Lisa 🏴🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye
-

Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?
-
Gurs Sehmi (@GursSehmi) reported from Hertfordshire, EnglandI'm feeling really liberated since I cancelled @bt_uk service! I now no longer have to deal with the worst service known to man. I am soon cancelling @skytv , and they have the second worst!!

Chris Roy (@chrisroy89) reported from Broxbourne District, EnglandYet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

-
Simon (@thfcsimonm) reported@bt_uk I’ve tried that twice. It takes 20 minutes to get through and then I’m sat on the phone a further half hour while your operatives ‘ look into it ‘ and then promise the problem will be resolved. Each phone call is over an hour !!!
-
Shelb (@acrazyoldworld) reported@btbusinesscare I won’t see any difference in my service for your extra 7% increase.
-
🐕📚 (@jaye_lass) reported@bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?
-
Asif Rana (@HounslowParking) reported@bt_uk I’ve told your complaint handlers I’m not spending one more minute of my time talking to anyone from BT. Even recalling any part of this mess will make me lose my temper and I’ve already spent hours. My monthly bills have gone from £125 to over £500. Why? BT has no answer.
-
Francesca Plimmer (@FranPlimmer) reported@btbusinesscare please push for @WeAreOpenreach to fix the lines. There are only 4 houses down. They are saying 15. The telegraph pole is ***** and intact. It just requires a fibre engineer. I believe we have been lied to on several occasions. This is having a detrimental impact.
