  @VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

  @VodafoneUK My broadband sync speed with you as halved. I already get well below the promised minimum speed; how bad does it have to get before you can persuade Openreach their local network layout is comically poor needs changing? 1 mile of copper when only 0.2 from the cabinet!

  @lloydy2410 @VodafoneUK My Son is in Belgium + due to appalling mistakes in roaming charges have wrongly charged £1500 for data, but have cut off his phone so he can’t contact us.   @VodafoneUK Thanks Robyn. There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

  What a bunch of profit chasing thugs @VodafoneUK are. I get a regular monthly bill of £17 however just being a day late for payment ( only ever one reminder) I get a £5 penalty. That’s £5 a nearly 33% fine. Catch phrase should be “got you, give me your money,stuff the service”

  @VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

  @VodafoneUK A truly awful service. How dare I move house? Disconnecting your service has been the most stressful part of this process and they’re still chasing me for money that I don’t owe. Call back requests ignored. Hurried off the phone quite rudely. Promises made and unkept.
