Absolutely disgusting customer services from @ThreeUK this past week. Son’s pay as you go sim has been blocked 3 times. Each time I’ve contacted & been promised reconnection within 24 hrs. Each time it’s taken longer. Unblock team doesn’t work weekends.

Web team will tell you there’s no issues, engineers “think” there is & can give no ETA. Meanwhile still no service
