Had to call to chase and get told too busy to attend today! Now booked for 14/10 - another 2 days and another day off! Why am I paying for this(lack of) service?

But all over that area mobile internet barely works or does not work at all. Additionally in some areas around there the phone signal is poor. My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.
