I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

Easier to get blood from a stone than fix an issue with this company 🤬

This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

But when a technician called me today he was really offhand and said that I'd just Googled and hadn't got proper info!
