingALaugh

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK zone 01 London service gone to **** in recent months? 4G / 4 bars no internet, contently drops to two bars and frequently cuts out when on calls and on social and surfing! ๐Ÿคฏ โ€ฆAnd they want more money from us to improve the service!! ๐Ÿ˜ญ

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the offer Ryan but I've already spoken to the complaints team and am now at your Westforeld Stratford store to see if I can resolve the issue now. If unable to I'm going to cancel the watch and wait out my contracts and move to a service that doesnt sell old for new

    @VodafoneUK I've been Vodafone customer almost 2years. A sales person called me with broadband and landline offer, I switched from the talktalk. To setup deadline they missed(was a summer holiday period), without landline&Internet 6 days my wife work from home

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK ordered a new SIM on 2nd January ... still hasnโ€™t arrived! Have been into the chat to investigate twice... I canโ€™t run a business without my phone!! So much for the โ€˜business networkโ€™ HELP!!

    @OpenreachHelp Youโ€™re rude and aggressive engineer turned off my WiFi while fixing a neighbours yesterday. @VodafoneUK have confirmed this. I do not see why I have to wait 3 days to have you send someone out to turn it back on. Please DO NOT send the person who came yesterday

    Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay ยฃ500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

    @VodafoneUK Just to let you know I will not be using Vodafone again on principle due to Vodafone giving free SIMs to illegal migrants. Having been working for several decades with British homeless families & single adults who have had no such support I donโ€™t support your action!
