    @bt_uk hi. I changed my contract the other day (slightly cheaper tariff). I keep getting texts saying I’m a new customer and I can transfer my number across. Assume these texts are generic as am staying with BT. Only thing I’ve changed is cost of tariff

    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    @bt_uk But the technical department told me that the router are not plugged. Now I am in home and can provide the pictures. Is plugged 24/7 hours/week but not working properly from the first day.

    @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

    @Little_G2 @bt_uk @openreach Our village has poor BT infrastructure. Vodafone quoted 1/2 price. BT then ran ads for the same price "nationwide" but when I called our postcode was "excluded" from the offer. They obviously wanted other companies to pick up the troublesome areas.

    @btbusinesscare Received a useless call saying I'll be charged now. Said completely different information to what the first guy told me when he booked the engineer. So I have ended the call because you wasted my time, gave conflicting information & have delivered terrible service.

    @ivansito06 @bt_uk I mean before now is replaced every single piece of hardware (including modern and router) but still had it every game. Changed ISP and haven't had it once over multiple games. Sure seems like that was the problem
