    @brattandeaf @ThreeUKSupport Apparently I heard somewhere that 3 network used to be good because they share the mast with o2 or EE, but now other network cut tie with them. Therefore 3 have to have own mast this is why it become useless.

    Terrible customer service from @ThreeUKSupport - they confirm compensation WILL be offered for the recent outage but ONLY if you call them on a number that you can’t get through it. It’s a never-ending vicious circle and designed so that you won’t claim. Awful. Time to leave...

    😡 someone has fraudulently used my name/ address to open a mobile phone contract with @ThreeUK. I call Three and they ask me for password and security questions!! I try to explain that I cannot answer as I did not open the account but they can’t help!! #vpoornoncustomerservice

    @ThreeUKSupport Literally the most useless response. You have a customer here that has been with you for 5 years asking for some support with an unresolved issue and getting no traction and when I call up I get no further and it just goes round in circles and have to explain the situation again.

    @ThreeUKSupport i want out of my contract because i can never get service anywhere. i pay £80 a month to get upset everytime i open my phone. this isn’t what your contract said would happen. how do i leave without paying to do so

    @georgiaahale @giffgaff @TalkTalk @ThreeUK Oh shit! If it was within 14 days you can defo cancel penalty free as that's within the cooling off period. Make a complaint if you haven't already, don't let them get away with it. Sometimes they need that kick if all else fails email the CEO I can provide email ad.

    @ThreeUKSupport No worries now. Turns out my wife got through and was told that there are issues, they will not be fixed, it’s as good as it gets, local shop have had many complaints, exit fee waived as it’s so bad. 5 friends now changing their network too.

    @ThreeUKSupport I’ve already got my pac and joined @EE. Done with your network. I’ve filed a complaint and intend to take beyond with the ombudsman. Your network has been the worst for ages and shoddy practices like this only solidifies it. More fool me for staying for so long.

    @Adam_R1988 @ThreeUK @Ofcom I've always had a problem with their mobile broadband service. One day, I can get 100mbps, the next, shoots down to 3mbps and unusable. I feel your frustration.

    @ThreeUK I tweeted you for help the other day because my data wasn’t working in Portugal, you had me switch networks and it worked for maybe an hour and stopped again. I have now arrived in Spain and the same thing is happening. Zero ability to text or call, cannot use internet.

    @AirportSimon @ThreeUK I remember three scumbags in my taxi who were working for some charity laughing at how much commission they got for getting old people to sign direct debits. Threw them out. Regulation needed. Its horrible.
