Once you've managed to convince the AI chatbot what it actually is you need and an operator comes online they obviously juggle many chats at once as after "Hi" it took 11 minutes for the next reply and then 8 for the next.

Let's see if they can resolve the issue, as there should be no bill to pay, but Three want Β£350!
