New hub arrives today and problem not solved. So looks like I have to take another day off for another engineer. Only appointment options are morning or afternoon.

Your employee said it’d be two weeks for our internet to activated, is this able to be sped up please? We now have no phone data /are having to buy more. James Sadler (@JSads1983) reported@bt_uk Thank you, but these were engineers, who wanted to gain access to my home even though I hadn't approved a visit. When asked for ID, they became rude. They left and then attempted to come back later. Again, with no ID or any official looking job sheet.

Xbox is one of the only devices that defaults to 2.4ghz with no way to get 5ghz unless you disable 2.4ghz on the broadband entirely. Some providers like @bt_uk don’t allow for that or splitting the network on their routers. Help!
