    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

Vodafone Account number Last payment 29th July 2021. So upset!

    @VodafoneUK our wifi dongle has not worked for 3 days. My husband has spent 2 hrs on chat with tech support with no fix. Now 1 hour on a another chat to cancel.They want us to pay for cancelling a service we r not getting. Entire wasted evening with no outcome. Aaaggghhh!
