    @VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

    @drewhill79 @VodafoneUK @MattJConnor @StHKHIS Same here. BT got the 150 mb and it flies. Good support and I stream everything!! Don’t even have normal freeview.

    Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me there’s no issue, nice one

    Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

    Fuming with @VodafoneUK paid to upgrade a few weeks early as my sons current phone is broke. Money taken from bank, email says phone will be with you 2-3 days on 30th march. No phone, contact support who blame covid 19 for delay 😡😠🤬 that's what you get for loyalty

    @virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

    Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK 2 hours 20 minutes, of which 2 hours on hold. The agents audio was shocking poor so could hardly hear him, he was basically unable to answer my questions and pretty rude. This is my experience every time I call @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Yes I'm having huge problems trying to get my superwifi booster connected with the App never updating!!!! They said they would fix that...nothing!! Plus can never get hold of anyone.....think I want to cancel now!!!
