But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. The problem I'm talking about now is good signal but no net.

Your local shop and app say not, but coverage has been poor for some weeks, with a strong 4G now an intermittent 3G. Lots of people with same issue being told βno known problemsβ.

Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far itβs been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And Iβm still being billed for Β£465!
