Wow. @bt_uk are ‘sorry I find my bill confusing’. It’s not confusing. I’ve never had a landline plugged in but being charged for random calls to the talking clock for two months. A burglar perhaps? 😡

@bt_uk Would you believe this is still ongoing - only one disc at any time will stay connected. Tech expert visited Monday - he factory reset them all (like we have before) and they worked for less than 12 hours. :( I'm literally paying for something that doesn't work at all

@bt_uk Oh if only this was true. BT recently had to fix our phone and broadband. Worse line that it was before and you are claiming that there is nothing you can do about the current upload speed (0.2) and refuse to come and sort out!
