@BTCare I am@getting increasingly annoyed I made a complaint since then I have received a series of txt messages where I constantly have to re identify myself and repeat myself I made it 100% clear what needed to be investigated in initial complaint!!!

@bt_uk Nobody else games or owns a desktop so I'm not sure tbh. It's been a common issue for a while. I have spoken to a few people whom also have the same issue. There's also 100's of posts online about it. Trying to game is virtually impossible the second someone boots Netflix.

@bt_uk BT - the usual lady on the end of the phone asking me if i want to upgrade to a service that I don't need and "would I like to try" so I end up saying I am busy now, sure, I find the product is not what I want - but says BT you said "yes" now you must pay for 24 months. BEWARE.

@bt_uk anyone thinking of getting a Ring doorbell to use with BT wi-fi, don’t bother. They’re not compatible. Our electrician couldn’t get it to work so I asked BT for help, which they agreed. Then an angry person called to say it won’t work & they won’t help.

Credit where credit is due 2 excellent customer advisors from @bt_uk helpful, polite and efficient. Shame people like these are let down by other less able or willing staff.
