    Given up the will to live after 1hr 16m on hold to @VodafoneUK Trade In team. Really poor that I have to call to sort out an issue they caused and I need to do the legwork. So far it’s been 16 phone calls, 4 live chats. And I’m still being billed for £465!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. Based on what I've read, a complaint seems futile. If broadband isn't activated by end of Friday (3 days after the contracted activation date), I'll cancel the order and choose a company that provides good customer service that doesn't illegally charge customers.

    @VodafoneUK we put up with ZERO signal on your network in rural Gloucestershire because we had the Sure Signal boxes... but now that service is gone and replaced with wi-fi calling that only works after I restart my phone! Remind me again why I pay for such terrible service?

    @VodafoneUK I've logged it with 2nd Line Support. Very surprised how the 'Expert Mode' doesn't have the option to change channel. You can't forget about the Technical People who know how to configure a router.
