Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!
-
Josh Parker (@Joshparkersuxx) reported from Birkenhead, EnglandGotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me there’s no issue, nice one

Paul Jones - Performer/Shooter, Web sites🔞 (@pauljonesAIR) reported@VodafoneUK OK, so, a complaint Phone, with bank cards, lost. No problem, get a new one. I went to the vodafone shop, with my passport and my bank statement. They can't help. They can only order a sim for a lost phone if I have my bank cards. The ones in the phone. That will take a week to replace. They told me to phone customer services. CS were surprised the shop could not help, so put me through security. Which I failed. I even have a 4 digit code? Never used it. My last bill? No idea, because it's a text on my phone. Look at my bank statement? Fair plan, but my LOST PHONE is my 2FA device, so before showing me my statement, my bank will send a text to my phone, the one I don't have any more... They said I failed security and the only option would be a security reset. They'd send me an email. You know what the security reset asks for? a PHOTO of my passport and a PHOTO of my bank statement. You know what is LESS SECURE than a person standing in front of you, with their physical passport and bank statement? A photo of those documents attached to a form. It's almost as though you have not paid attention to what AI image generation can do these days. If you ever need to get a DBS check, they require you turn up, in person , and present physical documents. Not photos. SUGGESTION : If a customer comes to a shop with their passport and bank statement, THAT IS SECURE ID and the shop should be able to order a sim replacement.
-
flatcapblade (@themblades1889) reported@VodafoneUK why’s my phone service **** sort it out
-
Zara Chaudhry (@Zarachaudhry52) reported@KH4NS @VodafoneUK I can understand that there can be technical issues but a 3 week time period is too much Is anyone else in this area also facing such slow speed? 🤨
-
Lee Harris-hamer (@harris_hamer) reported@VodafoneUK is an absolute disgrace. I’ve been a customer for 20 years, I have 5 lines with for my business and pay over £200 per month, I’ve had no phone network for over 5 days, beeen to the shop twice, an excess of over 8 hours rining customer service 1)
-
MarksMusings (@aroundthehouses) reported@VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted Set up an account for my mother for broadband Phone and Mobile and you’re charging her double what I was quoted for the service. Is this what you do take advantage of elderly people?

Ste Jones (@eJ2095) reported@VodafoneUK Voda, if you wanted to keep loyal customers perhaps dont do mid price rise contracts, and offer loyal customers a better deal then new customers (Will say the service with you was fine i cant fault that) Maybe see you again in 12 months
-
