    @ThreeUK @o2 just driven most of the length of the #Sheffield parkway with 1 bar. Call failed. How can the signal be so bad in one of the UK’s biggest cities? I’d understand if I was in the middle of the Cotswolds.

    Fuming nearly set the place on fire with a @ThreeUK charger from your shop and an overheated charge point from @SamsungMobile z Flip 3 had to chuck Phone and charger in the bath wtf!!!!!

    @ThreeUK super disappointed that my 24m contract has expired and instead of automatically moving me to a sim only contract you have charged me exactly the same (£42!) for the coming month even though the handset is paid off. Not the service I expect after years of custom 👎👎

    So my @ThreeUK phone bill in two years has jumped from £34 to £64 to now £69...well come next month when my contract is up I won't be renewing...**** paying £70 for a two year phone.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thanks Pete. We’re all on Three. So signal/service isn’t allowing us to connect properly, getting cut off over and over. I’m on the app now. If the signal was as good as the media engagement, there wouldn’t be any issues here.

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport having purchased TWO sims unable to activate either. One having prepaid data allowance is not showing as credited to my account. Such poor experience is really disappointing as I am a returning customer having enjoyed much better service with a GSM iPad.

    @ThreeUKSupport I'm a bit confused. I'm at DE21 6RD. Your coverage checker says I have 5G in my area but yet I cannot get 5G Hub Home Broadband. Why is that? Also can I connect my Google WiFi mesh network into hub router?

    @ThreeUK please can I know when 5G is ever coming to #Penwortham ?#Lancashire ? I can’t get it at all, and only get one bar 4G signal it’s like living in 2005 here, as 3G is still the best signal and speed we can get on your network.

    @ThreeUKSupport The number moved while I am on holiday. I had trouble getting it to work. 3 offered a new sim, which I declined because I got the 02 working. But now I'm questioning if I got that the right was round. I need support to work it out! Are you linked to Virgin?
