@ThreeUKSupport Yes this is still the case seems a lot of three mobile users having the same issue. WiFi everything works as it should. On 3G reception everything works as it should. But on 4G and 5G reception all songs are greyed out.

@ThreeUKSupport Yes I spoke to someone. No the issue wasn’t sorted hence why I’m still complaining about it. I don’t understand why nobody knows what’s going on. I’ve reset the settings, I’ve even reset the phone but the same issues keep happening. Around 4pm every other day….

Anyone used @ThreeUK for home broadband? Currently paying £60 a month for basic free view channels and **** internet from @virginmedia whilst 3 does home broadband from £15pm for current customers (phone contract)
