Some seriously shocking customer service from @bt_uk Anyone else in any other job that had hung up on their customers several times and not rang back when promised would have been sacked by now! Safe to say still not internet or access to any features! 🤬

@btsport should follow the lead of @SkySports and allow customers to pause/cancel their contracts until real sport is resumed. I’m happy to pay for what I signed up for. I did not sign up for constant replays on the 2012 Championship season and closed door WWE wrestling......

@bt_uk I swear, if I get one more text saying there’s delays and you’ll call me in 3 days, I’ll go down to the bloody exchange and fix it myself! You now owe me £100 in mobile data which is shit slow anyway and I’m writing an article for the media about this disgusting service.

@bt_uk ‘We connect for good. We’re here to help’ Unless you accidentally disconnect someone’s service, take 6 days to work that out and then think it’s ok to just say sorry and expect them to wait another 11 days to be reconnected. I think you need a new tag line.

@bt_uk Its the worst service I’ve ever had. Have had a complain open pretty much since early last year and then they randomly closed it without talking to me. I’ve since reopened it and now it’s just being ignored. The customer service is almost as bad as the broadband itself!

@bt_uk My order was placed and the new services started the next day, but email confirming new package cost showed the new monthly cost but old monthly DD. I wasn’t expecting to reduce my service but pay the same monthly DD. Lesser service, same monthly costs?

@bt_uk Hello, I renewed my contract to a cheaper plan but got an email saying my DD was unchanged. Did online chat and was told my DD would be cheaper, but it is still showing the old amount. Not trusting the none English support person I tried to amend DD online but still not correct £

@bt_uk Got a strange (potential minor security) issue. I mainly check my BT emails using Windows 10 email client. But every so often it stops syncing with BT and I have to re-input my password. But it only works if I use an old password that isn't actually my password anymore?
