    @VodafoneUK had a business line down all day and you just keep putting us on hold! This is atrocious service. Need it back up who do we report a Vodafone business line with Level 4 cover that should have been working by now!!! So in breach of contract its a joke..... #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK are there any known issues with the network over the last few days? My phone keeps losing signal and 4G/5G fully and the only way it comes back is if I go on and off airplane mode? Happening a few times a day since last week.

    @MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

    @EE finally on day 5 is my phone unlocked! What an absolutely terrible experience... I used to have 4 lines with you and now I'll never come back... the reason why all 4 of my lines are now with @VodafoneUK is because the customer experience is so much better!

    @VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

    @VodafoneUK I think you’re missing the point here. I know these responses are automated I’m more frustrated at the fact that it’s been over a week & I was told it’s be with me within 7 working days. As a long high spending customer you’d think I’d be told correct information when I upgraded

    @VodafoneUK I did look at phone and see the prices for phones I was interested in to upgrade but was all stupid prices while other networks offered way less and better stuff. Samsung S21 FE with 20GB £30 upfront £83 include insurance Google Pixel 6 £61pm with insurance 6 pro £79pm

    @VodafoneUK Still on the call. This is by far the most ridiculous call I've had with a service provider. 2h 5m and counting. All of this because someone possibly misclicked a button and also didn't tell me all of the details. Appalling!

    @VodafoneUK Why is the mobile data so unreliable at LA212 8DW? We have taken out a mobile 4G because it is a rural area, but the service is patchy and unreliable. It is a holiday cottage and we need WiFi for our tenants. We were mis-sold this as a solution. Please fix it!

    @VodafoneUK I would kept with you's if offered good prices for existing customers like EE etc does not just offer deals for new customers. Happily admit you's have the best network as had 0 issues within 4 years. But leaving for O2 as got a steal for Pixel 6 or pro with 3 years Google insura
