Had no phone line for weeks due to a fault then charged loads of timeline charges. Transferred through to a number of staff no one in BT has ever heard of a timeline charge??

Never watched it since pre lockdown 1 and today another £80 bill. Advised pay it or debt collectors will arrive then dispute it after payment. Very bad service. Still on hold 47mins to disconnect????

Having problems with connection speed to YouTube, often (but not always) below 1Mbps while around 60 everywhere else. Problem on all devices, not present when using mobile data, only on your WiFi. Can you help at all? Thanks.
