    Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... @Ofcom tbc....

    @bt_uk Hello Rita Service says ok Internet ok now The problem is that when this happens its difficult to report as its intermittent It drops put the hub flashes orange then it comes back Happened several times over the weekend

    @bt_uk Hi yet again bt service is a disgrace i have tweeted youview about the recordings page not showing up just say you have no recording it is working but not show what you are going to record they say they don't know how or why not working so as you are not provideing

    I ended my @bt_uk service back in January.... and I am still paying for it!! I have phoned on 5 occasions!!! Only to be told I would be refunded “today” over £100! It is now mid April and have still not received any refund and have spent over 5 hours on calls to them! @Ofcom

    If we only learn one thing from lockdown it’s how awful the UK broadband network is. Rare to see an interview on TV or do an online meeting without some sort of glitch or hang-up! @bt_uk @TalkTalk @virginmedia @VodafoneUK @SkyUK (top 5 UK providers)

    @btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

    Twitter help me out... The telephone pole outside my house has been hit by a falling tree.. The council @WelHatCouncil say to ring BT @bt_uk say I need to ring my phone supplier @TalkTalk ask me a thousand questions about the broadband and the phone line.. THE POLE IS DAMAGED

    @bt_uk Oh and I won't receive compensation because it's not all day every day. Just many hours every day. But it COMES BACK. Not enough to consistently use. But enough to satisfy BT that they won't actually have to stop charging us for the privilege of awful service.

    @bt_uk You lit are completely incompetent and disorganised. @OpenreachHelp any chance any of you can shed light on the coming up to 3 weeks without Internet? BT are completely useless and unable or unwilling to communicate why theres no service and why fixing it keeps being delayed

    @bt_uk are saying my routers faulty. @Onestream_UK are saying it’s BT resetting the dns at 7-9pm at night. Can I have an honest answer to why my internet is resetting at its busiest time every night please? I can’t see anyone else having the same problems.

    I thank my neighbours. Due to an issue between @bt_uk and @itvhub I get no subtitles. For hard of hearing (me) this is so frustrating at the best of times, but I was determined to watch #KarenPirie Lots of rewinds/fast forwards, sound really high but I got there. And loved it!
