    @ThreeUKSupport London has always been busy but I've only had issues in the last 6 months. And the signal does not improve when I move around different areas in London either

    @ThreeUKSupport But why not??? You're three UK customer support. I now have a unlimited data plan and now find out I don't have 5g. If I go 5 miles in any direction full 5G access. Where I live nothing and you can even give me a time frame, as that's your job. 🤔🤔🤔

    @ThreeUKSupport I put pac code in on the form when ordering monthly sim. I contacted support every day from Tuesday and was told to wait 24 hrs and it will switch. I asked to cancel yesterday as it still hadnt switched and now both sims wont work.

    @ThreeUK you had any reports of rubbish signal in Oldbury (Sandwell), West Midlands. For a number of days now 1bar, poor mobile data speeds. Normal I’m full hitting 5G, even three broadband is 1/4 of normal speeds. If I drive 10miles out of Oldbury signal back to normal.
