@VodafoneUK They don’t use social media. But we have heard him make several long calls (45 mins or more) over the past few weeks trying to sort this. And then apparently to whisper after he told them he had hearing difficulties. Appalling. I’m sure you can track it down.

@VodafoneUK @davesleney I called the number twice, I have tried to explain my issue by speaking to the automated answer machine, I have pressed keys and got absolutely nowhere. I have been sent texts to a phone that has no active SIM. There is no option available to actually speak to someone.

Well @VodafoneUK are absolutely bloody useless. A simple request to cancel a contract has now resulted in them putting a request to cancel my mobile number as well. After 3 live chats and a phone call speaking to 7 people, I've finally managed to get it fixed.

@Vodacom are cheating the system. I have asked over 4 times to cancel 2 of our 4 contracts with confirmation that it has been cancelled and that they will send a email and sms. It has been 5 months and they still haven't canceled but they keep deducting money. @VodafoneUK
