    @VodafoneUK by far the worst company for customer service. 4 days of calling in to try solve my issue, every agent giving a different message and still I cannot log into my account despite false promises. Easier to get blood from a stone than fix an issue with this company ๐Ÿคฌ

    Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me thereโ€™s no issue, nice one

    @VodafoneUK shocking service. Iโ€™ve spoken to six advisors and still not fixed the problem. I have been a Vodafone customer for many years with 4 phones well no longer, I am done.

    Hi @VodafoneUK is it correct that if my Home Broadband service is cancelled within the first 14 days that it gets disconnected 5 days after the cancellation request was raised, I called 191 to cancel yesterday (5 Nov) and they told me it disconnects on 10 November! Thanks. James

    @VodafoneUK 1 of 2 - Hi, I was wondering if someone could possibly help? I called 191 the other day, to change the date my Direct Debit comes out the bank. However the person I spoke to on the phone was unable to change it as apparently I had two billing profiles.

    @VodafoneUK is 10 days reasonable to fix a faulty phone you sold me for ยฃ1200 and your app said itโ€™s a faulty battery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to have a faulty phone repaired or replaced within a "reasonable time"

    @VodafoneUK sent me nonsense broadband renewal figures 6+ times. Did renew in the end but for diff price again But credit where credit's due. The email automation may be crap but the change of plan itself was seamless. I woke up and everything just works with speed 2x faster

    @VodafoneUK we upgraded our phones at the weekend , I specifically asked your sales assistant in Swindon store if I needed to cancel direct devout for old phones was told no & youโ€™ve taken money from my account today for the old phones !! Not happy ๐Ÿ˜ก
