Nobody knows what’s going on. CCTV, card terminals and computer all left useless with no net.

Cheyvonne Bower (@femaledec) reported from Croft, EnglandMy anxiety is being tested by @bt_uk. Engineer failed to show yesterday and so no broadband today. 3 phone calls on hold for half an hour before being cut off. My heating, cat flap and printers are all flashing and nobody wants to help.

aka James Bond (@FeelitWorking) reported@bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach There is no issue with minimum radius, sharp or too many bends. It's a run from a pole right outside with updated service to it... I just want the bracket supporting the cable screwed in to brick and cable down the side, not front as it will be on the wrong side for equipment.
