There is no network in various parts of North and East London where I'm passing through. I make important phone calls using hands free in my car but the network drops completely in so many areas. I should not have to pay if I am getting no coverage in so many areas which is a real problem for me.

You usually say it's congestion or a mast is being fixed (excuses/lies). I'd leave but I can't find an alternative. It's just poor service that a London postcode is not able to get a steady 4G signal
