-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@VodafoneUK This is a long running issue I’m afraid. I’ve had Steve from your directors office tell me I’ll never get more than 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange, but Openreach say it’s distance from cabinet and not exchange. I don’t think Vodafone want to investigate it really.
-
Dom Yates (@DomYates1976) reported from Eccleston, England@VodafoneUK can you confirm the benefit of #vodafonesecurenet please. Never really understood why you charge premium service for something which should be standard practice
-
Jay Whewell (@JayWHEWELL) reported from Liverpool, England@VodafoneUK @DjLeeButler Suppose if I had 40k followers I'd get my issue sorted as well...
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, England@bt_uk Hi, it’s not about their service ... it’s about yours technically as you’re provided the underlying system that @VodafoneUK use. So even if I changed to you, I’d still be using the same line which they say can’t support over 39Mbps due to my distance from the exchange ...
-
Darren Thomas (@DagsJT) reported from Warrington, EnglandNot impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

Legacy Wirral Kloppite* 🖐👍 19 (@paulgtrainer) reported from Birkenhead, England@VodafoneUK No service on Merseyside. How long to resolve?
-
Dr Ian M Lancaster (@IanLancaster65) reported from Frodsham, England@VodafoneUK Nope. I’m ditching @VodafoneUK… or trying to. Now on 4th attempt. Maybe I’ll just shut down the direct debit. Maybe that’ll get your attention. Nothing else seems to work
-
Nathan Jarvis (@NathanJarvisMD) reported from Westhoughton, England@VodafoneUK had really bad internet connection this last few days via my SIM card. Is there an outage?
-
Matthew Reed (@matthew3reed) reported from Liverpool, England@VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.
-
Mikee (@Mikee_1894) reported from Abram, England@Reverend_Makers @VodafoneUK I feel that! I spent half of lockdown working from home with no Wi-Fi because I was stupid enough to sign a contract with them for that aswell!
-
Love Liverpool Life 🥰 (@Rinisparkle) reported from Liverpool, England@VodafoneUK So paying for a service which I can’t actually use 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
-
anthony heaney (@mancoutd99) reported from St Helens, England@markbartram1 @VodafoneUK Obviously I’ve not hence the tweet. Not only did you give my number and account information to someone else and provide me with no service for over 2 weeks you can’t even have the decency to get back in contact with me. Talk about data protection and privacy!
-
Josh Parker (@Joshparkersuxx) reported from Birkenhead, EnglandGotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me there’s no issue, nice one
-
Tony Smart (@Sm4rty09) reported from Liverpool, England@VodafoneUK Terrible customer service. Trying to cancel an account and you make it absolutely impossible. Waited in the queue, got to number 1 then booted out!! Just let people leave without putting in blockers
-
James Roberts (@JamesRoberts330) reported from Halewood, EnglandHi @VodafoneUK is it correct that if my Home Broadband service is cancelled within the first 14 days that it gets disconnected 5 days after the cancellation request was raised, I called 191 to cancel yesterday (5 Nov) and they told me it disconnects on 10 November! Thanks. James
-
John Pennington (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England@highwaylass @VodafoneUK The only place I got a signal with them was at the mother in laws 😱😱😳😳👎👎👎
-
Ngaryan (@welfarelawyer) reported from Liverpool, England@VodafoneUK Cut the call as I have work. It's madness that you can't go in-store to just cancel a contract. Or it's not made simpler for people wanting to leave. This whole experience has been stressful and I'm very reluctant to recommend Vodafone in the future.

Frances Carey 💙 (@Frances_Carey) reported from Birkenhead, England@VodafoneUK #VodafoneTreats God I wish I could be randomly selected for a treat. Anything will do even a smiley face emoji 😬

-
Elle 🌸🗽 (@hellosunshine52) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’m so sorry for your loss. I can’t imagine how hard all this is. For your info with regard to your issue - virgin media have just been fined £28m for preventing people ending their contracts. Perhaps talks to the culture internally that you are describing
-
Paul da Rita (@Paul_da_Rita) reported@techprocess1 @VodafoneUK I was with them before but the signal where we live wasn’t great - turns out after a promising start that Vodafone’s is no better!
-
Charles_voice_mail (@Charlesvoicema1) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK It's at times like these that you find out what Customer Service really means and who actually has it. Good on you for calling them out...
-
Ravinder Sangha (@Varntvar) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Made the mistake of signing up to VM, didn't provide the agreed product at the agreed price, when I contacted them they 'upgraded' my product to the agreed one and doubled the price. Apparently they did this regularly. Cancelled at end of contract, never used any VM product since
-
Keystonecop (@1030pa) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK My experience with them is to make a complaint on line, very quick response
-
Xtine 🌑 (@xtinexoop) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (£400), standing charges for utilities and £270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so £700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.
-
JizzCoin (@JizzleShizz) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Its quite simple. They do not give a **** about their customers.
-
jolene Pittock (@joleneepittock) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK They are the worst when someone passes away. By far the most disappointing company I had to deal with at the worst time.
