Ordered #GigaCube from @VodafoneUK and I had the worst experience ever with a provider.. The delivery was delayed for 2 weeks, then they over charged us significantly, speed was so slow.. Wanted to cancel and they said I have to pay £500.. really DISAPPOINTED in @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

@VodafoneUK will never go with Vodafone ever again!!!!! To gain a pac code you are passed around 3 times then questioned like you are not allowed to leave the network, the recent call handler I spoke to did not listen to what I was saying and started to get rude on the phone.

Definitely thinking I made the wrong choice starting with #Vodafoneuk in hove. Voda is super in many places and to east side of Brighton (kemptown was even 150-250 Mbps) but this whole area to west is awful. Really bad. Verging on unusable at times ie pages not loading

@VodafoneUK I rang 1345 and the automated voice told me I have £18.34p credit, as did texting *#1345# yet each time I tried to text someone I got a text from you saying I didn't have enough credit... Problem lasted most of Sunday, now cleared up and can send again

@VodafoneUK To be fair, the customer service assistant I spoke to was simply brilliant. Resolved everything and sorted a 'goodwill' credit on the account as an apology for the inconvenience. But it shouldn't take the customer eyeing every number for these mistakes to not happen.
