    Not only is the @bt_uk wifi poor on my smart hub 2 but the lack of channels available is terrible. BT need to sort this out and expand the available WiFi channel choice to prevent neighbours clashing

    @bt_uk worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Week 7, still no line working, 4 engineers, 3 credit checks and 30 false promises to get back in touch. But hey, your still charging me for this.

    For me @btsport have taken the mantle from @talkSPORT for the worst cricket coverage. Matt Smith is a good football presenter but is clearly not a cricket follower and the commentary they are using from Fox is terrible. If @bbctms can send their to team to Australia why not BT?

    @bt_uk the worst service in the UK. I’m still getting bills for a service I stopped in January. Absolutely shambolic. I stopped being a customer 3 months ago yet here I am on hold to BT. What a joke.

    @bt_uk It was not a missed appointment it was a total failure of communication. Someone could have contacted me so I could have stayed at work. Now I have an unreliable service over a Bank Holiday weekend and another planned appt for next Wednesday.

    @btbusinesscare I moved house in December, you failed to move my Internet so spectacularly that mid January I cancelled the non existing internet. I’ve been sent bills in February & March that I’ve had to phone about. Im just trying to warn other people how bad your service is.

    @TheAnfieldTalk Disgusting that this fixture has been rearranged before the first game at the Bridge was cancelled due to the Queen’s death. @btsport needs to **** off with their early kick off times. Take McManaman with you too

    @bt_uk does BT have a complaints team who actually contact people. I cancelled my BT one for being charged for something I’ve never used/asked for. that complaint was closed with no contact just a generic email. I reopened the complaint, still waiting for contact. Not impressed

    You'll have to trust me when I say I have better things to do than call @bt_uk every week to fix the internet I pay £37 a month for. We need public internet infrastructure and services for all. The private sector is not up to the task. @UKLabour @jeremycorbyn

    @bt_uk @Ofcom I'd urge anyone to avoid BT at all costs. Worst customer service ever experienced and terrible behaviour when trying to leave. Clearly says a change in circumstances voids any contract yet moving home BT seem to think holds me to contract. Unfortunately not

    @bt_uk The fault I reported on 23rd OCTOBER, is still ongoing, despite 2 engineer visits. I’ve had it confirmed this evening that the problem is a “high resistance fault”. Appt booked for tomorrow. Someone better turn up & I want it fixed or I’m off this in-merry-go-round!

    @bt_uk Yeah right, you keep promising me these call backs and they never happen, why should I believe you now? You're not even keeping to your complaints procedure, this is going to look good when this inevitably goes to the ombudsman.

    @bt_uk stayed in from 8am-6pm (because you gave me 2 slots 8-1 and 1-6) waiting to have my internet installed by someone…. Guess who has no internet and had to cancel all their evening plans…? No email or anything to apologise.. very disappointed…
