@VodafoneUK again I have wasted 2 hours of my life trying to get a resolution to my service issue, to be blackmailed into staying with you! This has taken 2 mths to sort out, back & forth to your shops, Apple store etc!! Still no WiFi access, , unable to call or receive calls

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

So @SkyUK finally just replied to me on Messenger. Then said that as I’ve been with them for over 10 days I’ll need an engineer. Except I only had the service installed on Friday, not 10 days ago. Such poor service. So @SkyUK cancelled and over to @VodafoneUK instead now.

  • WilliamsM__ M Williams (@WilliamsM__) reported from Liverpool, England

@VodafoneUK I am literally counting the days until my contract runs out with you #iPhone8 stops working (in Feb) during an #iOS update- @AppleSupport couldn’t fix it & Apple technician diagnosed it as a software fault and said will be covered by 24mth #Vodafone warranty.....

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

Probably fair to say @VodafoneUK are by far the slowest to respond to anything on Twitter of the broadband suppliers I’ve dealt with. Really poor customer service which kinda matches what I’ve heard about their service before joining.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

Interesting that @VodafoneUK say OpenReach confirms a higher minimum speed than @SkyUK are advising I will get as a minimum. On top of that, @VodafoneUK’s own guarantee is higher again too. Maybe I should’ve gone with @VodafoneUK instead. Might cancel @SkyUK not even a week in.

  • Jeaneauk1 Jeane Anderson (@Jeaneauk1) reported from Seaforth, England

@VodafoneUK @kierank_ Unless you’re going to give her the details of your CEO I doubt your ‘help’ will be any use if my experience of dealing with your customer service is anything to go by!

@VodafoneUK DPD have messed up my delivery &returned my phone to you without attempting to deliver. Your customer services says my order will be cancelled when phone is returned! Now I'm waiting 48hrs for a manager to call me back. Not happy. Can someone contact to discuss please

@VodafoneUK - interesting time to do “server updates “- as a potential new customer just walked into your Warrington store but because of said “updates “ they cannot quote me . Strange day time to update your systems #knowyourcustomerprofile

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

The @VodafoneUK Broadband App has a support and diags section. Except it requires an internet connection to access it. Which doesn’t help when you require support for why your router can’t get online. Not sure @VodafoneUK thought that one through.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@RichPierce0079 @virginmedia @SkyUK @VodafoneUK All different issues really. Virgin is its own thing. Sky could have been a line issue, Vodafone went live earlier today but despite saying it has an internet connection it doesn’t. Almost like they’ve not activated it on their end despite the app saying the line is active.

@VodafoneUK Their solution was to change my plan to 60/month1/3 The new 60/month plan will have a 24-month contract as well. Technical team had confirmed that the issue will still be ongoing till Feb, and the only solution is to get a better antenna for the router.2/3 😡😡

  • Davutlar2 Davutlar (@Davutlar2) reported

@VodafoneUK losing the will to live with your customer service. I have 5 Unlimited Max Plans so you get a lot of custom from me. Can someone advise if there is a cost involved telephoning a LANDLINE in Turkey from my UK mobile (Unlimited Max Plan)?

  • stripeys Cheryl Satherley (@stripeys) reported

@VodafoneUK Oh funny how you answer a public tweet so quickly. My husband is currently on hold (currently for 44 minutes) again for about the 10th in a week to your customer services.

  • Thechildofroth Roth Child (@Thechildofroth) reported

This fibre broadband from @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre is a bit **** (I shouldn't be surprised having watched the 'quality' of the installation going in). I've never managed to get through to support on the phone - anyone else in Cambridge have it drop out and reset the connection?

  • masato_jones Masato Jones (@masato_jones) reported

@CyranodEcosse Agreed been with @VodafoneUK for nearly 20 years feel like a prisoner not a customer just lip service on twitter ! They don’t listen to their customers

  • Gurp00 G (@Gurp00) reported

@virginmedia Service usage has increased and so have the numbers of customers. The more customers, the lower your base cost and higher profits. This is another way to squeeze customers. Moving to @VodafoneUK for £20pm broadband instead of £36pm+ you're going to start charging
