@bt_uk I gave up after 30 minutes on hold today trying to make a change to a BT Sport subscription, which I can’t do online. You then ignored my DM. Please help me as I don’t have time to call you again.

@btsportfootball @btsport must admit, the crowd noise does help. Wasn’t keen on the idea but it’s sounds good. You forget after a while there aren’t actually any fans there.

@bt_uk Two teenagers and my wife works from home but was assured at the time that this wouldn’t be an issue. I honestly don’t think with the best will in the world there’s anything you can do other than help me leave earlier.

@Lemonhunny @Schofe @bt_uk I'm putting a bit more faith in bt... plus I'm hoping Miranda gets some recognition. At the end of the day, he didn't have to tweet about his great service did he, I was only joking about the name drop x

@bt_uk I’ve been trying to contact BT for the last 3 consecutive days - unable to get hold of anyone and end up putting the phone down cos of the potential call charges. Is there any way I could live chat with someone to process my changes?

@OpenreachUK @bt_uk I suppose the moral of my story is - do not, under any circumstances, let the (sub contracted) @Openreach engineer(s) leave without demonstrating that the fibre is actually working. If you do, then you’ll have trouble ahead as bt can’t do anything about it.

@bt_uk It has not resolved for months after promises recorded on tape your side ian. Once my contract is up i will never use bt again over this. I will seek help elsewhere. Nothing personal towards you pal. Just your company and lies aswell as making me now miss payments elsewhere. Ste

@bt_uk Really disappointed with the responses after you severed my landline when laying fibre optic. Took most of morning to get someone to pay attention and I can't record a complaint. Staff do and claim to have dealt with it. No clear contact details either.

@bt_uk @BTGroup officially the worst tv provider I’ve ever had the misfortune to use. Complaint made, engineer booked, but for wrong issue and still not able to watch the extra channels I am paying for. Daylight robbery

@bt_uk what is wrong with good old fashioned landline phones? I can see no improvement in service with Digital Voice, just additional layers of complication, and more things to go wrong & cost money. And absolutely no regard for people like my mum who do not have broadband.
-
Rebecca Harris

@bt_uk wondered when you will be out to fix the damaged fibre cables that you are aware of and promised again to fix this morning (and asked us again to wait in for). Two engineers have already been out and reported this to you. Required for work. Noone answering direct messages

@bt_uk As a BT customer this is the first one I have received in many years. My parents last received one over a decade ago, most folks assume they aren’t even printed anymore so wouldn’t know they need to opt-out. Further I’ve confirmed deliveries to neighbours who’ve opted out.
