Early termination fee waived, apology accepted and relationship restored. Both agreed that this wasn’t the way it should happen but impressed with the resolution.

They need to change the law to require a business to honour any service or produce they supply. Especially builders and tradesmen? Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.
