Poor service from @bt_uk - engineer arrives 1.5 hours after appointment window yesterday and says problem is hub. New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

@bt_uk hi! We recently moved house a week ago. Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. If not, will we receive a partial refund for this month for 2 weeks no service?

@ChrisElliott66 @bt_uk Yeah I am in Aspland rd, so not far away. It was only when I started talking to neighbours they said " oh yeah, mine too". Service status on BT website doesn't even acknowledge there is an issue.

@bt_uk had an issue that's supposed to be resolved by EOD today. Plus my bill's come in £12 more than it should. Tried 150 at 20:34, told by answer-phone that Agents available 'til 21:00 Mon-Fri, then cut me off. "Committed to excellent Customer Service", you're having a laugh !!

@bt_uk since the 16th december we’ve had issues with poor speeds and drop out, had two engineers come out on 2 separate occasions and thought it was fixed after the engineer visited yesterday and today the router won’t even connect. This service is a joke, and we’ll be look elsewhere
