    @VodafoneUK I emailed the CEO of Vodafone and didn't get an apology. I was offered £30 in goodwill and told that they couldn't help any further. I said that at the end of my current contract I will leave Vodafone, Amy, on behalf of the CEO didn't try to retain my custom

    1st prize for worst customer service goes to Vodafone. Lied too 3 times, spent a 70mins on chat then to be told to call 191 only to sit on hold for 40mins... I’m done with their ****. any other mobile providers want my business? @VodafoneUK @EE @O2

    I have been with @Vodafoneuk for nearly 20years and they do say “if it’s not broken..” but my favourite saying is “better late than never” hello @O2 (re refund service) when my phone contract is up!

    Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

    @VodafoneUK in my experience doesn't care about retaining loyal customers and thinks it is ok to mislead customers. You lost a customer who has been on your network since 1998

    1) It’s bad enough that my Mum has had a @VodafoneUK📱delivered this morning by @DPDgroup_news in #Stockport which she hasn’t ordered! Highly concerned that another #DPD Delivery Driver then attempted to recover it about 20 mins after. He was clearly #Fraudulent so unsuccessful.

    @Plusnet I tried all you ask me to try... you are the worse network ever. You expensive you slow and you basic. On this lockdown you were terrible... but still can merge with @VodafoneUK that charge 7 pounds for a call they didn’t pick up ...

    Disappointed in the service from @VodafoneUK - due to upgrade my sim only plan, can get better deals elsewhere but I’d rather stick with them, yet no interest in trying to keep me after YEARS of custom & told me how to get PAC code instead...

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to upgrade my existing package. I was upgraded, the order never completed so I was then downgraded again before be upgraded yet again. There have been no change to speeds. I’ve just spent another forty minutes on live chat to be told to call wi Fi experts

    @VodafoneUK any issues in HU4 area? Trying to make numerous phone calls, I can hear the person but they cannot hear me. Restarted phone, works initially but then goes bad half way through call!

    @VodafoneUK literally the worst customer service. Failed to fix our WiFi for 2 weeks, to the extent we cancelled our account, which they also failed to do, and came after us for the outstanding bill for the service they didn't provide. NEVER USE

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying, and failing, to have my broadband package speeds increased for almost three weeks now. Almost 8 hours on calls and the same again on live chat. Shocking customer experience.
