@VodafoneUK 3 weeks with no router at all! Finally get an appt. for 12/10 and take a day off work but no one shows up. Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

Then spend ages on phone and online trying to sort at my own expense. Will be cancelling as soon as I can get anyone to do it
