Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

@robertf1986 @btsport The only people who like BT commentary are their exces. Their pundits are fine but commentary is the worst ever. They're incapable of being neutral, telling good stories, nothing - just pandering and nails on a chalkboard.

@btsportfootball @btsport Honestly, I like Jermaine Jenas - but the biased commentary on BT Sport is ridiculous. I mean, it was all "Spurs are playing bad", "Spurs are playing well" - never once was it the fact Wolves were doing either of these things... it's like there was only 1 team playing...

@bt_uk Hi, I have the BT Box Pro. Recently, whilst watching BT Sport Ultimate, the picture goes black. Sometimes the box resets itself, sometimes I have to reset it by holding down the power button. Is there a fix for this? Regards, Mr Ramon Gamma.
