@bt_uk lost faith in BT ,rang BT yesterday by chance , only to find out that in December, a BT customer service advisor, only extended my contract until a further year without my permission, how bad is that, honestly I have lost my Trust with BT, people watch out.

@bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

@bt_uk I rang BT to say my BT stopped working, and got fixed then I said I want to renew my contract to see the deals BT had, but without my knowledge a BT customer advisor renewed my contract with out telling me in December when I rang for another reason How bad is that

@bt_uk quite shocked by BT , I just rang to stop BT sport multi room ,in December, and then I rang yesterday to discuss my contact which was up in 26 feb this year , so without me know the customer advisor on extended my contract without my consent, don’t trust BT anymore

Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year. @bt_uk Exactly what I said. Upgraded our package. Router sent out to us. Next day you lock out BT Sports. Text saying engineer was coming today to fix our aerial, etc. So thought we see how it went. Didn't bother to turn up. No point DM'ing. Just cancelling tomorrow.

Well done @bt_uk and @WeAreOpenreach you have cancelled my grans phone line by mistake and left a vulnerable 83 year old without her help line for the next few weeks until you can reconnect it. Surely you can expedite the process for the elderly who rely on their phone line

@bt_uk I keep getting an alert to say my 'my sim has been turned off by your provider'. I can't call because I have no phone network for some reason & the live chat bot said I couldn't use live chat for tech help! Please can you look into this ASAP!!!
