My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

@bt_uk Had Fibre900 a month, if that, started off seeing my speed on speedtest are a very solid 900+. Now it instantly peaks at around 600 but very quickly declines down to 300 before the test finishes. Very disappointing. Also Ive tried disabling WiFi hotspot for weeks, errors.

@bt_uk Yes, I called and have been informed an engineer will attend tomorrow between 8 and 1. Its disappointing that there is a lack of care by these engineers used by BT. Can you help expedite a fix?

@bt_uk Neighbours didnt appear to go off so this is what makes me think its soley an issue with my broadband. My neighbour did have openreach round today. 20-30 minutes after they left my connection went down. Maybe openreach engineer knocked out our connection in the cabinet(?).

1st world problems I get .. but BT have cut off my broadband + phone due to a fault +say they can't reinstate until 31st Jan. What a fun xmas we are in store for (not) thanks for absolutely nothing @bt_uk #crap @skytv don't let me down with the new service install in Jan.

@bt_uk Your colleagues are stating the issue is with BT Wholesale who haven't signed off the switch over, and if this were to happen the issue would be resolved. Which seems to suggest it's easily resolved but a broken process is preventing it. Which makes this even more ridiculous!
