My husband was #O2 and I asked him to come to @ThreeUK he is complaining and saying it has been his worst decision ever to 📱

Often have only 3G and even when I have 4G reception data just doesn’t seem to work or works incredibly slow. I’m basically paying for data I can’t barely used or when used is unpractical …

Guess I'll have to find out if the ombudsman agrees. Yes - normally I got bumped to 3G automatically and even deliberately didn't help.
