@Ofcom Hi @Ofcom, how many times can I complaint. They have missed a 3rd appointment. They just re book them and not turn up. There is nothing I can do as its only @OpenreachHelp who can do it. @bt_uk are useless and the £25 compo doesn't come near the expense of using 35 hours holiday

Please can you sort out the issues with the WiFi and YouView box @bt_uk I’ve. It been able tousle my TV since Tuesday. I’ve rebooted the box 4 times and keep getting error code YVM302. The WiFi isn’t great either. #BTTV #IDontNeedThis

@bt_uk No, after speaking to 6 different advisors on chat as well as phone, we wasted 4 hours of our time trying to get internet access as me and my partner need it to work from home and it’s now caused a lot of inconvenience. We won’t be able to work and have had the worst experience.

@bt_uk We placed an order around the middle of November to move into our first home. Expected the service for 9th Dec. Only to be told it was cancelled,no notification given then placed a new order &couldnt fufill until 22nd Dec. We were advised a mini hub could be sent & then told no.

@bt_uk we've had multiple engineers out to see us. They've said our speed is slow but they dont know what's causing it. Checked outside and in. We need this sorted we cannot work from home !
