Many move up only to be frustrated. Rossi is not hogging a ride. He deserves the place. He will finish 6 or 7 in the championship this year.   @bt_uk I don’t trust BT as, anymore,they are liars I rang BTto say if they could give a quote on sky products, but instead without my permission he extended my contract by 1 year,I rang to complain,but instead again without my permission he extended it by 2 yeas, how bad is that.

  @bt_uk so BT are extending contract s without the permission of the customer, so if you ring up for a fault, without your knowing the BT advisor extends it, so he can get a bonus,so people be careful it happened to me twice.

  @bt_uk Hello! I'm a bit concerned that you guys couldn't see a fault on my line any more a couple of days ago, as I've an engineer coming. It really is slow, but it won't even let me do BT speed test bcs a fault is reported. Can I check whether you think there's still a fault? :)
