@bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

@BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk Frequently unable to access my email account and now also My BT, apparently unable to recognise my user name or password. A couple of days ago I was locked out of my account. Thus happens far too often, and when you do get in service is incredibly slow and clunky to use.
