@VodafoneUK this week I have experienced the worst customer service ever in my life. I’ve taken 4 days of work to wait for an engineer. 2 failed visits, no communicant. On hold for about 12 hours in total. Nobody knows what systems you have. #shocking #disgrace

@MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

@VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

@virginmedia still no internet access (this via @VodafoneUK) so called again. Through the options, entered password, 3 mins 20 seconds and... you're closed! for all options, you're closed. Why can't that be the first answer... "it's still not working but neither are we". Thanks
