We were told to buy something to help with the signal but we don’t want to pay for something else on top of the bill. Waited over a month for fibre install to my flat, have had had to use open-air signal because nobody b/t you and @WeAreOpenreach can seem to decide what needs to happen to access the offsite pole. Furious.

Tim Carr (@TimothyDRCarr) reported@Dredz06 @bt_uk Ditch the the smart hub 2 abs any black discs. The discs will never go faster than 200mbps. Spent months getting this confirmed. Your only option, like mine, is to fork out hundreds on a good mesh setup. Don’t waste time dealing with support.
