    Whatever you do think twice before joining @virginmedia it might look fast on paper but the 100mbs service is running slow in Kirkby when it runs at all. Customer service just blames Covid @VodafoneUK gave me prices really quickly by a lovely lady working from home

    @virginmedia all about the money not about the service. In Kirkby Merseyside we have had a lot of outages since March and you are ignoring my requests for help by email, chat, FB, Twitter and don’t answer the phones. @VodafoneUK uk answered my web chat straight away

    @drewhill79 @VodafoneUK @MattJConnor @StHKHIS Same here. BT got the 150 mb and it flies. Good support and I stream everything!! Don’t even have normal freeview.

    Not impressed with @VodafoneUK customer support. Been trying to speak to someone online since before 1pm yesterday and only once someone has asked for more info but not came back when I’ve given it. Meanwhile they’re replying to others who messaged them 10 mins earlier.

    Gotta give it to @VodafoneUK, the only company I know who can tell you there is no problem in your area, when neither mine nor my partners phones have any signal, and my partners broadband are down, and all there advises are either busy, or telling me there’s no issue, nice one

    Really want to upgrade my @SamsungMobile s7 edge with Vodafone to a @HuaweiMobile p30 or p30 pro on my @VodafoneUK contract but they're so expensive compared to @O2 :( 7 YEARS a customer, and no deals to be had

    @VodafoneUK @O2 Hi James, I stupidly recycled my iPhone X with O2 and wow it was the worst thing I ever did tbh. Took the phone into store on 15 Sept and still awaiting cleared funds to credit my account 🤬. For future reference can I take phones into the Vodafone store to trade-in? Thanks 👍

    Fuming with @VodafoneUK paid to upgrade a few weeks early as my sons current phone is broke. Money taken from bank, email says phone will be with you 2-3 days on 30th march. No phone, contact support who blame covid 19 for delay 😡😠🤬 that's what you get for loyalty

    @VodafoneUK It’s working. Unfortunately no good upgrade deals. Does the NHS advantage still offer 15% reduction AS well as the 10% loyalty scheme. This would make it competitive against other providers then. (And only then). Thanks again from a loyal customer.

    Cannot wait for my relationship with @VodafoneUK to come to an end. Told I was given a £20 account credit as a “gesture of goodwill” for appalling service. Sent me a bill for next month. Not on it. Plus disconnection date is 25th Oct so they’re going to have to refund it anyway!

    @VodafoneUK Please can you tell me why you won't allow sales of handsets via your webchat or by calling 191 and why you send out emails asking to be contacted that way? Very frustrating for the customer and the person that can't assist me at your end...

    @VodafoneUK we keep getting ignored by you. How can your service be so poor? After keeping us on hold for hours you simply hang up. Open reach has finished works in our area. Why is our broadband still pending and you said it will be activated in May?? Unbelievable

    @VodafoneUK disgraceful service when it comes to accessibility. I just spoke to a customer service member on the phone and asked her if she could refer me to someone to help with access needs whilst i sort out a dispute and she was completely dismissive.

    Grrrrr took out iphone with @VodafoneUK on Tuesday for the first time. The battery says theres an issue & they can send it away for me. I took out insurance that said next day replacement turns out they don’t do it cause of covid. Can’t be without phone cause of my disability! :(
