@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk my broadband contract runs out in 29 days and to be honest the price to upgrade is extortionate considering I am having to pay for line rental and I have not made a call from my land-line in well over 12 months. What can you do to keep me as a customer?

@bt_uk And I shouldn’t have been told it was all sorted last month? And it should be possible to cancel online especially if you don’t answer the phone? And people should not have to call while you wrote them their contract is terminated ?
