    @TimScot72054859 @bt_uk @MarcAllera It’s been 31 days for me mate, so don’t get your hopes up any time soon. @bt_uk don’t give a toss, but on the bright side they don’t seem to have a problem with their billing department as I’m still getting these through okay.

    Seriously annoyed at @bt_uk ! I renewed my deal BUT had to get Full Fibre in to get it. After having holes drilled in my wall and installed they now say I can’t have the package I agreed to on the 12th April! Hours on the phone and now have to wait 5-7 days for a resolution
