    @ThreeUKSupport I've been a customer for years and years. Yes, WiFi calling and texting has been vital over the last few years, especially now on the TFL network. I'm disappointed that I may have to change to a different provider if you can't offer this service any longer.

    @ThreeUK Very disappointed that you’re discontinuing the Three in Touch app as you are effectively rendering redundant my iPhone 5. This would be less of an issue if you were improving your coverage in parallel. Signal so poor in my Central London home WiFi calling is vital.

    @ThreeUKSupport It was nothing major, was going to enquire about a 2nd backup payg sim. I understand you do a free one with 200MB preloaded data. Also I'm an ex Three customer but signal at home was very poor. Curious to see if it's improved.

    .@ThreeUKSupport tells me the @ThreeUK InTouch app is being discontinued with no alternative to customers that have poor signal in their homes, unless we change to a new phone. I'm not happy with this and will consider changing both my phone and wife's to a different operator.

    @ThreeUKSupport No it hasn’t, but a 3rd attempt later on actually went through. So I’m now gonna see if Barclays can cancel the two previously-failed transactions.

    @ThreeUKSupport Probably three years ago, I’m there most weekends sometimes during the week. The same issue happens anywhere in London where there’s lots of people. I’ve reported this in the past as it’s been happening and nothing has been done

    I'm gutted my disabled elderly dad has been charged £120 Feb £160 march for his @ThreeUK @ThreeUKSupport phone bill when for the past 2 yrs it's never cost more than £20 A month & he's had no joy with them waiting fr an itemised bill before I spend hours on the phone for refund
