    @VodafoneUK We are currently paying for a service that is not fit for purpose. The only reason I have broadband is for Xbox & my laptop. Currently I'm only getting use of my laptop as I can't use my Xbox most of the time. Will you allow me to leave my contract? Reduce my fee?

    @VodafoneUK Hello, my wife has contacted you about her contract and upgrading. The phone call took 2 1/2 hours to connect before being told that they couldn't do anything and to seek advice online. It is subpar customer service and I want to know how it'll be remedied

    Hey, @VodafoneUK, do you have problems in Welwyn Garden City (AL86HA)? Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told “no known problems”.

    Tonight Vodafone ate my 80 pounds. I couldn't connect to customer service at all. Vodafone never found a solution to my problem. A complete disappointment . I will change my operator as soon as possible. Do not use Vodafone!!! @VodafoneUK

    manager but was told this was not possible as I hadn't passed the security questions, and the only way for them to resolve the issue is find a @VodafoneUK store and take ID so they could set up security then call them back to resolve the issue. Shocking service @Ofcom

    Terrible #customerservice is the norm these days. Starting with @VodafoneUK whose phone operators had no understanding of their own product and were so inept at taking phone calls. Then #DPD attempting to deliver a parcel but didn’t show up and claims they did. @DPDgroup_news
