    @VodafoneUK I got a new contract and phone with you the other day, my numbers have switched over but my data is not working. I just tired to call your team for help but only got through to a robot who wouldn’t even put me in a queue to speak to anyone!

    @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk @VodafoneUK My internet is so slow that when I video call a group of friends I'm unable to join in. They can't hear me and my screen keeps freezing, I can only communicate by typing in chat whilst watching them chat away to each other. I live alone, internet is so important for me to connect

    @VodafoneUK Morning team. Weird one. On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?

    @VodafoneUK there is something wrong with the app. It’s nonsense to suggest it’s a time zone issue. What app installed is entirely dependent on the origin of your no. Aka account. And people can use their app abroad on hols.

    @VodafoneUK Just use an apple account that has not downloaded the vodafone UK app before to download it. Or ask the quality assurance/engineering teams. Then you will experience the problem yourself. There is no need for any of us to DM you.

    @JulieRoadnight @VodafoneUK Scrolling down several others having same issues, Vodafone have already stated they are doing a system update for uk which should be ok in ‘a few hours’ looks like the ‘back room’ elves have cocked up and might need a while longer.

    @VodafoneUK Vodafone disconnected my broadband in error then refused to reconnect me without charging me a reconnection fee and starting a new two year contract. Despite many calls never fixed and never compensated.
