@btsport I’ve tried you guys by phone call and if you don’t fix my problem am terminating my contract and switch to sky sports

  • sjelms
Stephen Elms (@sjelms) reported from Baldock, England

@BTCare On the anniversary of this frustratingly maddening exchange, I should mention I canceled my account with #BT and switched to @EE —two mobile lines and broadband. Same network but MUCH better customer service, and that means a lot to consumers.

  • Mark_Hatten
Mark (@Mark_Hatten) reported from Harlow, England

  • Whiskybob77
Rob (@Whiskybob77) reported from Standon, England

@btsport thanks for being free for 3 months on EE and then being absolutely impossible to log into. Stuck in an endless circle of password resets and passwords not recognised. Dont get this crap with Sky.

  • chrisroy89
Chris Roy (@chrisroy89) reported from Broxbourne District, England

Yet again another example of horrific service from @bt_uk but I have come to expect no less from this company. Very quick to take your money (never any issues there) but when they have taken too much from their own mistake not quick to correct their error..... tbc...

  • TherionWare
Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk My current bill for £55.99 does not appear to take account of the 27 days my broadband/digital voice service was out for. What happened to the alleged "automatic compensation"?

  • loobylou470
Lisa 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🐶⚽️🍺 (@loobylou470) reported from Stevenage District, England

@virginmedia So you've just admitted you've had an increase in custom, meaning an increase in profits, yet I and other customers have to pay for you to expand your network? Greedy, greedy, greedy. Pay for it yourselves. Just seen the same package thru @bt_uk for £21 a month less. Bye

Rob Furber who will K.B.O (@Illtydeyes) reported from Sawbridgeworth, England

@bt_uk I do ALL that. My point is that it is the FOURTH broadband outage this week and the FIFTH this month. | Even the mini hub was turned off!!

  • sooze74
sue (@sooze74) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@bt_uk why do you insist on making it impossible to cancel your services!! I need to cancel BT sport but can’t get through to anyone to do this and will not be happy if I get charged another month 😡

  • KBoylett
Kim Boylett (@KBoylett) reported from Harlow, England

Unbelievable @bt_uk on phone right now to #btinternet and being told that they can’t understand the error logs on my router and that there is no one in their team who understands them & BT cannot help. Shocking non stop issues with @bt_uk most unhelpful & appalling service #nobt

  • Terrybirse
⚒ Terry ⚒ (@Terrybirse) reported from Sawbridgeworth, England

@btsport Wow, apparently there’s only one person able to fix a problem with BT Sport and they can’t contact me until Tuesday now!! Only been waiting 4 days so far!!

  • ianjk23
Ian Kenealy (@ianjk23) reported from Broxbourne District, England

@SkySports & @btsport at every available opportunity spread fear for those clubs who might miss out in CL, and how without it best players leave & the clubs is in financial trouble, now they are kicking off because clubs want to avoid the very thing they perpetuate

  • TherionWare
Therion Ware #FBPPR #FBPE #Truss: series imbecile. (@TherionWare) reported from Stevenage District, England

@bt_uk I notice my bill for Jan 2023 is estimated at the usual amount, which clearly doesn't take account of the 27 days of broadband outage. When will the much vaunted "automatic compensation" shown as a bill credit for ≈ £226.80?

  • VibeFitnessWare
ViBe Fitness (@VibeFitnessWare) reported from Ware, England

@bt_uk worst experience setting up the broadband upgrade this morning at I still broadband and the engineer told me he didn’t know how the new phone works

  • chrissiepepper
chrissie pepper (@chrissiepepper) reported from Roydon, England

If all goes according to plan my new phone line will have taken 3 months not the usual 15 working days from time of order, HELP! @bt_uk @OpenreachHelp @MoneyTelegraph

  • audioprogrammer
Joshua Hodge (@audioprogrammer) reported from Bishop's Stortford, England

@bt_uk It sounds like my needs may be more towards the business service - quite happy to make that change if we can get this resolved as soon as possible (and it doesn’t cost me an arm and a leg)

@bt_uk Our thoughts are with the people who used BT’s service and found out: •Hidden charges are everywhere. •The app is useless and has no interaction with the company. I’ve messaged you 6 times now with no reply. Scammers

  • Bubbler_Ranx
    Lou Skunt (@Bubbler_Ranx) reported

@bt_uk just got a text that my phone bill is ready but I still can’t log into my account without giving my phone number. We’re getting to the point where I cancel the direct debit. I’m not DMing and I’m not taking time out of my day to call. Why do I need to supply a number?

  • Forex_trader_4u
    Macro Bielsa (@Forex_trader_4u) reported

@bt_uk why do you make it so hard to cancel your products. It’s a disgrace and should be investigated by the CMA. Spent nearly an hour trying to find and then cancel my internet. Scum

  • jellywellys99
    Mini67!x (@jellywellys99) reported

@bt_uk I've spoken to them and like I said they ended the call because I can't see txt message or read bank card due to being partially sighted-please get a manager to call me or I'm happy to cancel my contract I was told by would be simple so far its been very stressful

@bt_uk They'd probably get faster internet buried under rubble than the **** slow crap we get from you retarded **** eating ******* *****!

  • Phillip16484278
    Phillip Thompson (@Phillip16484278) reported

@bt_uk I’ve been a BT customer for many years. It would appear you value new customers rather than retaining new ones. There’s a monthly difference of £5. Rather lose a customer I would think that you would match the price. Apparently not. Crazy business model.
