@ThreeUKSupport I found out the reason , for some reason you deactivated my sim card before I received the new one which was being sent to fix my network issues. It meant no one at work could reach me all day and I could not make any call.

I’ve just spent 2 weeks in the USA using the @ThreeUK GoRoam and had perfect signal and fast 4G the entire time. I come back the the U.K. and revert back to the awful slow ‘4G’. Sort it out @ThreeUKSupport - you used the be great. Service in my own country is crap nowadays!

Hi @ThreeUK. Guys you need to improve your service, how is it possible to be at home (London Z2) "using the 4G" & I'm not even able to load Netflix on my phone. Honestly, I was considering upgrading, but with this service maybe I'll have to change provider. Thanks 🦾

@Telegraph @ThreeUK is essentially broken. Even basic technical service is not possible. Offshored technical teams under huge pressure to meet a sales mandates whilst being unable to upgrade or unlock devices is dysfunctional. Hand back your licence and get the next ferry home Finnegan.

Roaming is important to me and is close to the only reason why I use 3. If that changes I'll find the best deal with another network.

@StrugglingMamma @ThreeUK I was with them for around the same amount of time and they wanted to triple my sim only bill for the same thing. So I swiftly left. They’re customer service and incidents like this are happening more and more 🙃.
