    @jcampbell_05 @VodafoneUK For some reason I just went ‘yeah sure midnight green’ because it was the first option but holy shit I don’t care I just want my upgrade. But Vodafone sort of weirdly assumes you won’t be open to Any Other Option.

    Classic @vodafoneuk . I upgraded, they sent me a broken phone. I called, they promised a replacement delivered at 1800 today in an hour slot. Of course it hasn’t turned up. They say it’s not their responsibility, it’s DPD. Won’t tell me if they booked the hour slot or day slot.

    @VodafoneUK stop charging me for skysports packages - 1. I didn’t sign up for skysports2 in the first place. 2. Apparently you can’t refund me, I have to contact sky - weird. 3. I only renewed my contact less than a month ago but I’ve been charged 4 times for skysports #terrible

    @VodafoneUK Your customer service is appalling. My home broadband has been down all evening and the app was useless in providing any resolution. We had to attempt several phone calls due to continual errors with the voice recognition. 1/2

    Update - DPD tried to deliver at 1030 this morning. When I wasn’t home. Funny that, given @VodafoneUK had promised they would book at hour delivery slot at 1800. I asked them to confirm they had done it and the ‘customer service’ person hung up rather than answer.

    I decided to change from o2 to @VodafoneUK . So far I am not impressed with the customer service. Phones we ordered are on back order , that’s a week ago. Can’t get anyone on the line to track my order and as for finding out on line. You have to have a Vodafone number!

    Here’s where the intelligence of technology falls down. I suspect the phone is in stock but not in the colour I arbitrarily ordered. They’ve not said ‘hey, if you ask for the space whatever, we can give you that!’ so I’m just left wondering...@VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK my service with you was meant to start at the beginning of Dec, then after I called, the end of Dec, then 11th Jan. Still nothing, no calls. Router is sitting gathering dust! Really poor excuses! Absolutely shocking!

    I’ve been trying to transfer my @VodafoneUK broadband plan to someone else for two months and I’ve been consistently lied to- I’m now paying an internet bill for somewhere I don’t even live. Spending hours on the phone each day. Never choose them honestly

    @VodafoneUK I have tried endlessly to cancel my Spotify subscription, that I did not sign up for. The Comcast centre is not accepting calls and there is no option on the my Vodafone mobile application.

    @VodafoneUK Amazingly I don’t have time to spend hours on the phone trying to sort out a mistake your company made. I ordered a phone and this was confirmed on the confirmation email and you are sending me a broadband router. It’s your problem to resolve, not mine.

    @VodafoneUK shame on you! My son is trying to leave his ‘SIM only’ contract as he’s a student & not able to afford his tariff and in the middle of a cost of living crisis you want to charge him £246.10 to terminate early. Outrageous! Please explain how you can justify this cost?
