  • SaintMikeB
SaintM (@SaintMikeB) reported from Wickham, England

@BTCare a bit of feedback: when a customer raises a complaint over the phone, don’t try to deal with it via text message. It really doesn’t give the impression you want to solve things, more that you can’t even be bothered to give them a call and speak to them.

  • JackridRob
Rob Jack (@JackridRob) reported from Eastleigh, England

@bt_uk That's funny I had good WiFi in every room when I last changed my contract a year ago then it declined now you can't cure my issues but you can guarantee WiFi in every room if I pay more money for something I've already had! #BroadbandThrottling #BT

  • Mark__Eadie
Dalriada (@Mark__Eadie) reported from Fareham, England

@bt_uk Long litany of failures, broken promises, endless calls with call centres. Ditched you for @skytv who are almost as bad. All big corporations are just dreadful these days though. Chasing the lowest cost possible. It’s not just you though. I despise most of them now.

  • MichaelSteele18
Michael Steele (@MichaelSteele18) reported from Fareham, England

@bt_uk But @bt_uk this is the issue, I spoke to Mcaffee yesterday and they are clear that I need BT support for the products supplied by BT and even gave me the phone number! The BT Web Protect app on Windows support link is to the BT support site. Please advise / resolve.

  • JackridRob
Rob Jack (@JackridRob) reported from Eastleigh, England

  • MPowell_1991
Michael Powell (@MPowell_1991) reported from Fareham, England

All this "apologising for bad language" is unnecessary from the commentators. There's no fans in the stands. It's nothing that kids haven't heard in the school playground before. Honestly, why is society full of so many snowflakes? #ARSBUR #btsport @btsport #PremierLeague

  • JSamuelatPlay

@bt_uk it’s really poor when you phone for help and the call centre yell at you and when you ask to speak with a manager they hang up. Come on BT train your staff better.

@bt_uk Well so far when speaking to people he's just been fobbed off with 'well it should be happening as we speak so he feels like people aren't actually really trying to help him so he's reluctant to ring again snd is now stuck between 2 phones....

  • RoseJean12
    Rosemary Dunnill💙 (@RoseJean12) reported

@ladylittler @bt_uk We had a longish power cut and lost Internet and landlines (bring back pre digital voice). Mobile on Tesco(O2), so non-existent 4g/5g signal. Would need to drive 5 miles to make a call, AND we live in a town! I fear getting older, with no car, in emergency

  • alreetson
    namecantbebrank (@alreetson) reported

@bt_uk Since Tuesday, it's been an exasperating experience trying to understand what has happened and why. Her annex is now effectively redundant and she is confused about if she is, post-takeover, a BT customer or a Plusnet customer, and keeps getting stonewalled on the phone.

  • dkeight
    David Keight (@dkeight) reported

@bt_uk We are currently leaving BT business contract after being a customer for decades. The last straw was a botched order for fibre broadband ending with a case via Ofcom, and our move to another supplier. BT then closed our account and appear to have blocked our online a/c

  • Jason_g_117
    Jason (@Jason_g_117) reported

Yo @bt_uk @BTGroup I signed up for a £32 a month broadband, now yous are charging me £52 only a few years later, yous make a 30 day notice of cancellation so yous milked another bill out of me after receiving your "excellent customer service". Corporate greed, never again

  • gvs368
    wynne carter 🔶#FBPE🇺🇦 (@gvs368) reported

@bt_uk been with BT for years and waiting patiently for FTTP. The checker finally went to "we're building in your area now". In May Openreach replied to their customer fibre form it would be "available in 6 to 8 weeks". Now fresh enquiry says "plan has been cancelled". Loyalty?

  • theversionhq

    @mongrelcelt @bt_uk You’ve clearly never dealt with @skytv

  • Yorkiebloke
    Yorkie Paul (@Yorkiebloke) reported

@bt_uk Your guides basically said I’ll have to dispute it with Vodafone. You’re expecting me to pay for a service that was cancelled when I switched to Vodafone. I even had an email stating my final bill would be £15. Loyal BT customer for over ten years
