@bt_uk We did get through eventually, after well over an hour. I appreciate you are busy, but for the handler not to tell us after having waited 45 minutes to speak to him that he was transferring us to another queue & putting us on hold for another half hour was really poor service.

  • andyleg66 Andy Leggott (@andyleg66) reported from Lymm, England

@btsport having that biased, hair lipped halfwit on does you no credit at all. Even Walton corrected himself ... yet plug can't help acting the fan #embarrassing #mcfc #mancity

  • leehow2 Lee Howarth (@leehow2) reported from Urmston, England

Your systems work correctly? Once is bad luck but twice is just plain rubbish. There's no online chat available either to sort the issue out. I guess she'll have to spend 2 hours on the phone to you tomorrow trying to get a refund. It's just rubbish! @btsport @BTSportBoxing

  • LeedsViking Steve Mc (@LeedsViking) reported from Warrington, England

Hey @bt_uk ... if I use the app to try any work through a sound issue in my TV service, it hangs midway through a diagnostic check... if I try and use the ‘chat to us’ facility there’s no one available. Anyone would think you didn’t want to know, or help, with a customer issue?

@bt_uk I have just started a mobile contract with you that included access to the BT sport app. However it won't let me sign in using my BT ID.

  • AlanIvinghoe Alan Jackson (@AlanIvinghoe) reported

@kien1974 @BritishTelecom @bt_uk In my experience, most companies have a customer services email address on their websites, or provide an online form. I'll check to see if their DMs are open; but in any event, they could have replied with a request to DM, if they really don't want their customers to email them.
