3 (Three) Issues Reports Near Clent, England

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Clent and nearby locations:

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported from West Bromwich, England

Big error of @ThreeUK to scrap Go Roam. It’s what put it out there as a big benefit amongst its competitors in the past. Now Three are joining the ranks and I think they’re going to find their customer numbers plummet as a result.

  • richardhowle Richard Howle (@richardhowle) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK all week I have been having really unstable and patchy service from my 5G router here in Brum. One moment 100Mb the next 0. Is there an issue?

  • hamilton_david David Hamilton (@hamilton_david) reported from Wythall, England

@ThreeUKSupport absolute joke your customer services are! Three calls today, three conflicting responses. You’re just making it difficult to leave your rubbish network!

  • philipbase Philip Base (@philipbase) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport the quickest way to get support from three is to leave lol... awful company to have a phone with... absolute shambles and scam artists

  • philipbase Philip Base (@philipbase) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport Lol says down please try later

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK I'm gonna look into it better, i haven't changed my contract in 10 years so technically I never upgrade so it shouldn't effect me, they do annual price rises though so it may be classed as a contract change. I think we'll be charged regardless.

  • _XeniaKara_ Xenia (@_XeniaKara_) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’ve wasted a whole afternoon trying to resolve an outstanding issue with my services, and I’m no further along. Being passed around from pillar to post.

  • SteWill1978 Stephen Willetts (@SteWill1978) reported from West Bromwich, England

@vocster @ThreeUK Me and my wife had it purely for the travel aspect, I've got no issues with the service at all but I will be looking around now, sky say they're not going to bring in charges for roaming but I've heard mixed reviews.

  • BilalRaja_22 Bilal Raja (@BilalRaja_22) reported from Tidbury Green, England

@ThreeUKSupport I have already logged a complaint but with no luck. Complaint ref no: 31181516. Been offered some money back as goodwill after spending long time on chat and phone calls. Don’t want to waste more time going through complaints process again.

  • moseleyhydey hydey (@moseleyhydey) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUK Lads, any chance of your home WiFi thing not dropping out for about an hour or so everyday? Every evening without fail

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport When I call the number from the work landline, it’s a recorded message from their provider saying access to this number is restricted, yet other mobile numbers are ok. The call never reaches me.

  • psicorps2000 David H-T 🏳️‍🌈🇪🇺🇳🇴🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 (@psicorps2000) reported from Birmingham, England

Anybody on @ThreeUK having problems sending/receiving texts? Can't send at all. Tried rebooting phone etc.

  • Freaky_Radish Benn Sanderson (@Freaky_Radish) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport is there a problem with texting in Birmingham? My messages keep failing.

  • Freaky_Radish Benn Sanderson (@Freaky_Radish) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport I keep getting messages and emails to say my contest is ending but I started a 24 month contract last year. Please help.

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport hi. My mobile number starts with 07305. It originally was issued by @virginmedia. I’ve had some companies try to call me (including the landline where I work) saying calls to this number can’t be connected or the number isn’t available. Is there an easy fix?

  • _XeniaKara_ Xenia (@_XeniaKara_) reported from Birmingham, England

I'm not one for complaining on Twitter, but I’m letting it be known that @ThreeUK customer services is awful. As a long standing customer and given the current pandemic the service has been appalling.

  • EvanD Evan Davis (@EvanD) reported from Birmingham, England

@ThreeUKSupport when my contract is about to expire, how much notice do I need to give you to cancel my account?

  • Bizzle_187 Tally B (@Bizzle_187) reported from Wolverhampton, England

@EE wow, spoke to a representative today to see if they want to keep me as a customer but was offered no better deal or any attemp to keep me. May jus go back to @ThreeUK

3 (Three) Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • revdenoodles Jonathan McDowell (@revdenoodles) reported

@mauricerkelly @Bolster @ThreeUK Past experience suggests EE have the best data network but if you care mainly about voice (and who does?) then O2 had the edge for coverage as long as you didn't mind getting 2G more than 3G.

  • SeasideChris Chris McStill (@SeasideChris) reported

@TomTalksCars @ThreeUK Yup. I put up with pretty poor coverage in some areas because of it. No point in staying now.

  • WWmick MickG (@WWmick) reported

Having been a three customer for a number of years I find it disgusting that they are removing free roaming, I am more disgusted by hearing this via Media rather than a nice text or letter from Three. @ThreeUK now looking for new provider

  • richyj1504 Rich J (@richyj1504) reported

@_super_tone @ThreeUK True. Though again I’m not sure how long it’ll be before they introduce it. Just a shame O2 signal is pretty naff.

  • samueld303 Sam (@samueld303) reported

@ThreeUK looks like there is now no reason to stay a 3 customer after 10 years. Bringing back roaming charges and you have lost your only competitive advantage.

  • mauricerkelly Maurice Kelly (@mauricerkelly) reported

@Bolster @revdenoodles @ThreeUK For me it’s probably EE. Coverage where we live is poor and O2/Vodafone are no good here at all.

  • Dangerdave1979 DangerDave (@Dangerdave1979) reported

@ThreeUK Not a big enough network to cover the EU without extra roaming costs though?

  • MisterJamie TherealMandalorian (@MisterJamie) reported

@ThreeUKSupport @DannyB648 Does that mean all your new contracts are going down to reflect the fact the inclusive roaming charges are now only being paid for by customers using it?

  • metaburbia David (@metaburbia) reported

@ThreeUK relying on contract inertia from their customers. Here's hoping they go down the pan.

  • gabriele_anedda Gabriele Anedda (@gabriele_anedda) reported

@ThreeUK this hasn't aged well. Could it be misleading advertising? Anyway I'm lucky I'm not (and surely won't be in the future) your customer
