Forgot to pay @VodafoneUK by 5 days. Vodafone’s answer? Not to remind me, but to get @TheZincGroup to send a letter saying they’re going to cut me off, possibly add £638 or send to debt collector making it £841. *clears throat* go **** yourselves!

  • Jeffthebeerblo1
Jeffthebeerbloggingbeagle (@Jeffthebeerblo1) reported from Borehamwood, England

@VodafoneUK The Borehamwood store told me it had been discontinued for weeks and they had none in stock and obviously now would not , the purchase of this phone has been nothing but problems since Feb 20th . Continual lies from Vodaphone

  • BenFisherCT
Ben Fisher (@BenFisherCT) reported from Islington, England

@VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

@VodafoneUK once again shoddy service from you - being hassled by your people about fraud that took place on my account in 2009! Why is an external agency contacting me when you never resolved this when I alerted you to it!!! #dire #vodafone

  • Nice_Georgia_x

I object to the hosting service going down as “lame” @OpenCageData @freyfogle @vicchi - firstly there was a fault which @VodafoneUK refused to fix as they’d given me a cease notice (they hadn’t), and then upped hosting fees to £140K+ pa

  • ross_sergeant
Ross Sergeant (@ross_sergeant) reported from Barnet, England

@VodafoneUK - why is it that the very day after I gave notice that we are moving to an address next month which doesn’t offer Vodafone broadband so ending our contract, you’ve now slowed our broadband service so much that it only works half the time?

  • WatkinsonGary
gary watkinson (@WatkinsonGary) reported from Islington, England

@VodafoneUK You are still charging me for a service you are not providing. Despite two complaints you have still not sent me the SIM card. Do I have to write to the Directors of this company, or issue a Claim.

Now for the ACTUAL truth… Vodafone doesn’t give “illegal migrants” free SIMs, it donates SIMs to UK charities who support asylum seekers ALREADY IN THE system. Claims it hands them out to people crossing the Channel are false. @VodafoneUK your legal team may be interested
