@bt_uk Morning folks, I’ve lost my full fibre connection. I’ve logged it etc via the website. Is there an issue at the exchange or is this scheduled maintenance? Thanks in advance Andy

  • flipflops1982
Philip Robinson (@flipflops1982) reported from Shiremoor, England

@bluther123 @neilben10112319 i am only watching the game, no highlights, no build up, no half time banter! @btsport have the worst football pundits in football history! #liverpoolvsTottenham #TOTLIV

  • graeme_i_wilson
Graeme Wilson (@graeme_i_wilson) reported from North Gosforth, England

@bt_uk hello, I've had an ongoing broadband instability issue for around 6 months - frequently when I'm using IP voice applications the service is disrupted - I've tried to raise a fault on this a number of times - help!!

  • MrsP1001
MrsP (@MrsP1001) reported from Chester-le-Street, England

@bt_uk Extremely dissatisfied. I've just moved, trying to get landline and broadband at my new house - promised for Monday 2nd, got landline on Friday 6th but still no broadband. Lots of excuses, might possibly be sorted on Thursday 12th. Very poor service.

  • kphilchris
Karen Brown (@kphilchris) reported from Ouston, England

@BTCare I have an ongoing issue with my broadband I've been in touch a few times now, I've done as instructed & have plugged an ethernet cable into my laptop. I'm trying to watch a programme through the BT box on i player and it is just buffering all the time this can't be right

  • graeme_i_wilson
Graeme Wilson (@graeme_i_wilson) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk I moved house in the last year - previously I had sky DSL - copper only and enjoyed better service - this shouldn't be the case. I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

  • JulieGal1234
Julie Gallagher (@JulieGal1234) reported from Longbenton, England

@bt_uk internet has been on and off all day. You say nothing wrong with the line but a quick search says loads of people having problems with their internet.

  • SmarProcurement
David Hall (@SmarProcurement) reported from Whitley Bay, England

For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

  • master_debonair
Master Debonair (@master_debonair) reported from Boldon Colliery, England

@btbusinesscare Why aren’t you dealing with our issue after 6 days without business broadband? Disgraceful service as our business is at a standstill with no replies or urgency!

  • trevstanley
Trevor Sharkey (@trevstanley) reported from Stanley, England

@bt_uk Yes. The coverage here in Stanley is shocking. Time after time I have to connect to home or McDonald's or O2 hot spot to get Internet when out in Town. Even occasionally got no signal at all.

  • Sturrock85
Andrew Sturrock (@Sturrock85) reported from Whitley Bay, England

I presume the awful @btsport stream on @YouTube is a ploy to get people to subscribe. It's awful, despite what is usually a good connection.

  • JohnRobson18
John Robson (@JohnRobson18) reported from Wallsend, England

I predict spurs to lose 5 -0 they are awful. @btsport

@bt_uk I can’t wait for next month when I get another bill for a service I cancelled in January

  • graeme_i_wilson
Graeme Wilson (@graeme_i_wilson) reported from Walker Gate, England

@bt_uk The light doesn't seem to change colour - yes the service is dropping out - I feel that there is either a degradation of pair quality or faulty termination equipment in the cabinet or exchange - there is definitely an issue.

  • DUDSY31
BRYAN HEYWOOD (@DUDSY31) reported from South Shields, England

@bt_uk Excellent service from Brian at your call centre BT when I called, got everything I wanted and possibly TV from you in a few months

  • omotforest
    David Sinfield (@omotforest) reported

Dear @bt_uk You do not have my consent to install anything on my property. If it is free, it cannot be for my benefit. It's for yours. If it's cheaper for you, you can give me a share of your savings. I had no choice over the digital voice downgrade. @openreach will have to trespass to install it. If it is a condition of receiving service, say so and I will seek alternatives. (@Starlink or 5g) Is it on the T&C's? A letter is on its way to your registered address. David Sinfield.

  • GFX2001
    Ian Robson (@GFX2001) reported

@bt_uk Pensioner upgrade to Digital but gets free upgrade. Engineer comes and goes. Before two working Analog Phones after one working (same Analog Phone connected to the Hub) second not working (extension). To get two working phones customer must pay extra (engineer + Phone).

  • afcdonnilad
    AFCdonnilad (@afcdonnilad) reported

Formal complaint incoming. @bt_uk @EE @OpenreachHelp for nearly a MONTH. Told it’s “escalated” but no progress, no accountability, no communication. Completely unacceptable. Next step: formal complaint, compensation claim & escalation to Ofcom if not resolved immediately Pt2

  • DerekDonkey1977
    Steph Murray (@DerekDonkey1977) reported

@bt_uk Referring someone to Ofcom when you won’t fix your own issues is not a solution

  • catallaxer
    𝙲𝚊𝚝𝚊𝚕𝚕𝚊𝚡𝚎𝚛 (@catallaxer) reported

@omotforest @bt_uk @openreach Fully accept your point. However, you are missing out. 1 gigabit+ speeds really are worth it. 2.5 gigabit is next. You will never get that over copper or satellite. Copper is being phased out.

  • VaeVix
    Vae Vix 🇫🇷 🇦🇺 🇨🇭 🇬🇧 (@VaeVix) reported

@grok @bt_uk For ease of use, especially for a low risk case like that, I mean at worst hackers can pay my invoice (cool) or change my plan (less cool but of no interest to them and easily remedied), something like Google validator could be an alternative.
