  @bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

  @btbusinesscare my 90 year old Mother is still waiting for her landline to be fixed. Fault at exchange. 3 days now she has been without and she's on your priority list. Her lifeline system is also not working because of the Fault with her landline..... When is it going to be on

  @bt_uk @BTCare never fail to amaze with how poor your customer service is 👍 over 40 days since I claimed the reward card and still nothing. To then be told by the third party company that you never submitted my reward card claim. Pathetic to say the least. Not even sorted yet.

  @bt_uk @BT_UK unacceptable service. You sent my business equipment to the WRONG address (Ripley instead of Neasden). My shop is OPEN and I cannot operate.Also being wrongly charged for TWO services when I only have ONE. It's impacting my business. Fix billing & resend equipment.

  @bt_uk an engineer visited and said there were no issues in my property but confirmed external issues causing slow connection and frequent connection drops. Escalated to open reach. Heard nothing since and job says closed on MyBT. Will I be refunded for ongoing poor connection?

  @bt_uk you still haven’t fixed what you did. Admitted to accidentally switching off our broadband and my elderly boss and his son were up till 4am at @OrionCinema trying to find an alternative way to keep our business running. We’re barely keeping our heads above water. HELP!!!

  @KeoghsLaw @bt_uk @WeAreOpenreach BT invited me to take up fibre Broadband. Openreach damaged my property, this happened over a month ago and BT palmed me off to Openreach who palmed me off to Keoghs. None of them take responsibilty I am an OAP with Heart failure please help.
