@bt_uk - the worst customer service I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We put in an order in July, 9 cancellations later (most of which they’ve not told us about in advance) and we still don’t have the product. If we operated this poorly we would be out of business.

@bt_uk 4 phone calls to your customer service and being switched between several departments - it’s been sorted. I wouldn’t recommend you in a hurry.

@bt_uk Hi Neil. My mobile. Over the last few weeks watching Netflix and BBCiIplayer it freezes and stutters a lot. Never had this problem before.. I have made sure nobody else in the household has been using the WiFi during testing.

@bt_uk hi there, we upgraded our broadband before Christmas, and instead of the service getting better its got worse. Much worse! BIG problems. Dropped connections, slow, buffering, everything is really bad and we really need to get it sorted. Can someone get in touch ASAP please
