Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. His worst finish for years and years on the slowest factory bike in the paddock.

@bt_uk Yes, everyday, still nothing, day 4 of no services this time. In total 28 days of no service in the last 4 months. Unable to work from home. Mifi device reset 3 times, still doesn't work. Ill try cust. service again for next few hours as I've obviously got nothing better to do

@HelsS19 @bt_uk Good luck! The trick is to make it very clear you are neither backing down nor walking away until they sort it and you expect to be compensated. They truly are awful at customer service, you need to keep demanding a supervisor until you get one who listens.
