    @ThreeUKSupport what part of your company actually works? Canโ€™t help on live chat, get passed through 6 different department, get through to a call centre and they canโ€™t hear you and hang up! 0.26mbps of data and terrible signal! What are you playing at? Utter shambles

    @threeuksupport just got home WiFi yesterday and network is slow so itโ€™s unusable. Customer services continued itโ€™s a technical issue in my neigborhood, but Iโ€™m being sent in circles to cancel the account. Please help.

    @ThreeUKSupport Iโ€™m very unhappy youโ€™re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldnโ€™t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when Iโ€™m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

    @ThreeUK I have been with Three for many years but despite paying for a mobile service I can use abroad in my holiday home they have pulled this facility away with almost no notice. I understand and adhere to a fair use policy but feel I was mis-sold a product. Unfair!
