@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

Hi @bt_uk terrible service for home move Still no data line so on 4G hub for broadband Called 4 times this week & original order cancelled & reordered which has cut off 4G hub (gee thanks) so now worse off New 4G hub expected tomorrow but online says going to old address..! No?

I phoned @bt_uk to stop any additional landline service costs. I ended up being sent another plastic box for my admittedly excellent broadband. More cables & more electrcity usage & for what? I didn't have any broadband issues! 🤔#HybridConnect? #BitOfACon?

@GaryWhi99094061 @bt_uk That's what I thought. Their excuse is that with so many people working from home and all the data everyone is using they just had to raise their prices. My bill is made up of service charges - so money for nothing. I haven't increased my data usage. They're just thieving.
