    @ThreeUK you are literally the most incompetent mobile network. I returned a home signal box to you on Dec 18th, have provided proof of this TWICE by email and you have still sent me a bill for £75. This is the second time your Norwich centre have lost a returned signal box

    @ThreeUKSupport hi there. I cannot use any data on my phone when I am located at work in EC4M 7AW despite phone saying I have a reasonably good 4G signal. Seems to be fine elsewhere in London though.

    Not sure whether it's just @ThreeUK or whether it's the whole UK mobile network, but when I'm on a train into London and my signal keeps dropping out it feels a bit... pathetic.

    @ThreeUKSupport Thank u for your reply Jen. It is not my phone... it is my relish. Have tried changing all the positions of my router and nothing. Have been calling you guys but it was said to me that I have a bad signal and apparently the signal in the area is indeed bad. :/

    @VodafoneUK Ok no problem I was just wondering at all as I am new to Vodafone as I was using the an @ThreeUK network before hand but the 4g speeds are far better on your network in my area on the unlimited max plan. Hopefully I don’t have to call up. Keep up the good work 👍

    @ThreeUKSupport They do not answer a direct question, they cannot give an answer as to when the issues will be fixed, they do not know when the work started and do not know when it is going to end. But always say how much they appreciate us a customers, when i have no service
