@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@BTCare @BTBroadbandOUT shocking service no Internet 3 days minihub that is worse than useless. We work from home, pay for the highest level of BT broadband and they cannot even get an engineer to fix it. Will be transferring to another provider ASAP.

This @bt_uk EE Hub they provided can give me 15 up and my home internet gives me worse. A 30 Minute 6 gig file is taking 45mins to upload, normally that would be 8 hours. It's why I never do longfrom content anymore. Man I WISH I had this upload all the time.

@bt_uk With SSE since 2014 - not a single fault EVER. Changed to BT last month now my broadband is dead. Report fault on 15th Oct - 6 calls and 8 days still no broadband. Not ONCE has BT contacted me! Worse service ever.
