    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK I would not trust Vodafone with a 5G connection! They are still to connect my Apple Watch series 4 data plan and it’s been 4 weeks. @Apple their handling of new technology is pretty poor and I don’t think their infrastructure is set up with the client in mind!!

    @joeandseph I'm so disappointed with your lack of customer service. Ordered pack through @VodafoneUK on 26th October and I still haven't recieved it. After reassurances that I would get for Thursday nothing has arrived. I've emailed to ask for a refund and no reply.
