Nearly 4 days without service with @VodafoneUK now. What a joke. No-one responding on Twitter and no one from customer relations, technical or the transfer of ownership have been in contact. If you’re not providing services to your customers you’re in breach of contract.

Top recommendation - never get a contract with @VodafoneUK I was without service for over 48 hours last week and they only returned it after I stayed on phone for over 90 mins.. and now they have dropped my service AGAIN without warning !! Avoid at all costs 🚨

Since Saturday I’ve heard *nothing* and STILL can’t work! There is clearly a network routing issue.

Hey, @VodafoneUK your hold music is painful. Every time the voice interrupts to tell me you're really busy, it jumps to a random place in one of the three songs you have on a loop. Also one of the songs features a terrible simile - you turn me on like a light switch.

Do not buy the Nokia G10. It can’t connect to wifi that’s on 5Ghz, which is most wifi hubs now. @VodafoneUK don’t tell you this before you purchase. Virgin media can’t help and @NokiaMobile customer service was appalling (very cheeky agent) utter disgrace #nokia #vodafone
