  @BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

  @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

  @bt_uk @shelliephair From my experience, complaints are not dealt with by BT at Sheffield - they are closed without resolution. It makes me two annoyed BT get away with this. How do I escalate an unresolved complaint. It is not a frivolous complaint.
