@simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

@bt_uk I explained that we were struck by lightning. He arranged for a temporary mini hub to be sent as there is no phone line. Today an engineer came to fix "a wire fault" but was not told it was lightning so nothing he could do. Now 3 weeks for another engineer to come.

@jamiedavey72 @btsport Completely disagree he’s pointing to tell somebody to pick someone up and he’s 2 yards away from the player who then hits his chest first then arm. no arm movements towards the ball. @bt_uk Is there a problem with BT Tv? I have the Big Sport package and none of those channels are working on my TV. Router rebooted. TV box rebooted. Still nothing. Speedtest gives me 1130Mbps down (I have FTTP). Can watch on my phone OK.

The @bt_uk website said no faults in the area, but did offer a "text us and we'll check your line" service. I texted it. Texts back and forth a couple of time - line refreshed, no change - broadband still out.

Called @bt_uk to cancel our broadband because a) we don't get the speeds they told us we would & b) @SkyHelpTeam are guaranteeing us better speeds at half the price. BUT the chap I spoke to at BT just argued with me, raised his voice & interrupted non stop - RUDE!
