@MarcusNawAh @VodafoneUK Exactly why I quit with them many years ago. Customer service was shocking. Went into a store to cancel and they said they couldn't cancel instore and had to be done via their online customer service team.

@VodafoneUK the most expensive and worst network in UK and maybe Europe. 5G in my city centre Edinburgh and now Manchester the worst. My partner has Vodafone too and it’s the same issue. Horrible!

@VodafoneUK you are like the Grinch that stole Christmas for us! No usable internet since December 23rd when two engineers came out and made an existing problem worse, then left. Total isolation all through Christmas in a pandemic, Cheers for that.
