    @bt_uk Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box. I’ve not been able to use my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either.

    Clearly the continuing high winds up here is adding to the risk, and if the cable snaps I imagine it creates a very real safety issue for pedestrians - plus of course my service is being disrupted all the while @bt_uk

    @SkyHelpTeam internet issues remain now for 12 days. I was told 3-5 days. I can’t use UHD package to its full use nothing will download. Partner working from home struggling to do his job. Poor service from you sky passing me onto @bt_uk openreach, having updates (1/2)

    @bt_uk Not able to give requested details for two reasons - 1) don't know how to do DM. 2) can't access details as I can't login, its not recognising either ID or password!

    @bt_uk I'm trying to connect to BT Mail. I'm getting 'Your connection is not private'. I've tried different broswers (Chrome and Edge) and different laptops. Downdetector shows there is a spike in problems from 4pm.
