Could not call Uber or phone anyone for help. Same just happened now while driving and using the navigation on my phone. It's getting ridiculous now!!!

Been told resolved each month for 5 months, still without service at end of each month to middle of next, 1m apologies, no efficiency. Cheesed off

This is terrible customer service your telephone contacts don't appear to listen or do their job. I'm outraged and think I need to end my contract.

Speeds ok but constant stalled connections. Pages randomly not loading. Sessions not starting. That was different but equally unusable. Never seen this on voda. Slow/ timeout yes

Asked again to cancel it and refund the 9 months and just got the run around.
