    @ThreeUKSupport can you please kindly let me know , why I’ve not been able to pick up a replacement SIM card in person @ a three store. I wen to the store in Bayswater — and the customer service agents that I spoke to Agnes & Jelani told me their hands are tied.

    @ThreeUK after being with three for quite some years, getting very frustrated. I can't remember pin , to get a new pin , have to validate by email, email address is incorrect so can't validate, can't change email address because? Can't remember pin. Help

    @PhillWPE @stephpb @ThreeUKSupport When I was on my iPhone I used to leave it on 3g a lot. During lockdown didn't have this issue. Three obviously have capacity issues in Camden / KT area.

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi, who do I report bad upload speeds too on the threeuk network? In my area, tw27BP, the upload speeds are awful, facetime videos cut out all the time, people who I am talking too can't hear me. My wifi is down at the minute, so using mobile data

    @ThreeUKSupport are a ******* joke! 2nd level complaint, 8 months without usable service and they offer me £5 credit on my £89 a month bill! I get dizzying speeds of 0.2mbs. Can hardly make a call. @Three_Is_Broken

    @ThreeUK are you ***************????? No data, no signal for a year! The 6g promised a year ago is delayed again, the hardware provider is banned from the country and you have the cash to sponsor billionaires? Not a peep from you ******* to your customers though!

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi this was yesterday afternoon it took almost 24 hrs for you to respond. Issues were noted throughout the UK and this was affecting your broadband routers. A simple Google search will confirm this.

    @ThreeUKSupport hey there, my mobile data hasn’t been working all day. I’ve just tried switching to a 3G network which partially works but obviously isn’t ideal. I’m on unlimited data so haven’t run out or anything. Is there something going on with the South Kensington network?

    @ThreeUKSupport That’s it, you don’t seem to be able to work out what the issue is. When I login to My3 I get a notification saying I need to click on a link in an email that’s been sent to me. Issue is the email address displayed is incorrect so I don’t have access to it. It’s an absolute joke

    Promised call back today. Never materialised. Promised sim would be activated within 2 hours. It's now been 3. Called in again to say it hasn't yet been activated. To be transferred to technical again to do the exact same ******* troubleshooting. Go bust @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUKSupport Hi been to your network status website type in HU93RN there is a problem so type in some more postcodes like HU9 3PR, HU5 5BX, all have We’re fixing an issue with our network in this area. Why have we got issues everywhere three

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve had to be communicating via WhatsApp! But not all customers have the patience to type chat or endure connection issues on WhatsApp calls, when they can easily ring me on my line!

    @ThreeUK My contract ended last week, tried to talk to your "customer service" to find a better deal and was met with lack of interest, rudeness and after being moved from person to person i decided to look for another provider who decides to treat a 7 year old paying customer better.
