    Definitely looking to come of @ThreeUK I’m fed up of bad internet. I thought it was my area but been in London last two days, usually good here but it’s been horrible. Got full signal. It won’t even load to check my data. You cant even be on Wi-Fi that.

    @ThreeUKSupport Fyi where I live in Streatham High Road I have no problems. Greyhound Lane is where my brother lives phone calls are problematic internet access is virtually non-existent

    @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport @Three_Is_Bro was promised that my problems would be sorted when 5g comes. I was given a discount and told I could end my contract whenever I wanted and upgrade to 5g. Now the call centre - despite acknowledging that they can see this chat want to charge!

    @Ofcom @ThreeUK have basically abandoned their customers in large cities and their 4g network is basically gone. They keep telling us it’s our phones. Or it’s just busy. But it’s been poor to non existent for four months solid - it was perfect before four months ago.

    @Geek_Manager @jaseemabid @watbe @filipecvarela @ThreeUK @EE @giffgaff Three around Central London has been very spotty for me too (although it’s worse on iPhones than Androids, maybe it’s the iOS baseband on Three’s bands). Vodafone have been my go-to pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately the support is abysmal, guess you can’t have it all.

    @8lettersuk @ThreeUK I cancelled Three after being properly evangelical about them for years: two issues bugged me they seem to rely on other people’s cells in central London many of which have long term faults and issues with billing, not being able to streamline the couple of accounts billing dates

    So spent 2 days trying to talk to @ThreeUKSupport .. had to get my husband to call from his contract phone, and because they have messed up and don’t understand what’s going on they just put the phone down on you or disconnect the chat!

    @ThreeUKSupport Cancelled with one of your agents, unfortunately because I had two contracts with you it never occurred to me that it wasn’t done and cancelled like requested Chris. I shouldn’t have to “notice” when a request has been made.

    @ThreeUK ever since I got my phone contract with three my phone signal has been on 1 bar. My internet and calls keep cutting off and I’m paying around £70, it feels like I’m getting the short end of the stick. I’ve tried resetting the network 😢😢

    @gjbic @danielboys @ThreeUK Absolutely. Everyone has different experiences. I was with them for 6 years and the first four were fab. Last two not so good due to technical issues with their masts and signal. Was sorry to leave them because up until then it had been great.

    @ThreeUKSupport I asked for a cancellation figure she gave me it but said wasn't processing the cancellation until I had spoke to tech support. Waited 10 mins for an idiot to respond with he didnt know why I was calling then hung up.

    @ThreeUK WTH is going on Three?? My mobile's Data connection has been non-stop ropey for the past 3 months. There's rarely been a good consistent week without poor connection on my 4G. Absolutely rubbish service! #fail

    How is the real @ThreeUK website so bad?! My contracts ending.. Despite clicking a link in the email they send, and logging in, it still asks me my name and suggests getting a new number, i've zero confidence i'm renewing my contract so have given up and will have to call.
