    @btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

    Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

    @bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

    @bt_uk Had to cancel our first booking for setting up our broadband in a new house and now waiting for you to close that account to book again. Have been waiting over a week, still can’t rebook even though I’ve received an email saying the account has been closed?? 1/2

    .@bt_uk I have no idea what is happening with BT at the moment. I had no idea trying to stay a loyal customer and renew my contract would cause so much stress. I've raised complaints and you have closed them as you only call during the day and leave no direct number!!!

    @bt_uk You mistakenly cut me off instead of my neighbour three weeks ago; despite a thousand apologies, and assurances that I would be reconnected by 11th Dec I still have no service - I now have to set aside a least an hour to try to contact you again - you are a shambles

    @bt_uk promised a call back on the 10th December to a complaint made which is a continuous follow up to a mis-sell from October. Still haven't heard anything and whenever I call myself I am passed from dept to dept with no suitable resolution offered. Will someone reach out now?

    @bt_uk We made a formal complaint about the service and managed to get through to an advisor that somewhat helped. The internet remains intermittent.

    @KatHerridge @bt_uk Definitely a timing issue, the hub wasn’t sent out until Thursday and now it’s still stuck in Yorkshire DC.. and I work from home and need the blinking internet! And now a night of ‘normal’ telly 😭🤞crossed for us both 🥲

    @bt_uk A contract that was broken by yourselves. Nobody has a clue what is going on, and I’m yet to receive an apology, or reimbursement for the £65 you happily took from my account. I cannot give you a case number as I haven’t been provided with one. The service is shocking...

    @bt_uk Very polite of you to reply on social media. For sure you will not sort it out. It's a recurrent problem. 26MB download speed before #Covid_19 and now under half with 2 working from home. @bt_uk is not the solution #Hitchin #herts
