New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. My mum relies on connection as she uses an emergency medical necklace. This needs to be escalated without delay. Appalling service.
