  Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

  @VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

  Hi @VodafoneUK is there a plan to fix US roaming. I pay extra for your roaming deal and my contract is up. When I was there last week I couldn’t even make calls let alone use data. I’d like to renew but if you aren’t fixing it (it’s been at least 2 months) there’s no point.

  @Tractorgirl @TalkTalk It's crazy, their message is that they're not running those services because of covid which suggests they haven't managed to make the move to working from home.   @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK Had a similar issue with them with my broadband, they cancelled it because they couldn’t achieve there stated speed and then the account stayed on my credit report for years afterwards, despite me contacting them to remove it

  Given up on Vodafone after 15 years. All network providers in UK are a bit of a disaster at the moment but @VodafoneUK seems to have all bit given up. No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !
