@PleasantKenobi @bt_uk That really sucks my friend. I hope the move goes okay and they don't charge you for the internet that you aren't getting.

  • talkMacca Andrew McKenna (@talkMacca) reported

@Whitlean @virginmedia @BTCare Posted elsewhere, it seems to dependent on who you speak to. I was contacted by someone in customer service - 15mins later, sorted. Very happy camper

  • al_b80 al (@al_b80) reported

@bt_uk hi.. yeah they checked the line in & it’s fine.. i think it’s the router itself.. it keeps dropping signal and the speed fluctuates a lot.

  • alcalton Alistair Calton (@alcalton) reported

@bt_uk how can I register a problem with my ultra slow broadband without waiting on hold for forty minutes?

  • 34SeigeRhinos Euan Henderson (@34SeigeRhinos) reported

@_Paulsicle @PleasantKenobi @bt_uk I suspect that it is dependent on where you are and how often you have issues with the Infrastructure. I had to deal with them about 4 time over the 7 years and it was totally fine if a little expensive. I've heard from other people that they can be a pain.

  • almost2old I am a loser (@almost2old) reported

@btsport you make it very hard to canceI. I cancelled my DD in Dec to order via Sky. I’m now told I should have phoned as well and have to pay a further months notice. Over £72 for a service I’m not using. I’m also told by billing there’s NO complaint service! Help please

  • Whitlean Pointless Miriam Gargoyle (@Whitlean) reported

@talkMacca @virginmedia Finally binned them in December, been a customer for 6-7 years, put up with the £4-£5 price hikes at least once every year, but the broadband speed just got worse. Customer service is non existent. Back to @BTCare and it's brilliant! Saving £25 a month too!

  • captainj_84 John (@captainj_84) reported

@Spotify why did i just get a @btsport advert during a podcast? Thought i was paying a premium for "ad free" service?

  • PleasantKenobi PleasantKenobi (@PleasantKenobi) reported

@bt_uk In short, do you think this conversation will help me work, or help with the appropriate compensation?

  • omitbdf Peter Charles (@omitbdf) reported

@Bonzodogg1 @BTCare Similar problems over the years. Always trying to fob me off with must be the ‘Wi-Fi in the house’ bla bla bla and sending me links for advice to children. It’s always outside and always found, eventually, in their creaking infrastructure.
