    My anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

    @bt_uk The text service just offers to book an enginer really all the other steps I've done randomly goes off at 1 in the morning surely ain't a fault on the line

    I’d personally like to thank @bt_uk for being the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. 2 months after my order & I’ve been messed around constantly with still no broadband or phone line. Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

    @bt_uk Checked out that link but nothing helped. It’s internet is that bad I struggle with buffering when streaming while someone else is also using the Wi-fi. When contact is up I won’t be renewing

    @OpenreachHelp @bt_uk told me that you are responsible for broadband activation appointments being changed without the customer being notified and for confirming engineer appointments only to decline them 2 minutes later. Is this true? If so, how can you treat people like that?

    @bt_uk I will repeat that my neighbour is a vulnerable 85 Yr old who lives alone and currently has NO access to her emergency lifeline! I was told that the engineer had my contact number ! I received no call whatsoever!
