Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

@virginmedia He refused to file our complaint because of this. We feel treated like dirt from start and actually relived they can’t connect because the ‘first impressions’ were utterly disgusting. We have decided to sign up with @bt_uk who going to connect us #virginmedia #bt

@shazzah_harm @bt_uk @hex I have Hyperoptic for a fast fibre connection. They're not bad. There's also Community Fibre. Although depends if both or either service your area. I avoid the big ones like BT and Virgin like the plague.

@bt_uk your Customer Service people are a credit to you in trying to help me connect after 7 wks of failure to provide a connection by @WeAreOpenreach Plse sort out this ineffective system that renders them helpless tho'. They're polite, do their best but this system is broken.
