@bt_uk 1/2 Not that this will go anywhere. BT SH2 had massive issues with service. OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

@bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

@bt_uk It wasn't the app, but because I can't get a mobile signal to sign in before it will allow me to use the WIFI, the app just keeps timing out with that error

@btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

@bt_uk what is the problem with the wifi in SE13? I have a 2 bed flat, a Bt hub plus two boosters and an EE hub but WiFi cuts in and out all day. We only have 5 rooms in total how can we need 4 pieces of equipment and still not get a steady supply when trying to work.

@nealesj @bt_uk They also decided to take (aka ‘Steal’) the cat5 network cable from the Homeplugs to connect the BT Homehub to the broadband NTE. So broke the home network with their incompetence. #clowns

I am in dispute with @bt_uk they have cancelled a contract I was in & paid to date and given my number away and have charged me £358 to come out of a contract I never cancelled #ofcomm @MailOnline @DailyExpressRB how can this be?
