@simonread10 @toryboypierce And Daily mail he wants to see bbc lose the rights and he knows bbc do a much better job then itv outside @btsport &@SkySports so whatever will happens @BBCSport is the only non pay subscription network to offer HD & sometimes 4K UHD vie Red butter/Online which itv don’t expect

@bt_uk I can't remember what it said, but something like recording failed. We had a new box sent out to us a month or so ago. The recording issue seems to have started with this. I think my next option is probably a factory reset?

@bt_uk appalled by the level of service I’m receiving by BT. Customer service are not interested in resolving my issue. Told me my complaint needed to be closed although I was no satisfied with the resolution. Then told me I need to phone them every day to try and get it sorted.

I absolutely hate @bt_uk so much it hurts. Genuinely, unbelievably ****. Think if I tried to watch a film on a only Sony Ericsson W810 from 2006 I’d get better quality than trying to stream from your utter shite service.
