Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

@bt_uk why is complaining about the broadband dropping out never easy - yes I’ve gone through troubleshoot- yes I’ve reset my hub, at least 3 times oh it’s ok.... NO it isn’t dropped out 4 times in 3 hours AWFUL!!!

@bt_uk morning! We’re due to go live for our FTTP 900 today. Download tests show it’s on, but, I haven’t had an activation text? Speeds are very up and down. I’ve had an email about digital voice now active so I’d assume everything is done?

@bt_uk "we connect for good" really?! Spent the whole day with the internet dropping and now it's every 5-10mins and it's getting worse. Fix the problem or change your slogan, because at this point it's just flippant.
