    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    @bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

    @bt_uk Service is back now. I do wonder how someone who has a BT Mobile contract and no landline is supposed to report a lack of mobile service. There’s no facility on your website and by definition they will not be able to phone 150. What do they do?

    @bt_uk absolutely terrible customer service from BT . Assured that regrade order was not for FTTP and wouldn't require engineers visit as I live in rented property, then receive email regarding engineers visit!!! I have cancelled 3 orders due to misinformation!!

    @btsport that punch would not of knocked out a novice omg! Bt sport pls make these undercard fights better and more competitive. Again this is primate in pay 36 quid a month for this service.
