    Definitely changing from @ThreeUK when my contract ends. My 4G barely ever works on my bus to work despite having full signal. I complain to them and they’re like “oh you could upgrade early and maybe that will give you better service” like ???

    @ThreeUKSupport After refusing a reduced fee due to poor service (an admission that whatever I was paying for I wasn’t getting) I declined and insisted that the 5g internet is unreliable and inconsistent and was referred to a technical specialist. Still the problems remain.

    @ThreeUK can you please kindly let me know , why I’ve not been able to pick up a replacement SIM card in person @ three store. I wen to the store in Bayswater — and the customer service agent that I spoke to Agnes & Jelani told me their hands are tied.

    Almost no service with @ThreeUK for the last 48 hours. All I kept being told is call back in 2 hours, the system is down. If no one can help why the hell am I waiting on hold for so long?

    Absolutely ripped off by @ThreeUK for business. When I signed up, I asked for international calling - and it was never added to my account - but I had no way of knowing bc their business accounts don’t have online portals. We had to make a call to the US & got charged over £100.

    @ThreeUKSupport are a ******* joke! 2nd level complaint, 8 months without usable service and they offer me £5 credit on my £89 a month bill! I get dizzying speeds of 0.2mbs. Can hardly make a call. @Three_Is_Broken

    3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK don’t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

    @ThreeUKSupport No it's all recognised and so on, I've now given up! I have tried a number of times over the last few weeks to get my account organised and it's never been done after being told it has, the next time I call it's back to where it was. What a waste of time!

I got this person who I believe was in the India named Jigha who started to talk to me as a child and since I am 63 and have spent 2 decades in the Army working

    @ThreeUKSupport Standard call but I’m thinking of possibilities that could be causing the issue/fault. BS20 7EW. Possibly it could be either @Zoom or @Malwarebytes causing the issue, the latter informs me of scam calls.

    @linsbaumeister @ThreeUK I have steered clear of the whole eSim thing since Three told me I’d be up to three days without any service while they made the switch. That or change the number I’ve had for 25 years.

    @linsbaumeister @ThreeUK When I had my problems with them - 2015 - they admitted to me that their call centre staff see customer account passwords, in full, in plaintext, on their screens. When I queried this with the Head of Security, he said, “How else can we check that you know the right password”…
