I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

Too many Yankees and Red Sox games though and not enough @Rockies! @MLBTV just as bad - not equal coverage of all teams....🤔

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Can’t log into my account, really unhappy. Do I have a 14day cooling off period?
