  @ThreeUKSupport I have mentioned it when I spoke to someone over chat last Tuesday but no follow up questions regarding the account or phone number. That person said there are no issues. Then I received a call from the Tech team on Sunday. 4G was working fine again 1/2

  @EE I don't think 5g is particularly worth it ATM. I've had 150Mbps + over your LTE network. And even here in remote Yorkshire, I can still get 100Mbbps over band 3 (granted on @ThreeUK as EE don't use band 3). But 100Mbps 4g is fast enough for most surff.

  @ThreeUKSupport Tech team confirmed there were issues but that it was solved. Received another call yesterday saying there are still issues but no estimate when this will be completed. Network seems to be slow/down between 9-17 which is not ideal for some who works from home. 2/2
