    @bt_uk @EE I am a blind customer and I am very confused and worried, from the 17th of September even though I am finishing with BT complete Wi-Fi I now discover I’m getting a new landline which isn’t what I wanted. Please can somebody sort this out

    @bt_uk our broadband is appalling. Children homeschooled and parents working from home. We’re on the best package and still can only get 0.8 upload. Having to spend a fortune on data to get by. We don’t want to leave but we feel we have no choice now. We need a proper service.

    @bt_uk hello, please can you help. We are on the best package but have appalling upload speeds. Difficult to homeschool and work with. Don’t want to leave you but have no choice. @WeAreOpenreach need to put us on a fibre roll out in this area. We have no options at the moment.

    . @bt_uk my 81 year old mother in law phone randomly rings around 2am for a month now, each time you say you've fixed it and it happens again. Bt said buy another phone, £38 later and another call at 2am this morning. It's not good enough! Please help stop this!

    @bt_uk That’s absolute crap, why wouldn’t you guarantee wireless speeds when you proclaim you have the best WiFi router and no one uses wired connections. I expect this sorting, you say we guarantee your speeds when selling it but never say only wired. Miss selling broadband now @Ofcom

    @bt_uk bt needs to do something to fix the abysmal track fault on its website. It's a complete waste of time. It tells you nothing other than you reported it. Fault in progress (we aim to fix this by the end of date 4 working days away). You have to ring up for an explanation.

    @drchukovsky @SgSuzanneh @pennycarey63 @bt_uk They re-edited. It appears they've changed the word " real" to the word " birth", but still don't think that there any issue in YP contacting first family members alone, unsupported via social media!

    @bt_uk I'm sure it works well when you finally get it installed. Two cancellations since November 23rd to put your fibre cable into garden.. Still nothing. A pozy mini hub router thats no good to man or beast. Woukd never recommend you lot to anyone.

    @bt_uk My computer (connected through ethernet) is having issues and so is my phone (connected through wifi), yeah I checked the cables on my HUB and i’m still having issues with the speed. Do you know if there is anything I should do?
