There is a forum on their website which suggests a few other customers have had the same issue and that it's a porting fault. But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!

This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

First person says Iโll have to pay ยฃ149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say theyโll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!
