    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

    @VodafoneUK Bought an eSim for a 13 day emergency trip and I was told I couldn't cancel in 14 days, that I had to wait until the end of the month. Waited til EOM, told I had to pay a 2nd. Then spoke to CS, who told me I wouldn't be charged again. Charged again yesterday.
