@bt_uk Yes. Via the fix my street app/website to Glos Highways who said there wasn’t a fault with the manhole. My colleague has subsequently re-reported it to one of BT’s many departments, which is where the barriers have come from

After many hours spent on the phone & wasted engineers visits when are @bt_uk & @OpenreachHelp going to work together and sort my broadband issues out? The engineers recommended a lift and shift over 2 months ago. We keep going around in circles. #totallydisfunctional

@JasonA1995 @btsport I'm running the BT Sport app on my Samsung Smart TV and it keeps buffering every few mins, then I eventually get the 'sorry - there's a problem' error... My TV is connected to my router via ethernet cable. Seams only an issue with Ultimate channel, as normal HD channels are fine!
