For those complaining, I understand about the cost but if @btsport live up to the kind of programming and service they are advertising on paper (beyond this New Year schedule I mean).. then it is on another level to Sky. That's easy to see.. @btsportwwe

My family has received absolutely appalling customer service from @bt_uk. In the wake of a loss of our loved one, this has been an added upset and stress which has cost us a lot of time and is yet to be resolved. I’ve never been so disappointed in a company.

@bt_uk Called them as soon as engineer left. Already have a complaint raised (for over 1 month), now they are trying to escalate it with Openreach. Getting it wrong once or twice sort of OK - but 6 times for the same reason is monumental incompetence.
