Thankful that @bt_uk have contacted me, know there’s a problem with my internet - and someone’s coming Weds afternoon to sort it (dropping out/slow) - I hope! Engineer may be able to fix outside, but may have to come in - in PPE. V friendly Olga organising on the phone.

@bt_uk I checked it yesterday and it said the coverage was good, but it's obviously not as good as a few days ago! I'll check again and contact EE, but at the moment I'm paying a hefty price for a poor service! Unfortunately BT broadband was so poor here I had to go with a BT 4g hub!
