Terry Barriff (@terry_cy) reported@bt_uk 7 customers, all of whom have BT broadband, connected to their home BT broadband. No 4g. I spoke to the domain supplier. It is an issue ONLY WITH BT customers. Please understand it is not a global issue.

MeatLinc (@MeatLinc) reported@bt_uk It’s a line fault, but u won’t get anything done about it!! Nearly 3 weeks with no internet or phone!! U just blame openreach! Even the openreach engineers say it’s an easy fix and shouldn’t take long! I’m your customer, can’t u stick up for me and get them to sort it!!

I do have another disc which I use too and that’s connected to my router x
