I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

Was told to go into a store. Was told phone isn’t damaged so can be done under warranty. “We’ll send it away and you’ll get it back in 5 days” That is absurd!
