Dear @bt_uk, you can detect when someone is using a war dailer on your network. The 10,000 hang ups after a 1 second call is a give-a-way. Please ban them after 25 hang ups and spare us the following scam callers. Regards.

@bt_uk Doesn't leave BT in a good light James. Maybe you can help me. I have full fibre 2. 70mb download but only 1mb upload. It's unusable. No one seems to be able to help. I am told it is being escalated to openreach to check externally. I'd like some more info and compensation. Ta

@btsport never watching football on your channel again. BT SPORT 4 for me is a ******* joke for interference. Not the first time either. Only channel on my virgin box that does it.
