    @ThreeUKSupport BN1, 2 and 3 areas in Brighton, Central London just doesn’t really work most times or it’s just really slow. It’s the same in Brighton especially lately, it just gives up at parts of the day and it struggles to connect I’ve got an iPhone 8 but it happened with my 6 too

    @theTunnelBear is there an issue using your service on @virginmedia - first time using their internet and I can’t access your website and my bear won’t activate (HTTPS error is thrown rather than a direct blocking notification) think @ThreeUK are also blocking your website

    @ThreeUKSupport Fix the bloody mobile network issue at Purley area, RG31 6FR. It’s been nearly two months!!!😡😡😡😡 can’t get a signal or just one tower. Missed many important calls and text because of this. We need some kind of refund on our monthly bill. Very frustrating!!

    @BeanKateryna @ThreeUK @O2 I tried three once didn't like it. I moved and couldn't get any signal at home or in my area but I was stuck with the contract. I did cancel in the end. I love being on O2. I tried a few networks before but always went back to O2 then just stuck with them.

    @ThreeUKSupport I was told by Three support that if I tried to switch over to PAYG now that I would be charged? Can you explain how that makes sense please? When my phone contract ends I just simply want to cancel all payments and be PAYG. That’s all.

    Why do @ThreeUK make it extremely difficult to simply move on. My contract ends in November but for some reason I have to give them notice to go as PAYG? How on earth does that even make sense!? My contract has ended. I should be able to do what I want. Wtf is happening

    @ThreeUK so if I pay for mobile broadband service for when I’m holiday in France. Top up £125 as directed by Three. The service didn’t work at all so I asked for my money back. Three are advising that as it’s a pay as you go account you are not entitled to a refund! #threescam

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a 3 number which I switched to 02, now I want to come back to Three and the customer support said that I need to sign a contract. That I can't stay at pay as you go! I DON'T WANT a contract, why are you guys forcing me to do that?
