@virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

@btsport Must have the worst football coverage out there. Terrible presenters, pundits, co-commentators. And the sound quality is always poor too. Peter Drury is the only positive of their games
