    @VodafoneUK by far the worst company for customer service. 4 days of calling in to try solve my issue, every agent giving a different message and still I cannot log into my account despite false promises. Easier to get blood from a stone than fix an issue with this company ๐Ÿคฌ

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply BUT I've 'spoken' to Vodafone too many times about signal dropping constantly nothing gets done, even when you can 'see' it's happening๐Ÿ˜• roll on the end of my contract

    @VodafoneUK whilst I like your network your 3G is very poor. Before rolling out #5G can you at least make sure you have 4G everywhere beforehand. A lot of my trail journey into Manchester still relies on 3G

    @VodafoneUK customer service are a joke, I've had broadband installed with a deal for existing mobile phone customers promising a free 4k firestick and echo dot, don't bother, it seems to be a scam, well over 4hrs on the phone to them in over a month and still nothing #Disgrace

    @VodafoneUK sent me nonsense broadband renewal figures 6+ times. Did renew in the end but for diff price again But credit where credit's due. The email automation may be crap but the change of plan itself was seamless. I woke up and everything just works with speed 2x faster

    @VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

    @VodafoneUK why are my customers receiving a voice message that I deleted last year telling people Iโ€™m on holiday until 8th September? I have had support remove voice message service and re add it, Iโ€™ve deleted all messages, including the option to record my own message.
