But your system doesn’t recognise my ref number and now I’m stuck in a queue just trying to speak to anyone. 10 mins so far. Poor.

Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.
