Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

They insisted they would only speak to the account holder. I told them I hoped they had a very good psychic medium on hand. For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing
