    @BTCare @bt_uk hello, hope you can help please? After a 95 minute phone call on Saturday your advisor assured me my problems would be solved by an engineer tomorrow. I’ve had no email or text to confirm this. Please advise.

    Massively disappointed with @bt_uk my mam is in tears with how she has been treated by customer services. Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

    @btsport your service is terrible. Got billed £80 asked them to close account. Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

    @btbusinesscare I love the way you’ve got to speak to 5 people and none of them can give you a straight answer on when your connection will be live again. It’s like the secret service having BT as a business provider. Shocking service BT!

    @bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Week 7, still no line working, 4 engineers, 3 credit checks and 30 false promises to get back in touch. But hey, your still charging me for this.

    @btbusinesscare guess what? Promised a phone call 1 hour after I spoke to your team on the phone at 10am and they haven’t rang back. You are exceeding my expectations of being the worst service provider in the UK right now 👏

    @bt_uk I am moving house and wish to take take my fibre connection with me. I know fibre is available but BT staff keep saying computer says no. My new address is known as 3 separate addresses. This is the problem. No-one will look into why this is, 5 phone calls and getting no-where.😡

    It’s disgusting how @bt_uk and @OpenreachHelp treat people I’ve waited over 3 months to have a line fitted to my house took the day off work today to have it fitted and they don’t turn up and don’t even tell you there not coming.

    @bt_uk Have the engineers been working on this outage, since the 16th January? When was the complexity discovered?..it’s not good enough. My patience is wearing thin.

    @bt_uk just arrived in Lisbon Portugal & have no cellular network. Forget “Roam Like Home” there’s nothing at any cost. Without finding a WiFi connection I’m stuffed. BT & EE should warn people about the lack of service when travelling in EU.

    Just arrived in Lisbon, Portugal & my phone with @bt_uk #BTmobile BT mobile can’t pick up a local network. No roaming possible. No data, no calls or texts, nothing. How **** is that? The website says roam like home, they having a laugh. Bugger!

    @bt_uk Be interested to know this : If customers didn't actually "ORDER" the service why has it been forced onto them without discussion/choice!? 🤔 BT email : "Update on your Digital Voice service - ORDER No. : ****". BT website : "... when you place your ORDER for Digital Voice."

    And is if that wasn't bad enough, all the time that I'm trying to cancel my broadband, the service agent kept trying to upsell me on my phone package to get even more money out of me. Maybe @BTCare could have used the extra money on some customer service training for their staff
