@ThreeUKSupport That # routes me to a call center in India & I’m tired of that. I want this sorted, I’m a business account & my business cannot run without internet. I installed hub on Friday & it’s Tuesday and no one has gotten back to me without me pushing. I deserve better service than this.

@ThreeUK Very disappointed! For a operator to ask for postcode or have you put sim on another phone. WTH! That doesn’t solve any problems. Telling a customer to restart phone and change aeroplane mode isn’t going to solve the problem ThreeUk Data that fails all the time!!

@ThreeUKSupport then this offer was downgraded to £10 off my bill by a three rep without empathy and poor listening skills. -have had to explain my issues at least 10-15 times and each time I get taken through the same steps. - have been told on four occasions the ‘back end team will call me’.

@ThreeUKSupport This has not happened. Lastly I have been disconnected at least 10 times since I’ve reported this. I would either like to cancel my contract with the early termination fees waived, a reasonable credit offer on my bill or something as I have spent so many hours trying to resolve
