@bt_uk No broadband (now 15 days late), no reasons given why not, no sense of urgency to actually get it sorted. I'm running out of superlatives to describe your dreadful customer service and general incompetence.

@bt_uk Very disappointed at the customer service received after a phone call my wife made regarding our current broadband contract. Staff member was very patronising and unhelpful especially considering we have been BT customers for 20 years.

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

@gaznolan @bt_uk @Virgin @richardbranson @libertyglobal Cheers Gaz!! In that case @libertyglobal your Wi-Fi and internet is terrible, spend less on fancy adverts and more on infrastructure and getting your product as advertised, we really shouldn't have to have mobile data on in our own house

@bt_uk As I have tried to explain, an update on a possible new start date 10 days after the promised start date really isn't the level of service I expect from BT.

@bt_uk Greener? Concentrate on customer service and sorting out problems. The waste and incompetence of my family not having broadband is breathtaking
-
Tim Dixon
(@ItsTimDixon) reported
@btbusinesscare It's all sorted now Kirsty but went 10 days without broadband when had to work from home due to covid. The real issue is that it feels no one 'owns' the problem and when you eventually get to speak to someone, they have no background and have to start from scratch each time...
-
Ian P
(@IanPumphrey) reported
@bt_uk Yep, I knew it wasn't,but...Ukraine is not on the no service lists. I assumed bt would have a service agreement in place with say Vodaphone UA for instance The issue is bt is stopping me joining, even though I've raised my data cap from 10 to £50. That's not fair.
-

@bt_uk It would be nice to have a service. 11 days without the internet, rubbish customer service and incompetent Openreach, you wouldn't believe it if I told you the full story
-
Tim Dixon
(@ItsTimDixon) reported
@btbusinesscare Not at any time did I get a call saying 'this is what we are doing to resolve the problem' and 3 engineers came round and all apologised humbly, identified the issue at the exchange but another team was to sort that. Jusycfeels a very disjointed non customer focused approach.
