@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK They are all appalling these days . The best way of dealing with them is via signed for mail, giving them 28 days to close your account. Did this with Virgin. They still rang me everyday trying to make me cancel. Bloody nightmare company.Glad you got it sorted.

Currently on Talkmobile who won't give me a PAC and so slow that it's often unusable. O2 sent me a new phone that was broken then implied that I had damaged it! Asda charged me £20 to check voicemail.

It’s almost impossible to speak to someone and they begin with a refusal to believe what you’re saying. If Labour have left ideology behind, they could win by prioritising customer protection issues.

Had a 50% off deal with Lebara but payment didn't go through one month due to a bank error not mine, so they cancelled it. Even business customers paying them £££ get abysmal service. My favourite is the Voda phone line that tells you to use chat, and the chat that tells you to phone.
