@EE Hello Russ, it is 4G mobile conn, which is way slower than 3G conn. Raised & escalated with @bt_uk, but as network belongs to EE, nothing they could do. Please help!

@bt_uk No - your website said there’s a fault that needs an engineer. Your support person wouldn’t book it unless I agreed to pay £85 for a call out to fix your broadband which is at 1/5th the speed it should be. I refused and have ordered sky and will be cancelling BT this evening

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. Our phone was fixed by @bt_uk and now we cannot access broadband from our smart hub or see internet tv, netflix, on demand etc. which we use all the time We never really use the landline phone! Great swap., thanks @bt_uk

@bt_uk They said that the problem was with the master socket, which they changed. It worked yesterday, but today it's been dropping out. I'm trying to phone BT now, on hold for over 20 minutes. Just goes to show how many people are experiencing. I'm paying you over £80 for a £5 service

@bt_uk I live in an area where full fibre still isn't available. My speed dropped from 52mb to about 29mb. I spent 1.5hr on phone to be told - Speed was going down anyway because line 'aging' - You won't do anything about it - I still have to pay an outrageous price for it. 1/2
