Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

@btsport - I've been trying to cancel my subscription for like an hour. Your website doesn't allow you to do it [from what i can see], I've been on the phone for ages.. no way to speak to someone. I'm fed up of paying £36 a month [price massively put up in last year]. Any help?

@bt_uk We upgraded the broadband and it has disconnected the landline for over a week. They are elderly. There was a medical issue last weekend and they have no phone. Don’t understand the problem
