    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    .@VodafoneUK nothing like having no internet ... + Wasting an hour of my life yesterday.. then being promised engineer calls within 24 hr.. but silence & internet is terrible despite fact I pay for 20 gb a month #badservice

    They did actually cancel it after 2.5hrs... & 2 attempts to sell me other Vodafone products I didn’t want or need - really poor customer service - your telephony team were amazingly, worse Counting the days until the end of @vodafoneUk contract & telling anyone who will listen!

    @pompeyhedge @VodafoneUK it's all over their forums that vodafone is having problems in the feltham area, but they're in denial, they won't let anyone leave their contracts because its not a big enough outage. that's what i was told yesterday.

    With its move to 5g has @VodafoneUK messed up the signal to my home after dropping 4g and moving those on this frequency to 3g? If so, thank you for taking me back to the past and running around my home to get a signal. Are you going to provide a 5g phone and not a discount?
