She went and made a CEO Complaint direct to their email address and had an apology and resolution rather quickly after. Sure if you google you can find an email address. Everything dealt with, no dramas & gave us plenty room & time to get paperwork. Virginmedia were horrible. Forced my mum to take out another contract before they’d close my dads
