Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

I have another property with VM Docsis service - again a better service - but your core network was built on low cost - 21CN - poor product choices.

Iโve been sent bills in February & March that Iโve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.
