@bt_uk I’ve found BT shocking to be fair, WiFi has never been so bad. Ps5 in my front room less than 2 meters away from hub and playing fifa or anything that needs a stable connect and I’m lagging so bad it’s unplayable. BT help is very poor, I’ve done it so many times!

@bt_uk I have a new appointment for Thursday for an Openreach engineer to come out. Not keeping my hopes up as they’ve let me down twice already. Been with sky for 25years & only come to BT as you can provide fibre but it’s been abysmal from the get go…
