    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™ve going to cancel it as Iโ€™ve found a cheaper contract for a newer phone, Iโ€™ve tried the link so I can cancel via the โ€˜chat onlineโ€™ option but it says itโ€™s offline even though the times state someone should be online. Please could I have some assistance cancelling please.

    @ThreeUKSupport I had a text this morning saying itโ€™ll happen later today so fingers crossed. Pretty poor when the switch date was due to be yesterday and youโ€™d managed to get my address wrong... customer for 3 days so far and unimpressed

    @ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, itโ€™s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

    @coveragechecker @ThreeUK I was surprised by a lot about it, I used to work for three so I knew there were some good places but recently since they have merged the signal around my city has just dropped quite hard, Iโ€™ve reported it many times but they donโ€™t seem to get back to me lol

    @ThreeUKSupport why do you make it so difficult to do anything online?? Sorting out my upgrade, having been a contract customer for nearly 22 years and it kept going wrong. So I spoke to someone on chat and seemed all good until the chat disappeared on me
