Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Rainhill and nearby locations:

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

Been on the phone for 28 mins so far trying to cancel my @VodafoneUK broadband. First person says I’ll have to pay £149 to leave despite them not meeting OFCOM regulations, then they back down and say they’ll waive the fee, then transfer me to 2nd Line regarding my speeds!

  • welfarelawyer Ngaryan (@welfarelawyer) reported from Liverpool, England

Absolutely unacceptable I have been on live chat for the last 2 days and now and been cut off. Still no closer to getting disconnected @VodafoneUK sort your customer service out! 😡

  • gillypea1978 Gillymint 🌊 (@gillypea1978) reported from Liverpool, England

    @Lucyferrr @VodafoneUK @AmazonUK Vodafone are Satan's network.

  • sarahsmithhowar sarah smith-howard (@sarahsmithhowar) reported from Birkenhead, England

@VodafoneUK absolutely appalling... contract with unlimited data and you turn the data off 🙈🙈🙈 couldn’t make it up how disgraceful the service is... 2 x 40 minute plus phone calls to be told to go into store tomorrow! Do you think your customer have no lives 😡

  • lindas1954 Linda Scott 🖐 (@lindas1954) reported from Wallasey, England

@VodafoneUK I will share the news that Vodafone Uk has appalling customer service. Over 24hrs after broadband fitted, it still isn’t connected. Over 1hr 45mins on hold and no answer from customer services. Not a great start for a new customer!

  • JamesRoberts330 James Roberts (@JamesRoberts330) reported from Halewood, England

Hi @VodafoneUK can you please check the signal and coverage in the #Gateacre area of #Liverpool (postcode to mention L25 5JY), there’s literally no 4G signal in the area and very slow 3G or No Service on iPhone X. Thanks #Vodafone #VodafoneUK 📱

  • sarahsmithhowar sarah smith-howard (@sarahsmithhowar) reported from St Helens, England

@VodafoneUK Again no thank you... Id much rather detail the 3 week long catalogue of appalling service I have received @VodafoneUK in an email

  • Dippedflake ომῆძყ (@Dippedflake) reported from Warrington, England

    @VodafoneUK @ThePhilPowell Hi I’ve no signal either

  • welfarelawyer Ngaryan (@welfarelawyer) reported from Liverpool, England

@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

  • sarahsmithhowar sarah smith-howard (@sarahsmithhowar) reported from St Helens, England

Back in @VodafoneUK store again... beyond appalling service, the sales advisor abrupt, rude and arrogant!

  • sarahsmithhowar sarah smith-howard (@sarahsmithhowar) reported from St Helens, England

@lyns84 @VodafoneUK I certainly wouldn’t be rude to any customer, especially 1 with 2 contracts for over 10 years both at premium rate... when it’s obviously @VodafoneUK again

  • mancoutd99 anthony heaney (@mancoutd99) reported from St Helens, England

@markbartram1 @VodafoneUK Obviously I’ve not hence the tweet. Not only did you give my number and account information to someone else and provide me with no service for over 2 weeks you can’t even have the decency to get back in contact with me. Talk about data protection and privacy!

  • diygolf John Pennington (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

@highwaylass @VodafoneUK The only place I got a signal with them was at the mother in laws 😱😱😳😳👎👎👎

  • ItsDanEdwards Daniel Edwards (@ItsDanEdwards) reported from Garston, England

@ser_run80 🔔🔔🔔🔔🔔 it’s your “it’s nearly Friday which means @VodafoneUK #verymerewards are about to come out...!!!! “ alert. Public service... DONE.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

. @VodafoneUK are reaching new levels of incompetence. After a complaint regarding slow speeds, the first person at the directors office tells me it’s tough and I’ll never get the speed I was promised. Not happy with this, I follow it up and another person from the office ...

  • BenEvo7 Ben Evans (@BenEvo7) reported from Northwich, England

@VodafoneUK by far the worst company for customer service. 4 days of calling in to try solve my issue, every agent giving a different message and still I cannot log into my account despite false promises. Easier to get blood from a stone than fix an issue with this company 🤬

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

@VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.

  • DagsJT Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England

So now @VodafoneUK say they’ve lifted this cap and I should start to see my speeds go up over the next 24-48 hours. I can’t help but feel like nothing is going to change and my speed won’t go up at all. I’ve got zero confidence in @VodafoneUK when their own directors office ...

  • sophia_evans__ Sophia💋 (@sophia_evans__) reported from Liverpool, England

@VodafoneUK can you advise why I’m supposed to have 4G and yet it never works, the signal is absolutely awful
