We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

It was installed by BT in a concrete room where the signal could not get to the rest of the house even after 2 disks. So I surveyed, worked out how to make it work and you charged me £130 to make it work. #fail

BT selected where it went, I then after 2 disks and 4 visits. I worked the only option was to move it. So I had to pay to solve a BT issue

Daniel Rimmer (@dannyrimmerr) reported@bt_uk Hi Rita, waiting for an engineer to install broadband. Believe the wait should be on average 2 - 3 weeks, but this is 24 days and counting. Now been told an engineer won't be available tomorrow either. Seems a little bit outrageous for a new customer, right?
