  @thisispanos @ThreeUK I was told they were investigating my complaint, but that was 3 weeks ago and still got nothing, so I stopped the direct debt at the bank, but I was warned that they'd send the outstanding balance to enforcement. Ive tried contacting martin lewis, Money Saving Expert for help..

  Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

  @YTJustGetATesla @ThreeUK Im gradually moving off Three. EE gives a better signal and my company does a deal where I can choose any network and get a monthly contract SIM (not locked in) for a better price than I get elsewhere.
