@btbusinesscare I was, on 4th March, contacted by who I thought was EE telling me you had merged with them. And they could save me money on our BT Sport and broadband with no charge. We were billed with £96 cancellation fee. Our account was fraudulently changed to business. Help

Last night I couldn't watch #ChampionsLeague as #BT kept telling me I needed to upgrade my package. Phoned advisor who gave me bullshite answer it was down to performance rights! Today I get message; issue fixed! None of my issues are fixed #BTSport I missed the match....

Thanks to @bt_uk Digital Voice, if there is a power cut here due to #StormEunice I have no way of contacting anybody in an emergency. Yes I have a mobile phone BUT THE SIGNAL IS NON EXISTENT so yeah thanks for that BT 😡

Hi @bt_uk my internet isn't working. My smart hub has had a fixed orange light for the past hour. There doesn't appear to be an issue in my area. I don't have a landline number to text FIX to 61998. I've tried restarting it and all the usual fixes, any other suggestions please?

@bt_uk It's not a bad thing I've had an engineer come last week and ched my line even BT checked the line and all is well and good service. I know when you use WiFi you loose speeds but not dramatically.

@OpenreachHelp Hi, we have no provider or orders as they are immediately cancelled by you.@SkyUK said they can’t help us, @bt_uk failed to tell us there was a problem at all until we called. I am not opening any more orders as they will just be cancelled by Openreach.

@bt_uk This is still not resolved. Passed from person to person. Was told yesterday internet should be in place today. Today a call from a different person who was “trying to get it pulled forward to Tuesday”. That’s not forward. Really simple solution: get an engineer out to sort it.

@bt_uk I’ve been at my current address for many years, BT for even longer. The broadband here always been slow, upload non existent. Every year you increase the price, for the same dreadful service. Another price increase today, no thanks. Cancelling my contract
