    @ThreeUKSupport Hi so I got through but they couldn't tell me what the problem was or how to fix it but there is some sort of problem in my area. I've been refunded 1 months service but without a resolution I will most likely have to switch to someone else.

    Dear @ThreeUK I complained about the poor signal coverage and was given one month free and then a £5 a month reduction for the remaining months of my contract. However my bill came out today and there has been no such reduction. Please can someone rectify this.

    @ThreeUKSupport I would bet my life on it that you can’t help! This has been ongoing for over 2 months! There was a ridiculous charge on my iPad sim only data. I know for a fact that it was wrong but your people are insisting it was correct! I have to pay!

    @ThreeUKSupport I did this all earlier with your customer support and was told I had two choices, wait until 09/21 or buy out my contract. Sooo again paying for something that doesn’t work.

    Anyone thinking of changing/switching mobile phone companies, what ever you DON’T even think about going to @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport! Utterly, utterly terrible company! I so regret the day I ever considered them. Please learn from my mistake! #Three #mobilephones

    Couldn’t agree more! @ThreeUK seem to play tricks to bend the rules & get away with it all. Constant bad signal, lack of customer service & communication, lying about reductions! I’ll be leaving at the end of my contract @ThreeUKSupport

    @ThreeUK you’re taking the biscuit now with my signal. You said months ago it would be sorted. I’ve now been stuck in the one area with the worst service I’ve ever had! Really bad form.

    I think @joelycett should get onto the abysmal customer service from @ThreeUK only way to communicate with them is through they’re online chat, which either have no operators or cut you off. I’ve seen on Twitter Someone has asked for a compalint email address and @ThreeUKSupport

    @kevbryan12 @ThreeUKSupport It’s that entire Facebook discussion spanning back a few years. In early 2020 they confirmed they were testing eSIM support, but their responses suggest that eSIM support will not include support for Apple Watch.

    @ThreeUKSupport Nobody ever answers on there. You may be the cheapest network but also the network where you lucky to get a call or any internet to work, I’m fed up with it. Even my neighbour on 3 lives same block of flats it’s drops out, we gonna try paper cups and string... 🥴🥴🥴

    @ThreeUKSupport @thegord1 What a load of bollocks. I used to install cell sites and they cover a large area. The last three digits gets the location down to the last 100 metres. They will just tell you to change Sim, reset phone, or that they are working on it.
