    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    @hewey1986 @VodafoneUK They won't be getting any money from me.. Not my fault they give phones out without proper checks and fraud dept don't know how to ring someone up.. Very shoddy customer service. #Vodafone #useless

    @VodafoneUK im not even set up yet and already you are threatening to take money this is why i dont like doing direct debit with broadband providers, telling you now take money b4 you are even my provider i will cancel the order and raise a direct debit dispute with my bank
