Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

I've searched online and found people who have a signal assist box. Is this available? We are broadband customers. Thank you.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Seems to be impossible to get them to put right errors they have made?

Dr Chris Jelley (@chris_jelley) reported from Durham, England10+ years (probably more) of being a loyal @bt_uk @BTGroup customer and they couldn’t waive the early termination fee liable because my new move means I can’t transfer the contract to my temporary property. I will never use them again.
