@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@bt_uk New customer now >26 days< no broadband. Tomorrow you are supposed to give me an update. While I am very excited about the 8.40 you are paying me for every day you haven't fixed the fault, I sincerely hope that you will not continue to embarrass yourselves any further.

@bt_uk my internet went down but is now half working. Some of my devices will find the network but refuse to connect to the internet. Some devices are completely fine. I've restarted the router and every device but nothing has worked to get the affected devices online. Now what?
