  • kelseyparsons
Kelsey Parsons (@kelseyparsons) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUKSupport No I didn’t. I’ve been to the store multiple times but am always told the manager is the only one that can cancel my account, but he hasn’t been working. Ridiculous service.

  • Machie_
Maciej Bugala (@Machie_) reported from Paddington, England

3rd day of w/o network, and no one picking up at customer service. Seems @ThreeUK don’t care about their pay-as-you-go customers. 100GB pack seemed too good to be true and turned out ...it is!

  • Nickjames820
Red Beard (@Nickjames820) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUK Do they support 5g? Come to think of it do they support data at all on your network?

  • JBrianti
Jo Brianti (@JBrianti) reported from Ealing, England

@ThreeUKSupport Tried twice, given up now - this is an error on your part, Customer Relations were supposed to have dealt with this 3 months ago when I complained

  • jenkinzone
Simon Jenkinson (@jenkinzone) reported from Camden Town, England

@chriskanedev @ThreeUK Only through a public network on my phone, can’t my laptop.

  • zeitgeistlondon
Brent A. Martin (@zeitgeistlondon) reported from Paddington, England

@PositiveLad @ThreeUKSupport I think @Ofcom needs to look at Three on this point. Three know there is a problem yet they continue to sell it. I'll look into drafting something.

  • MartinWWalker
Martin Walker (@MartinWWalker) reported from Paddington, England

@ThreeUK In London when it's on 5G, my hotspot won't work. It connects but no signal. Back in 4G it works fine. Any advice?

  • politic_animal
Political Animal (@politic_animal) reported from Ealing, England

@ThreeUKSupport Hiya, having issues accessing my voicemail from my Three phone. If I call 123 or 07782333123, I get a ‘Number not recognised’ message. Was working fine yesterday, and other outgoing calls are fine. Is there an issue with the service?

  • crouchendmum1
Muswell Hill Mum (@crouchendmum1) reported from Barnet, England

@ThreeUK your customer service is so bad. I have been with you for years and your team can’t find my details even though I called and redid my contract!!

Terrible new customer service on @ThreeUK . Taken more than a week to transfer over my number, so much wasted time on inefficient Live chat and phone. Very disappointed

  • NasWasTaken
NK (@NasWasTaken) reported from Paddington, England

@MontyTweeet @ThreeUK Unlimited everything. £20 a month. Altho internet connection is so shit i have to switch 4g off every now and then to use it. And compared to virgin’s 4G. It’s sooooooooo much slower.

  • jenkinzone
Simon Jenkinson (@jenkinzone) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUK I’m in London, wife in Devon. Neither of us are able to use our phones currently. Our Three home WiFi also down so all home entertainment not working. This isn’t ‘some’ people affected, it’s most if not all. Appalling.

  • ElliotJH
Elliot Hughes (@ElliotJH) reported from Camden Town, England

@ThreeUKSupport I’m very unhappy you’re canceling my broadband 6 months into a 12 month contract. I wouldn’t have been able to cancel at this point. You should satisfy your obligations. 4 days of disruption when I’m trying to work from home is unacceptable.

  • shadlx
Richard Williamson (@shadlx) reported from Camden Town, England

Hi @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport can you advise why @Bitly seems to be blocked on your network - it is very annoying

  • AshleyLlewellyn
Ashley (@AshleyLlewellyn) reported from Barnet, England

So I went to @ThreeUK today to upgrade my phone, but it’s not worth it. I may aswell buy them handset from @Apple and keep sim only. At least that way I can ditch @ThreeUK if their signal stays this bad...

It should be illegal how phone companies handle cancellations once your minimum term ends. If the contract's over, I should be able to cancel it online in 30 seconds, not spend an hour jumping through hoops just to stop paying them. I'm talking about @ThreeUK here, but let's be honest, they're all at it. Why is this still considered acceptable?

  • grego76525
    DAVID GREGORY KERR (@grego76525) reported

@ThreeUKSupport it is like a nightmare when cards have to be updated and details have to be passed to service providers but I hope this solves any problems

  • KadeRivers70195
    Kade Rivers (@KadeRivers70195) reported

@MattCon90191238 @ThreeUK you look old enough to understand the phrase "cutting your nose off to spite your face" download the ******* app you utter melt. if thats what is required to get things done do what needs to be done, man ******** up. whining on X like a menopausal fishwife! EMBARRESMENT

  • CharlieMansfi17
    Charlie Halstead (@CharlieMansfi17) reported

@coveragechecker @AndyUK_52 @ThreeUK It’s just ridiculous. It shouldn’t be about pairing flagship phones with flagship plans. If a phone supports the network’s full capabilities, then every customer on that network—whether they’re on pay as you go or pay monthly—should have equal access to the same 5G service.

  • KissMaBahooky
    KissMaBahooky (@KissMaBahooky) reported

@ThreeUK Does anyone else have problems logging onto the Toolstation website?

  • bread_bread5

@ThreeUK changing the Caffè Nero code to £2 was my last straw I will be changing phone providers now. The coverage is awful, coffee was the only good thing left about you

  • duxbury2002
    Golfing through 2025 (@duxbury2002) reported

Anyone have issues with @ThreeUK data calculation? My new billing cycle started 3 days ago. My app says my usage is 996kb of data. That’s 0.001GB. The graph shows that I have 8GB left of my 12GB allowance, so 4GB used. I called them, they say I have used 2GB. #ripoffbritain

  • JulieOutrageous

@KayliePaylie @ThreeUKSupport @ThreeUK I think the only time we've paid more than like £6 for the cinema was when we were in London, and you expect it down there
