@bt_uk My broadband has been off for over a week now.. ive spoke to 4 advisor's and had 3 engineer's out. One of the engineer's lied and said i wasnt in when i spoke to him at the gate. Very poor service!!!!

@fozia4 @rkelwick @bt_uk Indeed. And when you complain you just get fobbed off? They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

@bt_uk I'm tempted to challenge this. As a BT customer, pre fibre, all I ever heard was that the WiFi was "lagging again". I'm on 350mbps cable now but would love a reliable BT connection in the future

@rkelwick @fozia4 @bt_uk I’m waiting to receive my £100 as my BT Broadband regularly cuts me off Zoom calls and the picture quality from our BT TV is regularly terrible (but fine on the app on my iPad? 🤔)

@btbusinesscare BT business you have the most shocking service I have ever come across. I have lost £1000 business as a result of you incorrectly selling me one of your products and you offer me £300 compensation. How is that right??
