@btbusinesscare I just don’t get it. We get free @btsportfootball as a personal customer but when we pay extra for @BTBusiness line we can’t watch it on our TV, just on a device. That’s rubbish and makes no sense #brightonfan

  • nickj76 Nick Jenkins (@nickj76) reported from Easebourne, England

Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CatherineHSmith Catherine Smith (@CatherineHSmith) reported

@bt_uk How can I be sure that if I call up again I’ll actually speak to someone who will help? Because more often than not it’s a total waste of time! (Hence why we’ve been stuck for 15 years paying for a terrible service!) my contract is up in 5 days and I’d like to change it.

  • SiferJosh Josh King (@SiferJosh) reported

It’s a shame that working for @MarcAllera and @bt_uk gives you a false sense that the business cares about it customers. Because when you are a customer the company could not care less.

  • bengillam Ben Gillam 🙏 ☮️ 🇺🇦 (@bengillam) reported

@MaFt @bt_uk @virginmedia Yep, and if you get too far from the router you go onto 2.4ghz , turn on a microwave in the middle and * pooof * broken wifi I just fail to see the point in using factually incorrect terms to advertise to the already confused.

  • Cuntybollocks_b *Big bazzer* (@Cuntybollocks_b) reported

@btsport Probably the worst undercard I’ve seen

  • BonnieBunny40 Bun (@BonnieBunny40) reported

@bt_uk hi, my broadband is down, it said I had an unpaid bill so I paid that. But still for a few hours now nothing will connect. Have tried resetting several times. Are your help phone lines open at all today?

  • SaadatWahid Certified Hater (@SaadatWahid) reported

@btsport why did you cut the footage of @bullyb170 showing his support for Palestine??? #longlivepalestine #FreePalestine

  • ra2hnl Rui A (@ra2hnl) reported

@ITVSport I’ve watched football ton BTSport and BBCOne all on their apps. Your player is the only one with phantom ***** and players. Unfortunately satellite reception isn’t happening these days. Yours is the worst quality-wise.Not even comparing to PrimeVideoUK the clear winner.

  • Tweet_LauraC LC (@Tweet_LauraC) reported

@OpenreachHelp @bt_uk please sort this out it seems the problem is with you and it doesn't look like openreach are off for the bank holiday as they are responding and confirming the service is live (as i have been saying and as evidenced by my neighbour's working fine). Resolve today please 🙏

  • Darrenmiller87 Darren Miller (@Darrenmiller87) reported

@AHNiallando @bt_uk Your neighbour is having a similar issue, trying to watch BBC but it keeps changing to ITV. Maybe your boxes are next to the wall and your remotes are on the same frequency.

  • jamclarkey James (@jamclarkey) reported

@Jimcory99 @bt_uk There are 3 calling plans. Pay as you go is the cheapest at £5 per month at a cost of 22.84p per min then 700 min plan at £7.50 a month. Broadband only you removes the voice service and calling plan. So looks like adding voice service it's going to be at least £5 extra a month.
