    Got to Love when your on @VOXI_UK using @VodafoneUK Network but your Phone keeps switching between a @O2 Mast and struggling to connect to a Vodafone Mast and both ain't recieving interent 5G,4G or 3G. Myself on Voxi and Nan on Vodafone ain't recieved interent for the past 2 hrs

    @VodafoneUK And why was that not communicated? That’s such a bad move! You’re the only of the big ones that doesn’t have wifi coverage. Also, Jubilee line is only a small part of the whole tube line.

    .@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!

    @TheRugbyRock @VodafoneUK apparently we can expect a call in 24 hrs (super!) from a vodafone uk manager! This is not our doing, is clearly a security fail - and we work from home. Apparently (told by agent on call) this happens regularly!!!

    @VodafoneUK can you help please, my Mums pre pay sim has been terminated and my elderly parents have spent 5+ hours on the phone to offshore contact centre who are insistent for a PIN number they don’t know. There must be an easier way they can pass DPA?
