    @VodafoneUK Hi, I will private message if that’s okay. The signal coverage here says full signal inside and out on the Vodafone website, with limited 5G coverage. But I can’t anything except 3G (50%-75% signal). If it was decent 3G it wouldn’t be a problem but 1.3mbps isn’t enough.

    @virginmedia @arikat73 Just diving into this message chain, as I am having the same issue. I try to renew my two-month pass (necessary now because of the disgraceful decision by @VodafoneUK to stop providing the service) and I am currently unable to due to “invalid request”.

    @VodafoneUK do you really think it is acceptable to have engineer booked in for a brand new customer, for then to not turn up and not even inform the customer. Leaving them without any internet at all. Then for it to take a very long to time actually even speak to someone.
