New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

Christopher (@berwickc77) reported@BTCare We have no mobile signal and haven’t locally for a few days. Obviously due to the weather there are going to be issues, but your website and signal strength checker says there are no issues. The 3 users in this house (2 BT 1EE) all have the same issue so not the phones!?
