Angela Gray (@CanaryGabriel) reported from Cromer, England@EdCouzensLake @btsport I'm one of the lucky ones - I get free BT Sport, as I have broadband & phone package with BT. Still wondering whether to cancel, though, as I prefer @5liveSport for my sports coverage!
-
Marc Gridley 🔰 (@PlanetGridders) reported from Horsford, EnglandMy recording of the semi final ended after 3h18 minutes. I wondered if @btsport and @mrjakehumphrey made as big a fuss of the Sterling / Mustafi incident as he and they did over the @vlindelof one in the week? I bet there was no mention 🤔 Funny that #agenda

-
arthurbikemad (@arthurbikemad) reported@btbusinesscare This issue is still bot resolved. I find it hard to understand why BT fail to see my issue, I was sold WiFi handsets, there are no WiFi handsets, we now have limited range, BT are now suggesting that I am the issue. Payment is canceled and I still have no resolve. HELP.

Sam R (@maz558) reported@bt_uk VERY disappointing with the service from your agents! I phoned as I wanted to take my service with me when I moved. Told I needed to take a new contract - 20% more expensive than current one. Told I would have to wait a week without broadband. Then lied to me!
-
Rachel (@rachelleese84) reported@bt_uk Thanks. Honestly, my husband has called at least 10 times. We’ve had multiple openreach visits. Each claiming to have fixed it but haven’t. Latest is tomorrow but I have zero confidence it will fix the issue.

The Canine Behaviourist (@cbehaviourist) reported.@bt_uk My broadband is down, my neighbours are fine. My wife needs it for work. No way to contact BT by phone. Fault registered - won't look until next week. Appalling service as usual.
-
Go-kart Mozart (@NeilNmcculloch7) reported@bt_uk why are you the worst broadband provider in history?
-
Andy Mich (@MrAndyMich) reported@bt_uk I’m absolutely disgusted, in this day & age of phone scams you have people phoning from unsolicited numbers about contract renewal (+44 1438 989233). All the person on the other end of the phone could say was “I promise I work on behalf of BT”. I said I can promise I’m the king of England. Do you see how stupid and dangerous this practice is? I think as a company you desperately need to review this, it’s dangerous and it’s making me think if you can be trusted at all. In this day and age it’s unforgivable to do this in this manner.
