Hi @plusnethelp if there anything you can do with our @btsport the picture jumps (a lot) during live play & recording. It’s really frustrating & it’s not a problem we have with any other channels but we don’t know how to stop it happening.

The @btsport app had @WWE #RAW ready to stream early this morning. Down to 2hrs with the advert breaks taken out. Hardly seems worth recording and hitting fast forward when the app has it all done for me!

@bt_uk - Great when working - Utterly useless when the service fails. 60 mins on hold because the apparent 4g mini-hub for my always-connected service has to be turned on. Then the 4g hub gives me just 4Mb down and less than 1Mb up! Shocking service and 24 hours to wait...

@bt_uk Hello Today our BT account was completely closed because BT business was apparently going to change it over for us for a better price with no issues. This hasn’t happened instead our account has been closed with threats for charges. On phone for 2 hours today did nothing.
