    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @VodafoneUK I’m aware of the speed excuse but the reception is poor for the whole journey even when the train is stationary. It’s about time this problem was sorted out. With regard to WiFi - it’s not secure to use public WiFi - hence it’s not used.

    @VodafoneUK The issue is not being able to connect some of my devices to the Wi-Fi, Amazon kindle and Ring doorbell, just says unable to connect! Had the same issue with the laptops and fire sticks but managed to connect them by pressing the WPS button, that doesn’t work with these two?

    @VodafoneUK bought an Apple Watch from Apple hoping that I could associate my new device with my existing Vodafone contract; however, I was told that I have to wait 3 months due to credit check issue! (my score is 999 on Experian) Clearly Vodafone is not doing that check correct

    @EE I am new to EE. I have 5 mobile SIMS on my account. We have suffered from service disruptions twice in last 2 months.This is something that never happened to us when we were with @VodafoneUK for 12 years.I hope EE won't penalise me to switch to another network mid contract.
