A new bracket has been fit to my parents house , damaged new roof and broken wire taped together !! Disgusting

OR been out "Fixed line" still issues ring so service desk. Engineer planned visit. NO Show. So ring the service desk again, Got LB call centre. Woman put the phone down on me.

Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another ยฃ80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Is it just me, or is everyone having this problem. It's usually fine. Every other channel is unaffected.

Iโve been sent bills in February & March that Iโve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.
