    @bt_uk lost broadband in Norwich NR6. Fault found... ...but an update by Thursday 17th??? Seriously, the last thing I need in 2020 is broadband to fail. Please, get a move on.

    @btsport got some front asking people to donate £10 to the flood victims of Pakistan. Never heard them do this when houses up and down this Isle get ruined in floods every Yr?

    @bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

    Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

    @ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

    @bt_uk Thank you Sharon, I’m a Sky customer who pays for the privilege of using @bt_uk line rental. We are four miles from the nearest exchange box (Green) and have been told by Sky that @bt_uk are waiting for parts to repair the problem this was updated at 7.05AM.

    @virginmedia You don’t even reply anymore. I get a message the security is ‘weak ‘ on this wifi which means I can’t even log in to my work. I switch to @bt_uk wifi and it works. Your services are AWFUL

    @bt_uk putting your prices up halfway through a contract is not good practice at all, if you think i am going to consider staying with you after the contract expires think again. I will shop around. It seems that companys no longer value customer loyalty :(

    @bt_uk can i just say that i have had bt wifi for about 2 years now and my family changed from another broadband to you. ever since the wifi has been shocking! disconnecting all day. we haven’t had time to really notice how bad it has been as we all live out the house busy lives ! dm me

    @bt_uk He has no internet access so can't get in touch himself! I was hoping twitter might be a way to get this sorted since the customer service on the phones has not been helpful. I guess they're going to have to go without internet and try to get compensation for lost hours of work.
