-
K e r r i (@KerryM811) reported from Horwich, England@bt_uk Hi, my internet is running painfully slow - I’ve done a speed test that’s coming back at 32, but I can’t connect on my devices, also whilst watching Netflix/Prime it’s buffering. Could you arrange a booster for me so I can give that a try before finding a new provider?
-
Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Bolton, England@bt_uk you are the worst company I've ever had the displeasure to deal with in my almost 45 years on planet earth. What a ****** awful company!
-
Andy Leggott (@andyleg66) reported from Lymm, England@btsport having that biased, hair lipped halfwit on does you no credit at all. Even Walton corrected himself ... yet plug can't help acting the fan #embarrassing #mcfc #mancity

-
Kirsty (@KirstyTonge) reported from Manchester, England@EE @btsport Think EE aren't what they used to be, I've sent 2 messages in the last 12hrs and not had a reply from them yet. Think their contracts are so overpriced now compared to other networks, such a shame as I have always thought they were the best network to be with. #dissapointed
-

-
Ian Rohde-Bell (@ianrohdebell) reported from Manchester, England@bt_uk Thank you. It's very frustrating that this wasn't provided at time of sale. It also doesn't seem right that there is now an additional expense required to guarantee basic service that we used to be able to rely on.
-
Tim Banks (@fatlandlord10) reported from Stretford, England**** off @btsport so biased towards city it’s laughable , see you in the semis #shite

BT (British Telecom) Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
Justine Clement (@JustClembo) reported@bt_uk They’ve spent hours and hours doing that and even your team say it’s a complete mess and a shambles. It’s a disgrace, being the worst, most stressful aspect of moving house. How can you be proud of that as a business and service?
-
Nige Crooks (@Nige78) reported@btbusinesscare Broadband down in TS1?
-
Si (@SimonHealey73) reported@bt_uk Your app doesn’t work, the speed checker is still not working and your bot keeps asking me the same question. I’ve had a fault logged since the 27th and the checker just keeps adding one day to it, with broadband well below guaranteed levels. It’s really poor.
-
wynne carter 🔶#FBPE🇺🇦 (@gvs368) reported@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?
-
Kelly (@holby_fan) reportedI need to cancel my fibre order. It hasn't arrived yet but I haven't seeked permission from the council @bt_uk
-
Karen: “I identify as a Goddess 👑” Totes Bonafido (@ladylittler) reportedHow does anyone manage without a mobile phone? Our @bt_uk internet & phone are down so only way of contacting is by mobile 🙄
-
trevor rhodes (@trevjrho) reported@bt_uk The many BT "guides" I've spoken to have been pleasant and tried to help but are constrained by a system that frankly doesn't work in customers interests. Particularly so in the case of older customers.
-
Elton Murphy (@eltonmurphy) reported@btbusinesscare @Starlink 5 days later and this might be fixed by Wednesday. We’re a business and we pay for a business service. Your lack of service, communication and even a temporary solution is pathetic. The best you’ve come up with is “use a 4G dongle”. Imagine running YOUR company through a dongle!
-
grace hooper (@messalinahooper) reportedSpent an hour with a really gentle lady from @bt_uk got the comp network set up and now can't watch any tv, at all. Not anything! Outstanding!. Your colleague was lovely though
-
Keith Stewart (@lovemymemo) reported@WeAreOpenreach @bt_uk said they can’t turn it on before Monday! Please help!
