    @bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

    @BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

    @BTCare we're having loads of problems with our broadband the connection is atrocious we've just paid to rent a film and now it won't play it is through BT is there anything can be done please, plus I need to make sure we are not charged.

    @bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

    @bt_uk Queried business bills, however, billing team are unwilling to discuss/explain the issues raised. Service has now been suspended and billing team refusing to engage without payment being made. This is nothing short of blackmail! @MoneyTelegraph @TimesBusiness

    @bt_uk Eventually after 50 mins I was answered. Just don’t understand how BT can insist on changing my plan and increasing my monthly charge by £4.50 with my only way to change it being to call you and you don’t answer. Complaint raised and subsequently closed.

    @btsport is one of the worst companies I have seen in recent times. Makes it so tough for customers to buy their products. You can watch through an App, but only on Samsung TVs. You can buy a monthly package on Sky, but you have to pay £35 activation fee, and the list goes on !

    @bt_uk I have appointments with two national newspapers tomorrow to discuss how I an agency employee worked through covid 19 shutdown, never missed a day, while full time BT staff stayed home on full pay, only for me to be removed from my placement when I made a tweet about it..
