    @ThreeUKSupport Issues at : UB7 8LZ 3G is little faster than 4G but when I'm at work RG12 1PU I get very good speeds. So don't want to turn off 4G

    @ThreeUKSupport Quite a busy time maybe because your service is so s%$t!!! I’ve been a 3 customer for a long time but get very very close to moving my phone too as well as cancel this crap mobile broadband!! It’s a fantastic service at 3am though!!!

    .@ThreeUKSupport I would like to know what is so wrong with data in your network. Often have only 3G and even when I have 4G reception data just doesn’t seem to work or works incredibly slow. I’m basically paying for data I can’t barely used or when used is unpractical …

    @ThreeUKSupport EN1 4RQ. Also attempted to use at NG18 and N17 areas. It clearly isn’t a connection issue as all other apps and services work fine, and that’s 3+ locations I’ve tried it in.

    @ThreeUK absolutely shocking service on the phone. Trying to cancel an upgrade! The man kept me on phone 35 minutes, unable to understand me or me him! Unable to confirm it was cancelled, told me to call back in 2 days! Blood pressure at boiling point

    @ThreeUKSupport Hey, Three… You’ve just lost a customer who’s been with you for six years. I’ve had no network coverage for most of the last two or three weeks, and when I have it’s only been 3G. As a gesture, I think it’s only fair you should agree to forego my final bill.

    @ThreeUK @GoogleUK I have issues with @ThreeUK which is ,I had contract with them with Direct debit, they deactivated one month before the 24 month also they take £20 also the next month £24.06 but we couldn't find the thief #three

    @ThreeUKSupport We've had continuing issues with signal dropping out meaning calls continually cutting out. Work supposedly going on nearby but no dates given for completion. Contract renewal due but reluctant to renew unless this can clarified?

    The @ThreeUKSupport person couldn't seem to understand why I said it was pointless asking their broadband team to phone me, or tweaing my handset's settings. It was bizarre how little they were prepared to listen. And I still have no signal.
