    Disappointed in @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK for making the choice to increase my plan.guy I spoke to had obviously had lots of calls complaining poor bloke, suffice to say I wont be continuing after this contract is over. Sure others will do the same. #timeandplace

    I would strongly advise against anyone ever using @VodafoneUK for their internet, have been without internet for three days and their customer service is terrible and still no fix. As a freelancer I’m losing money because I can’t work, and Vodafone have done nothing

    @VodafoneUK I have a serious issue with my account - your call centres have taken 4 weeks and still not fixed. After switching with PAC to you at beg of April I still cannot rcv incoming calls or send/rcv txts. This service is atrocious

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. I do need a much better router - one with VLAN support, multiple wifi networks, bandwidth management, and so on. I want to isolate IOT devices, limit bandwidth guests use, not expose my network to guests. Etc. Sell me one!

    Just got home from a weekend away. Broadband not working, tried multiple troubleshoots. No Internet at all. Even my mobile with Voxi (Vodafone network) is down to 1 bar. HR1 area. #Vodafonedown @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup
