    @VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

    @VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

    Worst customer service I have ever seen. Bought a sim only deal, store set the wrong one up. Call support and they cancel the contract instead of fixing it. Now need to do a 2nd credit check to sort out mess I didn’t create @VodafoneUK #CustomerService #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK 4G signal has been dropping off all day, on my iPhone & router. Really challenging as I rely on this for work & have had very intermittent connection. What’s the issue? Postcode BS1, no info in your website
